Positive experience: Very good listeners. Professional and empathetic.

Negative experience: Racist and cold people at this place.!

Negative experience: Had GeneSight test there and they charged over $200 for the followup visit just to get the test results. I was never informed of the cost of this visit and assumed it was only a followup related to the test results and there would be no extra charge. They obviously do not care about helping their patients, only about the money they can squeeze from you. I should have been informed, up front, of any charges that would be incurred for this supposed followup. I could have received the test results by email or fax. I will NEVER refer anyone here and I will NEVER be returning.

Fantastic experience: The staff and the physicians are so down to earth and they truly listen to understand your needs. Thank you Family Wellness Center so much for the care you give your patients.

Negative experience: This place is racist and prejudices their patients. Extremely non-professional! You will regret you ever came here they don't care about their patients especially if you're not white!

Negative experience: Utter disappointment. The PA I saw clearly hadn't read my new patient packet (which they claim is so important to the pre-visit that they will cancel your appointment if you don't return it quickly enough) or any previous medical notes I provided. The entire hour was spent with the PA going over those printed out forms and verifying (why fill it out if they won't believe it?) it all and typing it into her computer. She made numerous mistakes as she typed when reading back to me what I had said/filled out, from basic timelines to symptoms presented to medication names. She asked questions that honestly dumbfounded me at how obvious the answers are to a regular person, let alone should be to someone who specializes in the field. At one point she victim blamed me (not just my impression, my spouse was in the room and had the same take) for not doing the exact opposite of what my previous psychiatrist recommended and was huffy with my response that I can't do the opposite of doctors orders if I'm supposed to trust my doctors and how that's one of the reasons I'm seeking a new psychiatrist. I scheduled an appointment here having been told by the front desk that an initial appointment with the psychiatrist will begin med management and pair me with an appropriate therapist for intensive treatment. The PA I saw absolutely refused to refer me to a therapist who fits my diagnosis and history, and instead gave me a list of names and phone numbers to just cold call and gamble on. I do not recommend wasting time and money with this establishment.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. Went in to get my meds filled. I'm from another state and I've been taking the same medications for over 10 years and they wouldn't prescribe me my same medications. Guess they really don't care if I have a seizure due to a sudden stop in medication.

Fantastic experience: I have been extremely happy with this place. I see Paula Rother and she actually cares about how I'm doing! She listens to what I have to say and how I'm feeling. I haven't had this great of an experience with getting the right meds to keep my mental health on the right track. The staff has treated me with great kindness. I am truly grateful to have found this place!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get therapy for my daughter and I since February. Was told there was a wait list. Have yet to hear from anyone. I have left multiple detailed messages but have yet to hear back from anyone. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Front office worker tried to over charge me over 130$ but somehow this is my fault? I just want my controlled meds not be robbed and then verbally assaulted by some jacked up nurse with a huge ego. Needs to be shut down immediately.

Negative experience: Slanderous & front desk says they'll call, but never do I went in honest and tried to make me the bad guy Slandered my name & be rough explaining to next Dr Lawyer up.....

Fantastic experience: I literally cannot stress enough how life saving the TMS process has been at FWCN. And throughout the entire process, anything that may have stressed me out; be it insurance related or just problems with my own schedule, the entire staff at the center was there for me. They handled everything for me and I could not be happier with the treatment I received here. For the first time, I actually believe I’m going to get to live my life! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled with mental health my entire adult life and the drs and staff here have been amazing I finally have meds that work for me and when it come to insurance approval and prior Authorizations the office staff have been on top of it! Lauren in the office always gets my prior authorizations done within 24 hours taking a lot of the head ache away from me I can’t recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing front desk help they don't want to listen to anything you have to say even when you have proof of payment refuse service because of no payment extremely disappointed with the whole office my opinion is they cause more mental distress then they do help anybody including PAs that don't listen they're there just to make a buck and don't care about the mental well-being of their patients that is evident in the treatment of their patients and then they expect you not to get upset about it and terminate you as a patient thank you for reading this I hope it helps somebody else to not get treated like I did

Positive experience: We have been very happy with Susan Thompson. She listens to our concerns and questions and has always been responsive and helpful to us. Their new office is on the far Northern edge of town but it's very nice and comfortable and is worth the drive I think. The rest of the staff here are good too. Some are more outwardly friendly than others but they all seem solid at their jobs.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The office staff are great. They're friendly and helpful .Dr gray is the best Dr I've seen for mental health. He listens and talks. He takes my concerns into account and doesn't ignore how I'm feeling .Amazing Dr! If you need help this is the place to go!!
