Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center (OSC) - Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: The facility is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helped me throughout my physical therapy process. They are very understanding with any questions you may have regarding treatments, exercises, etc. Dr. Moses treated me for a knee injury, and he did a wonderful job. Really knows his stuff and puts you at ease with any concerns and questions you may have for him. My physical therapists were very friendly and kind people. Truly, I say thank you to everyone there! Highly recommend if you have to do physical therapy, go to OSC PT!

Positive experience: They got my wife in with Dr. Bob and his staff, who is not our regular doctor, and they did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here for 4 years, the staff here is awesome. They really care and want to help you get back to 100%! Dr Padilla is a great guy and a great orthopedic surgeon. I've recommended him to everyone I know and to perfect strangers as well that I've come in contact with that needed ortho.

Negative experience: It took me nearly 11 months to get this surgery scheduled. They tried calling me 2 days before my surgery to tell me I have to wait another 40 days til my surgery. They don’t do a good job of scheduling, or keeping in contact. The lady who does the scheduling for Dr. Ryngus is not professional at all and has had an attitude every time other than once when dealing with her. I was supposed to have a check in for my knee surgery after 6 weeks of pt and I’m starting week 12 of PT and still have no check-in in sight. They cancel appointments, and didn’t tell me I wouldn’t be able to drive for TWO MONTHS until AFTER my surgery.

Fantastic experience: Facility is clean and sanitary precautions are paramount. Physical therapist and assistants are fully attentive. Goals for therapy are explained fully. I like the work that is posted online for patients.

Fantastic experience: Professionalism goes a long way with your staff. Each Therapist I see knows what is best for their patients and I see how they care for their progress. I am pleased with the care I am getting

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery by Dr. Bobb in January, it is now March and I would say I am 95% back to normal strength and full range of motion. When I would have pain or tightness in a certain spot Jade and Montie knew how to tackle it to make it feel better. They listened to my concerns and always took them with consideration. I 10/10 recommend Jade and Montie for your PT & PTA

Fantastic experience: Rotator cuff surgery is very debilitating and recovery is slow Dr. Moses is an excellent surgeon and I feel fortunate to have his care. I feel that The physical therapy at OSC has accelerated my recovery and has been tailored to my needs. The one criticism I have is that they are very difficult to reach by phone but that seems to be the standard for medical practice today.
