Fantastic experience: The only physical therapist I recommend to others! Everyone is super welcoming and you get personalized care from an actual PT. They got my husband's wrist back in working order after surgery and made a huge impact on my back pain.

Fantastic experience: I have lymphedema and my main focus is my massage. But to earn my massage I do 30 minutes of light exercise. Since I have been going to OPT I have lost almost 100 lbs. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: After sustaining a knee injury abroad, I flew back to the US and started physical therapy the very next day. I feel fortunate to have received care from physical therapists who were not only extremely knowledgeable, but also supportive and encouraging. While at times PT was painful, John, with whom I worked most of the time, always checked in and adjusted exercises as necessary, while making sure to provide clear explanations and education about the healing and recovery process. I feel like I left PT confident and equipped with knowledge to help myself continue to get stronger. Both John and Derek made the time pass quickly with their humor. They are professionals who clearly enjoy what they do! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: John Lair did a great job of listening, observing, and evaluating my ankle, which is still rehabbing after 2019 surgery (had to return to work too soon). He fine-tuned my exercises and treatment plan to fit my schedule, my job, and my personality. Two thumbs UP.

Fantastic experience: Overall my knee definitely has less pain (except right after a session - John is a slave driver ) and moves much better and is getting stronger. I am very pleased how therapy is going.

Fantastic experience: Derek Lehman provided effective stretching and strengthening core exercises that have greatly improved my mobility after a serious back injury. After completing my prescribed course of treatment, Derek has reached out several times to see how I'm progressing.
