Fantastic experience: The staff at Pivot Physical Therapy, Poplar Hall Dr, Norfolk, are professional and caring. Prior to starting physical therapy that was necessary due to back surgery, Arron did an assessment of my abilities to design a program based on those needs. Arron, along with Kyle, and the PT assistants, worked as a team for "land" therapy. Jo, the aqua (pool) therapist, was also great to work with. All ensured my goals were met and their efforts were vital in my speedy recovery from surgery. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Pivot (Poplar Hall) for their knowledgeable staff and well developed and effective program. A big thank you also to the front desk staff. Great job!!!

The front desk ladies are AMAZING at accommodating my schedule as well as my 10 year olds. They are so easy to talk to, the environment is relaxed and enjoyable. They have had a profound impact on my wellbeing and I am so grateful for all they have done and continue to do for me.

Fantastic experience: After having two cervical neck surgeries in 2021 my neurosurgeon sent me to physical therapy three times. I was never really satisfied with the care I was getting even though I have a unique issue with having hardware in my neck. I was fortunate enough to be directed to Pivot Physical Therapy on Poplar Hall Drive in Norfolk. Clinic Director Kyle T. Pankau, PTA, CSCS, FSOAE, CCI and Arron Achey, PT, DPT, CERT-DN were assigned to my care in getting mobility and strength back in my cervical neck and shoulders/back. I graduated today and I couldn’t have expected or hoped for more from the thoughtfulness and the knowledge that they show me. I think so highly of the two gentlemen and staff that I encouraged my neighbor who was suffering with mobility issues to Pivot. By the way my neighbor is doing remarkably well and I am couldn’t be happier for her. I’m happy for us both. Thank you Kyle and Arron+staff.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the Poplar Hall Pivot Physical Therapy!! I have been going for about five weeks now, due to pain in my hip/leg area. The exercises that they recommended that I continue at home as well does work!!! The staff listens to any concerns I might have, and addresses the issue then and there. I also do pool therapy, and Mallory and Jo are the best!!! They are very professional and have a great personality to match!! Pivot has a very welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend their services to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I am in love with the aquatics program, I can’t believe how much it helps build muscle, relax and stretch all at the same time! The therapists at Pivot are thorough and caring. You will see improvements in your health from their expert care.

Fantastic experience: The doctor’s orders were vague after my shoulder replacement surgery; so Chris & Kyle used their own knowledge & training to help me get the best results for movement. Also had nerve trapment issues with elbow and fingers. I trusted them to help me and trusted their education.Thanks team!!

Fantastic experience: Christie and Kyle provided me with excellent care during my therapy sessions. They taught me stretching techniques that I be able to use for the foreseeable future. If I ever need therapy again, they will be the first ones I call.
