Negative experience: Went in as a new patient with a referral number. Lina the scheduler is beyond rude the systems are down and we came in person to get an intake at least scheduled. She spoke to us like we were idiots the entire interaction didn’t even attempt to help just said need physical form. Didn’t ask for any information not even a name. Turned us away without even attempting to help. Needs retraining. Won’t be going to this location if that’s the attitude of staff especially the scheduler. Beyond unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: For the first time in a very long time, I can say "I'm pain free! " The staff is amazing! From the front desk to the open gym, everyone is smiling, friendly and very professional. They truly want to see you feel better.
