Norman Regional Physical Performance Center

Negative experience: I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness and my doctor referred me to this place for consultation before surgery. They called me and we scheduled the appointment according to their availability and mine. I’m a week out from surgery and they called me today, the day before the scheduled appointment, to reschedule because the person I was supposed to consult with wanted Friday afternoon off. Because of my diagnosis, I am juggling a number of appointments and trying to work. This is terrible customer service, completely lacking in empathy and/or compassion for the patient and just awful.

Fantastic experience: I greatly appreciated Christa Gatewood’s goal orientation, with clearly targeted outcomes, and how educational the process was. I learned a lot about how to take care of myself and maintain the healing she facilitated. Plus she’s a delightful person!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. They can really work around your schedule. They have a pool for therapy as well which has worked out well for my achey joints and fibromyalgia.
