Norman Regional Hospital: Reviews
Negative experience: DO NOT RECOMMEND! I’ve tried calling 5 or 6 times because i was experiencing heavy bleeding at 8 weeks and nobody answered the phone, the voicemail told me i would get a reply in 2 business days. Worst hospital ever
Fantastic experience: I came in for an endoscopic procedure. I was out under anesthesia, so I have forgotten a lot of names. But this was hands down the best experience I’ve had in a hospital, let alone an emergency room. I had a blonde and brunette nurse wearing HOKA shoes. They were amazing. Their empathy was real and apparent. Turning down alarms that were blaring in my room. Listening to my exhausted and anxious ramblings. Their empathy and understanding was so naturally apparent, it almost made me feel silly for being as anxious as I was. Jessie, a male nurse who’s name I’ve forgotten, and Sarah were the nurses (or techs) that helped during my procedure. It was my first time getting anesthesia, and they helped calm me down so much. Casually efficient. Of the three, Jessie fetched me from my room so I had the most time spent with her, she’s definitely the type of person who brings everyone in the room up. A gentleman came into my room the test the defibrillator. Even he stopped and chatted with me and shared a story of a family member who experienced what I was. Incredibly calming for me. Jim and Hunter from IT who fixed my TV were treasures as well. Funny and calming. I’m blown away that the hospital hires IT professionals with bedside manner. A physician, unfortunately name forgotten, listened to me pitch a half dozen of the dumbest half baked ideas on earth that didn’t involve waiting for the anesthesiologist who was justifiably busy with more urgent patients. Then he calmly, politely, and humorously explained why every idea I had was dangerous. Dr. Arora sufficiently and emphatically explained what my situation was, the likely cause(s), and his plan to remedy it. His nurses told me separately about how patient focused he was. Dr. Proctor was quiet, stern, and in this politest way possible, I seem to remember a “rbf” (resting angry face). But the moment he started talking he was a top 5 doctor I’ve ever had. His calmness with me about my first time getting anesthesia relieved any final fears I had. His rapport with the people in the room was palpable. An employee, who wished to remain anonymous, but truthfully is the tipping point on why I’m writing this review, talked to me in my freshly awoken from anesthesia and placed back in my room state of mind. They listened to me talk about how all I wanted is chocolate milk. How I hoped the nurses would tested my swallowing and keeping down with chocolate milk. They assured me my thirst would be quenched by at least water, but they’d look into if the hospital had milk for me in this situation. The answer was no, but this employee met me as I was leaving and gave me the chocolate milk from their lunch. Hands down the kindest, most heartfelt thing a stranger has down for me in years. This hospital cares. About you. About me. About each other. Hopefully I never have to go back to a hospital, but inevitably when I do I’ll do everything I can to come here.
Negative experience: WORTH THE READ: THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! They never sent me a bill for what I owed them from 2018, that I was unaware of. Fast-forward to 2024, they filed (AND WAS GRANTED) to withdraw $450 a month from my checks, before I even found out I that I had a bill. I am recovering from brain cancer, and have been for a year and a half, and currently going through chemo and I SERIOUSLY COULD NOT AFFORD an extra $450 a month for a bill that gained over $1,500 extra in just late fees. I could have made payments to them like I do with OU cancer center but I never knew about it. I found out after the HR department at my job told me they were garnishing this money. THE WORST PART? I called to Norman Regional and they couldn't find a bill that I owed them, they couldn't even find my name in their collections. This place is unorganized and honestly disgusting. Figure your stuff out and do better.
Negative experience: I have used Norman Regional for years, and as of this month, will never use them again! Because of their decision to close Journey Clinic, a Center of Excellence, with no prior notification to doctors and staff, it is clear they are just about the money and not the patients. Thankfully, I have already had my surgery. The patients were notified by a letter posted on social media saying that the doors were going to be closed in 90 days. This was the same day the doctor and staff were notified. No preplanning! Patients who had been on a pre-surgery liquid diet for two weeks found out less than 24 hours before their surgery that their surgery was cancelled The only option offered to these patients was that they could start going to a wellness clinic for nonsurgical weight loss options. This clinic has only 2 exam rooms. There is NO WAY they will be able to handle the Journey Clinic caseload. Extremely disappointed and will recommend everyone who wants a place that cares about their patients to find somewhere besides Norman Regional. I would give them no stars if it was possible.

Negative experience: I am a patient through Journey Clinic. I was called a few days before my surgery was scheduled and informed that Norman Regional had cancelled my appointment and all bariatric surgeries from that time forward. They have completely disregarded every one of the hundreds of patients needs and have little regard for their own employees.

Negative experience: When I had to go in for a hiatial hernia, I thought NRH was amazing. Now that they are closing the Journey Clinic, I think NRH sucks rocks! I wish I could leave no star. I'm so disappointed that they pulled the program and honestly I hope it bites them where it hurts bad!

Negative experience: The way you are closing Journey clinic is wrong. They were what tied me to NRH. Now that Integris is a couple blocks from NRH, I have no reason to go to NRH. Thanks for making it easy to make the decision.

Negative experience: I was in labor and my baby’s head was coming out, and my nurse told me we needed to wait to start labor bc my doctor was sleep and she deserved a full nights sleep, and insisted she was only 5 minutes away and she would be there in 30 minutes at 5:15, my doctor didn’t show up till 6:35 and my baby was born at 6:44. They also forgot to give me antibiotics for other complications. All in all not to happy with my stay.
Alexis, we're disappointed to hear you didn’t have a good experience with us. We would love the opportunity to learn more and use that to improve our care. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information.

Fantastic experience: Took my 6 year old in the ER. We had a nurse named Daniel who was probably the best nurse I’ve ever encountered. He was so good with my kid and had the most excellent bedside manner! These 5 stars are for Daniel!
Amanda, thank you for the 5-stars! This is great feedback and we'll be sure to share it with our team!
Negative experience: Do not come here if your life depends on it or otherwise this place is something else!!
Janice, we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Fantastic experience: I was there after surgery been there couple of times everyone from all shifts were great thank you ladies fir everything
Walter, it warms our hearts to receive this feedback. Thank you for the 5-stars!
Fantastic experience: The young lady who drew my blood left me bruise free. I'm ecstatic. All staff very helpful
Beth, thank you for the 5-stars!
Negative experience: I had a choice to use Norman Regional or Mercy (where I had my 1st knee done) or whoever for my total knee replacement. I chose Norman Regional. I loved Dr. Maupin and his staff. The problem is paying the upfront cost of surgery. I paid almost 2,000. OVER my out of pocket amount. That was in January of this year. I called in Feb to see about a refund, but found they hadn't even sent in the claim. After speaking to my insurance provider, they said it was March before they had everything they had requested to even start on the claim. I called 3 times in March and was put off saying the hospital was waiting on insurance. In the mean time, I am paying all these other bills which puts me paying even more over my max out of pocket. I was told each time, wait. Well, this month, I have called several times and one lady told me to give it to July, because I had gone in for a mammogram and some blood work in May and they had to wait on those before they could issue refund. I got to thinking, no, that should not be and if I'd known that was their policy, i was also told on one of these calls, that if I dont call in, they dont know theres a credit. Yea, right. I would not have used them for those tests. Anyway, when I called back, I was then told theybcould not make an exception to this rule and if I had only called in BEFOREi had these tests done, then they could issue the refund. Then I looked up when I had called in March and called them back to show them I had been calling about this refund since March. I had written this review and posted it. Later that day, I received a call from Norman Regional to let me know, they are going to do an exception and go ahead and refund me the money. I deleted the review on that understanding that I would be getting the refund. However, here it is a week later and I have received nothing. I called back today and was told it is in process and I should give it some more time...I figure they are just waiting for those other claims to be filed (like they wanted to do in the first place) and then they will send-end of July or August. When the hospital bills me, I pay it. When I overpay, they should refund. I hate that this has happened this way, because the staff and Dr's are amazing, but the billing policies need to be brought into the 21st century. They know they owe money, they just don't want to pay it back. If I owed them what they owe me, I would have already heard from a collection agency. I will not be deleting or updating this review until they do what they should do and what they said they would do and until I receive my refund. So, I wait.

Negative experience: PATIENT BEWARE!!!! I had a regular mammogram early April 2024. The results showed an area of concern and I needed a followup mammogram and an ultrasound. I was scheduled an ultrasound a few days later which was great. After the ultrasound, I was told that I needed an MRI and for me to go to my doctor (which was upstairs) to get an order for an MRI. II went upstairs to get the order and was told that the would get it taken care of and they didn’t have time that day. It took me over a week just to get an order for the MRI. Once I received the order, I was told to call Norman Regional to get an MRI scheduled. When I called Norman Regional, I was told that it would be the end of May (5 weeks) before they could get me in. When I explained to the scheduler that I was facing a possible cancer diagnosis and really needed it sooner, she replied “Ma’am, everyone is an emergency, you are NOT special!” I immediately hung up the phone only to be left with trying to find a place for my MRI. I finally had my MRI the next week at another facility. Once I received my results (the next day), I contacted my doctor to make an appointment for her to go over my results with me. I called and left 3 messages with the appointment desk with NO return call. I then requested an appointment online through my patient portal. It took over a week to even get someone to make an appointment for me, then my appointment was an additional 2 weeks away. I appeared for my appointment with my doctor for her to review my mammogram and MRI results, just for her to tell me “I don’t go over mammogram or MRI results, but you need you see a breast surgeon.” Therefore, she referred me to a local breast surgeon. I had to go to her office and make yet another appointment which was another week away. Finally, 8 WEEKS later, I finally received closure to my situation. Although I am grateful that I am ok, I would NOT put my health in care of Norman Regional. The lack of urgency of the medical staff and the rudeness of the scheduler for the MRI is uncalled for and unprofessional. The breast surgeon that I met with was wonderful and so was her staff, but the staff of Womens Health Care and Norman Regional Hospital is not. I will NOT be returning to this facility for future care.

Negative experience: I was in the hospital for about a week after I had surgery done on my back. Dr. Martin is honestly a life saver and I am so appreciative of him and his team for not helping once but twice. The after care was horrible, the first 4 days/nights were really good. The nurses and techs were incredible and very sweet and were on top of making sure I wasn’t in any pain and making sure physical therapy was going okay. They brought me a bunch of pudding and graham crackers when I was coming out of anesthesia. But the last couple of days of my stay were horrible. The nurses were almost no where to be found, especially in the evening. TMI but I was stuck with a catheter while in the hospital, it was recommended to take it out, I woke up in the middle of the night, in a huge amount of pain from how long my bladder was. I called the nurses station multiple times to get help and ended up making a mess trying to get to the door to ask for help. I ended up cleaning up after myself because no one showed up for another hour. The nurses would not put the compression pads on my legs until about an hour before the doctors started coming in making rounds. My pain medication was withheld from me multiple times and I was treated like an addict for asking for my pain medication when I was in a ton of pain from physical therapy and just having surgery. One nurse continued to tell me I was having all of these medical issues because I was taking pain medication?? Not because I had two surgeries in two days on my back? I get switching from day to nights is hard and everyone is tired, but when you choose this profession it’s not okay to take your bad attitude out on patients who are recovering and can’t do much for themselves. Jenn was honestly the most amazing nurse and was so helpful and kind. I wish I had her the entire time I was there.
Chelsea, we're disappointed to hear you didn’t have a good experience with us. We would love the opportunity to learn more and use that to improve our care. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information.
Negative experience: You'd probably die in the waiting room with how long their wait times are, not joking.
Anthony, we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Negative experience: Worst hospital in America. Bad care, disrespectful and belligerent staff, long wait times and then no help. Do not go here for any reason.
Champian, we regret that you had this experience with us and would like more information so we can make it right. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information. After we receive your email, we can put your directly in touch with our team.
Negative experience: One of the worst hospitals I’ve been too. Wasn’t able to get treated after waiting for hours & having bloody stools in their lobby restroom. They could care less.
Brittany, we’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. Please email us at [email protected] with details and your contact information. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
Fantastic experience: I don’t think I can give enough kudos to the care team I had! Heather the nurse, Madelyn , Jason, Whitney, Dr Hinojosa, the Ex ray tech and another care giver Shannon and Bridgett! These people - no matter what I needed- they provided! They are some kind, generous caring people!
Fantastic experience: I was truly worried about a friend and was making sure he didn't end up there at the hospital They helped me so very much Thank you Norman Regional
Fantastic experience: I was in an accident recently. The staff here are excellent. Everyone here made my stay as good as it gets. Especially, under these stressful circumstances. Highly recommend Norman Regional at Porter.
Fantastic experience: The staff at this hospital has taken the best care of both my grandparents. They are kind, caring and informative. I couldn’t be more appreciative and impressed. Thank you!!!
Fantastic experience: they are taking such good care of my grandpa in ICU
Fantastic experience: Andy who was my Mom's PT is so kind, gentle and encouraging. She said he was a pleasant surprise to work with. Thanks Andy for all you do!!! You have a fan for life.
Fantastic experience: The staff on the 3rd floor are super friendly and helpful as well as all the staff who helped my mom before and after surgery. angel was sweet and funny.
Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery on super bowl Sunday and I think they did a great job pre surgery and post surgery Tammy went out of her way to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about Aftercare. She helped me with my restrictions going back to work I feel as though she went above and beyond to make sure I was okay i truly can't Thank her enough!
Fantastic experience: My experience was absolutely filled with care and concern. I was in and out in an hour. That includes blood testing. I have not always had this great of an experience. Must be the e.r. doctor and their great staff tonight. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: My sister was brought here on Friday night. The staff has been so kind. She was admitted and will be here for awhile. They are constantly checking on her etc... the only tough time is during shift change, but that would be with any hospital. They are working so hard to save her life.
Fantastic experience: My husband has been treated for life-threatening issues multiple times over the past 10 years. He has been in the ER, ICU, CCU, and various medical or surgical units. His care has been excellent in all respects. The ER response team worked quickly to identify the issues and schedule needed tests. Staff are friendly and courteous to him and family members. We are grateful to have such an outstanding health care facility and wonderful doctors and staff in Norman.
Fantastic experience: Received truly excellent care and compassion during an emergency one year ago. I am so thankful for the care I received from the ER staff.
Fantastic experience: I went to the er yesterday over what I thought was either a heat stroke or heart issue. By the time emt arrived, I was feeling a lot better, like as soon as they walked thru the door, so I assumed it was a major panic attack, which I’ve had a few years ago, but they wanted to be sure, so I let them take me in. They made me feel so much better about the situation because I was embarrassed. They assured me that it’s better safe than sorry. They were so so so nice to me, from the emt staff, to the nurses/aides, to the resident doctor and her boss. Emt took me so fast that I had no shoes, phone, or purse, so the nurse actually called and paid for me an Uber to get home. If that’s not great service, then idk what is! Majority of the low reviews had lost someone, angry about the cost, or angry about the way they were treated by staff. It’s a very troubling time for them, so it’s no wonder that their reviews are so negative. They definitely need to be read with a grain of salt. Not that they are all wrong, but a lot of them are at the heat of the moment reviews and should not count, but I’m not google and not everyone plays fair. Readers, please keep in mind that hospital workers are only human, they can only take so much, and they can’t paint a smile on their face at all times. If a patient/guest is rude, they’ll be rude right back, but if you treat them with respect and act grateful for their services, they most likely will return the favor. It’s human nature. Hospital workers are not machines. They were awesome to me. Each and everyone of them. Thank you all for everything you did for me!
Fantastic experience: Went to the er for cramping during pregnancy. Every single staff member was very polite and listened to my concerns the nurses had the loveliest personalities and the doctor took his time to talk with me.
Fantastic experience: My elderly father was taken to the Norman Regional Emergency Room April 21 by ambulance because he had stroke symptoms. They determined he has a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack). My father ended up being admitted and was sent home today. I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent care he received in the emergency room and on the 3rd floor. Ciera was his emergency room nurse. She was so kind and explained everything so well. I didn't get the name of his emergency room doctor, but he was great as well. Everyone that helped in the emergency room was so impressive. On the third floor, Paula was his first nurse, then the night nurse was Kristina, and today his nurse was Mikaela. I also want to mention Kristina, the tech (or aid). She was so sweet and helpful. All his nurses were working extremely hard and still had time to answer questions, which I really appreciate. Jessica was the speech therapist and Trien (may not be spelling his name correctly) was the physical therapist. Thank you to all of you for taking such wonderful care of my father. And last, but certainly not least, I want to thank Dr. Okonkwo. He was so personable and explained everything about his condition. We really liked him a lot. Thank you, Norman Regional, for hiring such qualified individuals.
Fantastic experience: The wait was long but completely within expectations given COVID and my severity level. All the staff were very polite and helpful and treated my concerns with respect.
Fantastic experience: I have spent 3 weeks here recovering from Covid . The staff has been incredible. They have been more than Doctors and nurses, they have been a shoulder and a ear . I love them I so appreciate everyone I’ve had the honor to encounter since my arrival. My room is spotless, the food is greater than most restaurant Quality and I’m letting you know from someone still on the inside . These folks work very hard and I’m proud that I’m making a turnaround from Covid because of this wonderful staff. God Bless them all .
Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with all staff members. It would be to hard to single out any favorites. Dr. Eichert worked a magical miracle on my back and gave me my legs back words can’t describe how grateful I am for everyone that took amazing care of me thank you so much
Fantastic experience: I went to the ER with chest pain and trouble breathing. The doctor and nurses were very thorough and reassured me that everything was ok. CT scan, ecg, bloodwork and X-ray confirmed just a little inflammation in lungs but were clear. Costochondritis was my diagnosis. Having health anxiety since covid is very common and they walked me through all my tests and blood work.
Fantastic experience: My son was turned away for suicidal/ homicidal issue's early after the police brought him to another facility. Norman Regional staff were beyond kind and they jumped into action unlike anything I've seen. I'm beyond grateful for them. Thank you for hearing our cries and helping my son and daughter! So so grateful
Fantastic experience: We had to take our son because he was having issues with his feeding rube. It was cracked and leaking and he couldn't eat. An Endoscopy nurse named Christie came in and fixed him right up! Thank you so much . We couldn't get in to his Dr for a referral to be seen at OU so we took him to the emergency room. Thank God for the ER!
Fantastic experience: Took my husband to the West Side Campus last night because of symptoms of a stroke. The Doctors and nurses were fantastic and confirmed that he had had a stroke. This morning they transferred him to the East side Campus because that is the Stroke department. Everyone there is Professional, Courteous and Helpful. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my husband.
Fantastic experience: We live in a time where people seem to find anything wrong with the world around them. However this post is to share about the wonderful people and terrific care we received at Norman Regional Hospital this weekend. We were treated quickly and with respect. The staff was kind, friendly, competent and understanding. I felt my husband was in the best of care at all times from the ER to the PCU to the gentleman that took us to the door when it was time to leave. I'm sorry I can't remember all the names of the many people who cared for my husband and myself along the way. I want to thank them all including Ashley and Brandi Jo in ER, Amanda, Joe, Sandra and Thomas in PCU, and Dr. Rummel and all the Doctors and specialists that worked with us. Keep up the great work. This world is a better place because of you.
Fantastic experience: EM well done, everything is done quickly and professionally. Nice employee.
Fantastic experience: This is a great hospital. My son was born there, with great nursing facility and doctors, the nursery people were great, the food was really good. I felt like I was in good hands, in a very happy but worrisome first birth. And then this hospital and their staff got me through chemotherapy infusions like it was a breeze. I highly recommend this hospital and their staff!
Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice! During my initial procedure, Jason and Dr. Thorpe we’re very calming and talked me through every part of it. They were amazing! Jonathan who did my MRI made sure I was comfortable before he started the machine and made it much easier for me. I appreciate these people very much!
Fantastic experience: I was taken to Norman Regional Hospital's Emergency Department after experiencing stroke-like symptoms. When I arrived via ambulance a code stroke was immediately called and everyone from the nurses, doctors, and techs to the case manager and registration staff acted quickly to get me properly checked out while also fully explaining every part of the process to me. They were efficient, professional, courteous, kind, friendly, and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and understood what was happening even though it was all happening so quickly. After the ER, I was admitted to the ICU where I also received top-notch care from the time I was admitted to the time I was discharged. Every single nurse, doctor and tech I encountered was very caring, friendly and professional. All of my nurses from the ER to the ICU were phenomenal and I could not have asked for better care. Thank you for the amazing care I received!
Fantastic experience: My dad had meningitis and I took him here to get treated a year ago. Everything was done smoothly and professionally. The nurses always did their very best to help my dad. I appreciate everything this hospital has done for my father as he is well and healthy now.
Fantastic experience: My husband recently had surgery and I must say Lucy his RN after surgery was exceptional, she is a genuinely kind and caring person and we appreciated all of the care she gave him. She knew exactly how to care for him and answered all of our questions following his surgery. I’ve dealt with a lot of RNs and shes one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I recommend this hospital, most everyone was friendly and willing to help us through a critical time. Dr McCurdy is the best!! Thank you Norman Regional Hospital ♥️
Fantastic experience: Jeremy Laws Rodriguez he is a great person. Jeremy goes above and beyond. My Mother was on the PUC floor and he took excellent care of her and my family I just want to say thank you very much Jeremy
Fantastic experience: They were perfect. They took great care of my and my infant. I had kidney stones and had no clue on new year's day. They took lovely care of me and my infant.
Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you to all the nurses, physical therapy personel.. A special thanks to a Paul in the ICU. The nurses and PT personel were outstanding. I spent almost three weeks on fifth floor. The food was outstanding. Thanks again to everyone. You rock!
Fantastic experience: My brother was placed in ICU at Norman Regional Christmas Eve in very critical condition. We arrived Christmas day. The care he received has been phenomenal! I could not ask for anyone to be more attentive. The nursing staff, the doctors and respiratory were all absolutely wonderful! Very professional, very attentive, very honest and very compassionate! Dr. Boyd, Dr. Eagle and Dr. Bacchus were top notch! Nurses Tracie, Susan, Rose and Sierrah all deserve best nurse awards! Thank you for being there for my brother and our family!!!
Fantastic experience: My 5 stars is because of Dr Valerie Manning who is in your system. She's an amazing and caring doctor! I've never felt rushed by her. She's very compassionate when listening to my problems. She treats my whole life-mental and physical- and has helped me so much.
Fantastic experience: I just want to thank every nurse ever technician and Dr. Carter for saving my daughters life! After a week of taking her to a local ER and getting nothing done I finally took her here and they were exceptional! The room was fantastic and the ER staff was awesome! They did all the tests needed that she didn’t get before at the other ER and admitted her that night. I could not possibly thank you all enough for what you did! My daughter is home today because of the exceptional care she received here in Norman over a 4 day period! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic experience: Superb! It was a very busy ER, but my doctors & nurse treated me with an amazing amount of compassion, respect & care! I would give them a higher rating if I could.
Fantastic experience: I want to thank every single nurse, respiratory therapist, nurse tech and all the other staff that took extremely excellent care of me. Words can't express the gratitude I have towards everyone involved in my healthcare. Y'all are the best. Much love and thanks to you. Sincerely JOHNTHOMPSON
Fantastic experience: I was admitted December 16th 2019 and released December 20th 2019 I had gallbladder surgery. I could not have asked for better staff from the doctors to the nurses to the techs to housekeeping everyone at the hospital the Porter's a big thank you for all your kindness and all your helpfulness thank you so much
Fantastic experience: Usually when I visit the ER and complain I’m in pain, they immediately have this idea I’m seeking narcotics. However I threw my back out & had to go. I was seen by Dr. Porter. He was the exact opposite of that! He didn’t make assumptions, he checked my xrays and after confirmation it was indeed my back, he gave me a muscle relaxer & a steroid shot. I was in so much pain I could barely move, he could visibly tell even through my mask that I was in real pain, at which point he ordered a little pain medication and I respectfully declined. And usually when I decline they scold me and say “we’re not giving you anything else”, but I never asked for anything else? Dr. Porter did not treat me that way. Today I’m able to move & I can’t thank him & his staff enough!
Fantastic experience: Norman Regional saved my life on November 6th 2015 and tonight November 13 2019 gave me great service. I went in with a tremendous toothache and was swiftly taken care of. Thank you all for everything. I have absolutely no complaints.
Fantastic experience: We went in to get a boil addressed. We seen Dr. Carrie Barton, and she was very helpful and professional. The Dr. Used an ultra sound throughout the procedure and eveven used it to verify it was drained. Ended up being about a golfball sized and deep. Fantastic visit.

Fantastic experience: It's been a year since I came in for a bilateral pneumothorax. I stayed 8 days and I don't have any complaints. This hospital saved my life, the nurses, staff, doctors, thank you all so much! Everyone was just great and helpful.
Fantastic experience: Thank you all for the compassion and the professionalism that was shown to both our father and our family while he was under your care. We were asked so many times if we needed anything and they were always there ready and available to assist if needed. The doctors, nurses and sitters were outstanding. So nice! They went above and beyond in every way. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: I don't know what pill-headed losers have been rating this hospital so low, but we had a wonderful experience. The staff was so accommodating and helpful and every section was very clean. This is a wonderful hospital.
Fantastic experience: I went to the ED on a Saturday night and had a wonderful experience despite terrible circumstances. Dr. Hill, Dr. Phillips, and nurse Rebecca were so compassionate and thorough, and informative. They took very good care of me and were so kind. I got to the back very quickly also! I'm so grateful to them!
Fantastic experience: I must say as a provider myself the ICU, floor nurses on 5th floor NE, and 3rd floor oncology were 99% awesome. What a trying stent in the hospital for my dad. We could not have made it without you!!! The caring, love of nursing is not gone as I thought it was!!!! Thank you for your time, love and patience!!! I wish I could thank you individually!!!! Dr. Love and Dr Nguyen took the time to involve themselves in my dads extremely complicated case with “over 15 diagnosis” and counting. They did everything possible in such a loving caring manner, involving the family AND calling the long distant medical family member keeping them updated. They went over and above!!! As for the PT and OT group stellar. They know when to push and when he needed rest. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!
Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Carter and the excellent care team we had. Best hospital I've ever been at. Our 4 stay was filled with professional top notch care in every department.
Fantastic experience: Had to bring a family member to ER during Saturday night shift. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of care from the wait time to treatment. ♡ God Bless the staff ♡
