Fantastic experience: Lori and Cindy are the best. They are courtesy, energetic and professional. There service is first rate. They treat there customers like family. From the first day of the evaluation process. Everything is documented, reviewed, and discussed with the patient for provide the best and most thorough care possible. The receptionist Mike is simply the best. Love there advance notification system. It reminds me of my appointments if I unintentionally forget. I will recommend North Shore to all and anyone needing Physical Therapy in the Hampton Road area. Thanks again for taking care of me and rebuilding my confidence to recover from my arm injury on time and with enthusiasm. I cannot over-emphasis the first rate care I received for about a month at North Shore Sport & Therapy at Ward's Corner in Norfolk. You can't go wrong at North Shore.

Fantastic experience: Just had back surgery for a herniated disk. I chose North Shore Physical Therapy due to its suitable location. I got wonderful service and advice from both staff and the therapist. The hours were also convenient to minimize disruption to my work schedule. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I herniated a disc in my back during the summer and have had back pain for several years. The ladies at North Shore Sports and Physical Therapy not only helped me get out of pain from the disc, but helped me strengthen my back beyond what it had ever been. I've never been in so little pain on a daily basis. Great place, great people, great methods.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to North Shore on and off over the years since 2002 for a variety of surgeries and treatments. I have seen therapists come and go, but have never ever had a bad experience. They want to make you better, but they do not rush you until you are ready for the next step and they make each visit very upbeat and pleasant. My most recent experience was when I had surgery on my right knee on July 10, 2013. I am about to hopefully complete my PT this Thursday, 9-19-13 and I can't say enough about how good this experience has been for me. I want to say thank you to the entire staff for your total commitment and compassion for your patients. Because of you, I am doing better than I have over the last 2 1/2 years. Thank you again for all you have done this year for me. YOU'RE THE BEST!!!!!!
