Fantastic experience: This is a great place to get better. They truly care about your pain and work with you to get better. Heat therapy is working with my feet and I am very happy with the improvement so far

Fantastic experience: Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!!! I was so skeptical at first because the other therapy centers that I gone to were subpar. However, MML is very thorough. They asked questions. They listened to me. The staff is very friendly. My body feels so much better after a couple visits. I hear other patients say they feel better all the time while signing in. This place is great!!

Fantastic experience: I was scared to do physical therapy. Everyone there is so genuinely nice, friendly and helpful! they take their time with you and let you go at your own pace. They don't get frustrated with you if you're going slowly they encourage you to take your time. I absolutely recommend!! I love Casey and Riley! They made me feel comfortable and laugh through the pain!!

Positive experience: I updated my review because both my physical therapist and the owner of MML Physical Therapy got in touch with me, so I changed my 1 star rating to a 3-star rating. I love my physical therapist here, but the front desk staff is incompetent and lazy. They never return any phone calls. I called on Friday and followed up with a second call on Monday. Both times, I left a message inquiring if I would be seeing the same physical therapist who saw me the first time because I want consistency with my care. Despite leaving 2 messages 24 and 72 hours before my appointment, the lazy front desk staff couldn't even be bothered with calling me back. Apparently, my time isn't valuable. Instead, they sent 2 text messages "reminding" me that I had an appointment this morning. However, I could only respond by confirming my appointment because their text messages did not allow for the option to cancel. Needless to say, I wasted my time, drove all the way out there only to be told that the physical therapist wasn't in this morning and that she would be in later this afternoon, and I could "come back" if I wanted to. First of all, if these people knew anything about my condition, then they would know that driving is a difficult task for me especially since it causes me excruciating pain, which is why I'm seeing a physical therapist in the first place! However, I'm finding that most front desk staffs at medical offices throughout Vegas tend to be incompetent and lazy. Thank you, Karen and Casey, for contacting me!! I appreciate that you made things right. It shows that you care and that service is still alive and well in some parts of Vegas.

Positive experience: What a wonderful group ❤. A TEAM. This therapist and assistants is a pro bowl. Casey, Riley, Anna, Maria..and my girl Vanessa...always make me feel welcome and you understand that they have a plan for getting you back to health. After every exercise, they're checking on you and your pain level. Their providing information that is very resourceful. And you don't feel like the 1,000,000 patient..you feel #1. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience: I loved this place! Sadly we won’t go anymore because my beautiful son is done with his therapy . I seen so much done thanks to everyone that helped me get my baby head balancing better in better shape I really appreciate it and they got lovely staff! Really satisfied and I will totally recommend. Really professionals.

Positive experience: From the front door counter(what’s up ladies? ) to the back room hands down one of the cleanest, friendliest places I’ve ever been! A lot of communication and they concentrate on getting you to feeling like you again... I wanted to sign the wall though, lol... Jermel

Fantastic experience: Sometimes U wanna go where everybody knows your name and they're always glad U came, Cheers to MML. The Staff is wonderful, professional and knowledgable. My therapy sessions has lowered my pain lvl from 8, 9 to 3 on most days thanks again. Alx.

Negative experience: My girl and i used tho think that this was a wonderful facility until there was information given out about her to a person who claimed authorized individual over my account with them. When are these businesses gonna start honoring our rights as customers and patients. Where did the hiipa law come into effect?
