Fantastic experience: My PT experience at Calif. Rehab and Sports Therapy in Norwalk was outstanding. I was treated for a torn right rotator cuff. I could barely move my arm when I started physical therapy. I was very skeptical about my ability to recover use of my arm without surgery. Everyone at the location starting with Sandra was exceptionally nice and helpful. Maria and Jose helped me with my exercises while Margaret, John and Natalia worked on my shoulder. I worked with Natalia the most and she was able to restore movement, flexibility and strength in my arm. I am extremely happy and surprised with the results. I am glad my shoulder is better but i will miss seeing and interacting with everyone at Norwalk.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy at California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Norwalk for injuries to both of my arms. I ruptured the bicep muscle on my right arm and strained the bicep muscle on my left arm. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. Keith, my physical therapist, provided exceptional care throughout my recovery. His wealth of knowledge and expertise were evident from the start, as he quickly diagnosed and treated the various issues stemming from my injuries. Keith's personalized approach and attention to detail ensured that I made steady progress and regained strength and mobility in both arms. The support staff at this facility are equally commendable. Maria, Jose, Richard, John, and Ethan all contributed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Their professionalism and dedication made each visit a positive experience. A special mention goes to Sandra, who was a tremendous help with scheduling and navigating insurance issues. Her efficiency and friendliness took a significant load off my shoulders, allowing me to focus on my recovery. I can't recommend California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Norwalk enough. Their top-notch team made my rehabilitation journey smooth and successful. If you need physical therapy, look no further. This place is the best!

Negative experience: These people said they would charge me $150 n I got a bill for almost $500 dollars n then they sent me to collection.

Fantastic experience: Jose was very friendly and welcoming. Natalia was in charge of my PT, she was amazing. She was thorough and took good care of me, just the perfect amount of pressure needed :). Great team!

Positive experience: Did 2 and a half rounds of PT with them and they were great, then I had to have surgery and was referred back to them post op and I left multiple messages for them to try and schedule my first appointment over the course of 3 weeks. Finally got ahold of them and their first appointment available is 2 weeks out. Despite my best efforts to do some PT and stretches at home I can feel the site becoming harder to flex and move. I can appreciate that they are busy but 3 weeks with no return phone call or acknowledgement at all is a bit ridiculous. When I finally got ahold of someone the only thing they had to say was "Oh, yes, I remember your messages and had a note to call you." While they may be a team of good people, I am losing functionality of a limb and I really don't appreciate how flippant their disregard is. All of the work to recover from an injury and it's the PT office that is going to set me back.

Fantastic experience: One of the things that sets this clinic apart is the positive attitude and cheerful demeanor of the entire team, especially their director Nelson. They always try their best to make me feel comfortable and are quick to strike up a conversation, which really helps to take my mind off of any discomfort or pain that I may be experiencing. The staff is always helpful and accommodating with scheduling appointments, cancellations, and authorizations, and they consistently pick up the phone quickly to provide any assistance. In general, I've never had to wait long to receive the care that I need. The physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they always make sure to explain the exercises or identify my problem in a clear and concise manner. Overall, I would highly recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care from a team of dedicated professionals. The facility is top-notch, the staff is attentive and responsive, and so long as you're willing to try to get better, then they're there to support you.
