Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Jay Adams at Excel Chiropractic. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and range of motion issues. He then uses Active Release Techniques in addition to chiropractic adjustments to improve mobility. The clinic is a relaxing environment and his staff provides exceptional service. 5 stars well deserved!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Jay Adams of Excel Chiropractic. After hip surgery and many PT sessions, he and his expertise in ART helped my surgery leg feel normal again. After just one session with Dr. Adams, I felt I had my pre-surgery leg back. Before his treatment, I felt like I had a wooden leg. Now, since my leg is so much better, I continue to see him for help with other areas of my body that are in pain. Jo, his receptionist and assistant is wonderful also. I highly recommend this practice.

I love going not only because I feel better and am getting the help I need, but because Dr. Adams and Jo are so kind, caring and FUN! I never have to wait and they are very accommodating if I need to reschedule. They use top notch equipment and technology, and Dr. Adams explains what he’s doing and how it helps. And it does! Fantastic experience: I love coming here! The staff is super friendly as well as the Dr. They fit me in pretty quickly if I need to come in unplanned, and are always so kind about it. I am an energy person, so from the first time I walked into that office I could tell that they really love what they do. They aren't there to try and sell me a bunch of extra stuff I don't need so that was a breath of fresh air. So glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adams is great (makes you feel at ease) and Jo is professional (but still hilarious)! The facility is clean and inviting. The Kinetisense Lab is informative and fun. My teen liked that part best.
