Negative experience: Came to visit my dad . They won’t dress him ! He doesn’t even have a pull up on !! They just let to urinate on him self. His health and quality of life have went down so much in just two months!! Do not put ur family in this place they do not care about their people

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Grace skilled nursing facility. This is the second time my mom has been there, and they helped her tremendously! The doctors there are phenomenal, and the staff is very caring! my mom was in bad shape when she first entered the facility and Dr Thomas Merrill did not stop until he got all her symptoms figured out. She was quite the case to figure out, but Dr Merrill did what he could and got her referred to the specialists that she needed. The Physical Therapy team were super nice and caring! They did a great job! I can’t thank them enough! The cafeteria staff were always pleasant and served good food! If my mom didn’t care for what they were having, they would find something that she did like. Anytime there was a change with my mom’s treatment the nurse staff would always call me and let me know. I appreciate the welcoming smiles every morning when I would come in to see my mom. This was a very difficult season and I’m thankful that I had them to help us through it all. My family and I will be forever grateful to the doctors, and the staff at Grace.

Positive experience: My mother has been here for 30 days. A nursing home is the very last place I wanted my mother to be. Over all most of the employees are genuinely concerned about the patients. They can become complacent so I stay all morning to make sure things get done right by my mother. We are taking her home this week. She has gotten stronger here. But.......

Negative experience: 0 entertainment for seniors whatsoever. It would be so easy to at least do a movie night. Anything. The whole building smells like urine. Patients are not bathed regularly. Please don’t take your family here.

Negative experience: Don't take your loved one here! Nurses are hateful and act put out to do their job, cleanliness is a joke, and the case workers job is to get the patients out of their hair, not do what's best for them. They will forget your meds and even forget your food! They don't even bathe their patients. Elaine, the social worker, thinks she's a doctor and her medical opinion is golden while not doing what's best for the patient.

Negative experience: the nurse stated she's "not allowed to touch a black man" when referring to her patient. Do not send your family here

Negative experience: Most nastiest facility ever been in. #1 Giving their patients burnt food, #2 not bathing patients #3 Watching the secretary inject someone. Very unprofessional here. Staff members are so rude when asking simple questions. Stop violated HIPPA. Better get your facility up to par.

Fantastic experience: My mother in law has been there as a skilled patient and is now a permanent resident there since Jan of 2021. She has enjoyed her stay and really likes the activities provided. The staff are truly caring and are attentive. Her health has declined and the staff always keeps us informed of changes. They follow and change care according to her needs. The staff is dedicated, from the housekeepers to the CNA's to the nurses. Would recommend to anybody!
