Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and left with lower back and knee pain. I never considered Physical Therapy for pain, but when I could not get in and out of the bed for lower back pain, I decided to give it a go. From day one, Sam Lawrence’s knowledge, kindness, professionalism and understanding made me feel comfortable because I did not know what to expect as my first time with a physical therapist. Every session I left feeling better.Once my sessions are up, I’m quite sure I will continue with the exercises to continue to feel better. Everybody at TTN has been exceptional from the front desk to all those who guide you through your sessions.I will gladly recommend!

Negative experience: I went here for a consultation. When I arrived I was given a description of my treatment plan. I had no X-Rays, no one did an adjustment, No one physically touched me to see where I was hurt or touch any of my injuries. After the consultation I decided that I didn’t want to be seen at this particular place. My lawyer received a bill of 540$ for a consultation. When I called and asked what I was charged for there were multiple things listed and I only went for a consultation. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I tore my ACl for over 5 months I didn’t know because of the hospital, now post op I’m not as miserable I remember my heel slides to get me through!!

Negative experience: Your receptionist are very condescending and rude.I would never recommend this place to anyone.Her communication skills with a customer who has been told that because my insurance is covered by Medicaid they don't take attorney leans!! Nice to you in the beginning then in the end u get a 5.00 Starbucks gift card that was not valid and unhappy with the services!!!

Fantastic experience: Best PT experience I have had in over 20 years

Negative experience: They’ll charge you $200 for 15 minutes that they don’t even spend with you. Only physical therapist I’ve ever left in more pain with more limitations than when I started. If you want to spend a fortune for a system from a book (that they didn’t write) then this is your spot. If you want physical therapy that actually makes a difference go literally anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Literally everyone knows my name, from the front desk staff to the therapists, to the aides. I walk in and am greeted cheerfully, with a smile. Everyone seems happy to be there. My injury has been bothering me for months, and in the very brief time since I started PT, I’m already starting to feel progress. Everyone cares how the exercises are impacting the injury and adjust frequently. In other words, I’m being very well taken care of. It’s what should happen everywhere, but is a (sadly) rare occurrence. If you’re looking for a professional, caring, friendly place to go for PT, I highly recommend The Therapy Network in Ghent.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Kelly is unaware of what he can and can not do as a doctor. I would not recommend going to him. He rents spaces from different offices and is hard to reach when you have a medical problem or have a question about something he has advised you to do. Also, he does what he can to get the most money from you without doing the work. He is not a doctor I would trust..
