She really listens to my needs and helps give me great advice on what I can work on at home to get back on track with my life and support my continued improvement from postpartum (many years since) to get me moving more freely and functionally. I wish I had seen her so much sooner! Highly recommended by other practitioners and I feel like every woman should seek postpartum care like this. So amazing!

Fantastic experience: Making my first appointment with Amanda Rook at Pelvic Care was the best decision I have ever made for the betterment of my health. I have lived in chronic pain for 9 years, having 6 surgeries and a diagnosis of Endometriosis which has consumed my life. I have tried every form of medical treatment offered and they have all failed, before I met Amanda. The type of treatment provided at Pelvic Care has only been presented to me through scholarly articles as the latest research highlights the success of full person medical care. A foundation of trauma-informed, holistic treatment allows for a cumulative perspective of the patient’s life rather than compartmentalizing areas of focus. Bridging these large gaps found within traditional medical care is where my progress has been found. Dedicating myself to this new form of treatment has improved my average pain levels from a 7/10 to a 4/10, while weaning off 3 different prescription medications. Minimizing the usage of my mobility aid and maximizing my quality of life. The use of yoga within her practice allows Amada to compassionately guide me through former physical roadblocks as she strategically helps me build strength. I now have a new hope for my future that is beyond the limitations of my diagnosis. Fantastic experience: Amanda is wonderful! She is so professional and caring, she makes you feel comfortable from the beginning. I am a CrossFit athlete (never had a baby) and was dealing with incontinence with double unders and heavy lifts. Amanda helped me coordinate my pelvic floor with my diagram and it helped in more areas than expected.
