Negative experience: Some of the staff were professional, but for the most part I came from the conclusion I was on my own there. It is a shame because some of the women DPT actually did their job and were professional but for the most part nope, if could describe this place in a few word it would be pretentious, and immature. Seemed more like a social club for the employees than a PT office. I knew more about what one of the staff members wanted for lunch than anything to do with my case, because she said everything that went thought her mind out loud like a child. I wouldn’t not recommend this specific location.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the time well spent in developing a plan for my needs and not following a program already in place. Everyone listened to my concerns and addressed all of the issues. It is nice to go into a facility where people are upbeat and friendly and really concerned with helping others.

Positive experience: Alexis was such a blessing to me! She was so gentle and provided a thorough explanation of things she was doing that helped me feel more comfortable and at ease with such a personal, sensitive issue I had. I felt safe there. I was fortunate to only need 4-6 sessions and find healing. I will say that billing has been somewhat difficult; I finished my services there 5 months ago and have yet to finalize all payments but I'm guessing that issue stems from corporate's medical billing/processing setup. EDIT: One year later and I was finally billed for my visits. I was never told how much I would owe for visits because they had to wait for insurance to process… so I was just hit with this surprise bill today.

Fantastic experience: Liz and her team at this are nothing short of AMAZING!!!! Not just the PT but great folks. Just completed PT for a full knee replacement. They were able to get my flex to the max target and my expansion to zero. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR PT. THANK YOU PTC!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Petty has been able to identify and relieve my colon and pelvic floor issues. Along with that relief she has used various techniques to release my tight hamstrings, allowing me to turn my hips and play golf without shooting pain down my legs. The exercises help me to relax and develop stronger muscles in my core. The clinic is clean, quiet, and runs efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a baby and when I was sent to PT for pelvic floor therapy I was extremely discouraged. I didn't think that they would be able to help my pain. I WAS WRONG. When I started going I couldn't even hold my infant because of the pain. When my little one cried my pain would drastically spike. PTC has been amazing and has helped me recover beyond what I had ever expected. I have been seeing Rachel and each week she listens to everything I have to say. She has never rushed a session. She challenges me to push forward, and with no judgement when I don't make progress for the week. She has helped me get back to everything I was doing before the birth. I don't think she will ever know how grateful I am to her (even though I know this is her job), but this is also my life. Her being good at her job has helped me be a better mom and wife. I highly recommend this location! The assistants and receptionist, Candace, have also been amazing. They are always encouraging and kind.

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy Central West Norman is my favorite location. Liz and Amanda are wonderful Physical Therapists and really care about getting you back to normal. Candace is the best at scheduling my appointments. She even books me ahead of time if I forget to book in advance! All the techs are super friendly and make me feel welcome. Perk: I love their fuzzy blankets and they even have it written on my chart to provide me with one! The whole team is the best!
