Fantastic experience: I have been in Physical Therapy for 4 years. I was in Physical Therapy in Colorado in 2021 for shoulder and neck pain. I also received Accupuncture therapy before I came to Oceanside Physical Therapy. I only became aware of the injury in 2021. I was a golfer, and I lost the ability to swing a golf club. I remember thinking that is not going to work. I went to a driving range last week and hit an entire “small” bucket of golf balls, not perfectly of course, but I did swing an 8 iron, and 7w, 5w, and 3w. Guess what, no pain. Thank you, all of you!

Fantastic experience: Threw out my back out golfing, a friend referred me. I went for three weeks, and they got me back to golfing. Great location, easy parking & awesome people work there. As an old lame golfer, I'll be back the next time I injure myself. ️‍♀️⛳ = ▶️

He hires very talented, capable and pleasant staff. I feel as if I'm working with family when I'm in therapy there. They are great and i love them all!

Fantastic experience: A complete FIRST CLASS and very effective physical therapy business. The owner is top-notch and involved with every patient. The therapists and technicians are efficient and are well versed in preparation and exercises for recovery of the patient. They treat each patient for their specific needs, with care and attention. They are not a 'factory' like some PT operations are, instead they are caring people who want the best for their customers. They truly care about the rehabilitation for their clients. Don't go anywhere else. This place is the best!

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapy practice by far. I wish I started coming here years ago. Dr. Sean and his team ensure everyone is taken care of and their needs are beyond met. Fantastic experience: I was treated 6 months ago for low back pain from arthritis they showed me how to improve my core muscle tone to get relief. I have returned there now to get relief from the arthritis in my knee because I have confidence in their knowledge of what works to improve each individual.

Fantastic experience: I had good experience with OPT. It's staff are very professional and demonstrate they care about the patients and their well-being. Love their hydro massage. I regard it as my reward after completing each therapy session.

Fantastic experience: I broke my leg and my orthopedic surgeon referred me to Oceanside Physical Therapy. Stephen was my primary PT. He, and the rest of the crew, are the best PTs I've worked with. I thought it would be 6 months before I could get back to my life. After 4 months I already got back to complicated trails and am planning a longer backpacking trip this winter. They gave me my life back and I couldn't be more grateful. That crew is full of healers, do your exercises and communicate, and you'll forget you were broken to begin with.

Fantastic experience: Oceanside Physical Therapy is thoroughly professional and Sean and his staff are devoted to helping each patient find the solution to their physical ailment. I went for a hip bursa issue and not only did they provide much guidance regarding exercises I could do to help my problem, but they also use the "hands on" approach of massage, heat and cold, instead of just using equipment. It was the best PT experience I have had and I wholeheartedly recomment Oceanside Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: I started PT in November and I am happy with the way I'm progressing. My injury has been improving week after week and all the doctors are aware of my injury and my treatment plan. I’ve had the pleasure to be worked on by all the doctors and I recommend them to anyone looking forward to improve their well being. They listen to what you have to say and ask really good questions. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from hip tendinitis for some months last year. After attending the sessions of physical therapy at Oceanside Physical Therapy centre I recovered fully. At home I also practised the exercises regularly as shown by Sean . Sean and Angela attended me and they both were very caring.The other staff were also very helpful and cordial.Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had ankle surgery and needed to get physical therapy to gain my strength back. After visiting Oceanside Physical Therapy I was extremely impressed with Steven and Sean and the staff. Over the past several years I have needed physical therapy for my ankle and I can say hands down that these folks are the best and really care about your well-being and your recovery. The facility is very clean and has excellent equipment to help me with my recovery. I wish I knew about Oceanside Physical Therapy sooner when I required physical therapy over the years. These guys deserve 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sean Mandell is one of the best physiologists I have ever met. Particularly regarding the mechanics of movement, strength, balance, and joint flexibility. He quickly determines a unique treatment plan for each new patient and his staff carefully monitor progress at a very personal and individual level. His center is clean, organized and peaceful with top of the line equipment. Multiple modes of body work are part of the process to relieve pain and increase mobility. My own treatment plan has become a foundation for my ongoing health. I cannot recommend Oceanside Physical Therapy enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to Oceanside Physical Therapy for three weeks, 2-3 times each week. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. I had pain in both shoulders. After two weeks the pain in one shoulder was gone and the other was about 1/2 to gone. I’d highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had amazing experience with Oceanside PT and recommend them to anyone! I came to Oside PT after 4 months of unsuccessful attempts to get rid of pain in the hip: pain meds, doctors, acupuncture, chiropractor - tried them all. I couldn’t walk even a mile, and I’m not even talking about skateboarding or surfing. Steve, Moses, Mariana are the great team and helped me a lot with my recovery. Steve diagnosed that my SIJ is dislocated, so I need correction and strengthening exercises. After a couple of weeks of therapy, I could hike a few miles again on a trail. After a month, I had my first short surfing session. Now, after about 7 months my hips mobility is 10x better than it was before injury and I barely have any discomfort at all (I have no restrictions at all). Thanks a lot, you are amazing!

Fantastic experience: My mother in law came here for physical therapy twice a week and she loved the facility and especially Sean and his staff. She was in the hospital for quite some time and ended up with muscle atrophy. They worked with her at her pace and she recovered very well and gained strength through Oceanside Physical Therapy. The facility is well kept and very clean. They have various machines and equipment. When it is done being used a staff member always cleans it up right away.

Fantastic experience: I was in the Oceanside area for just a couple of months from out of town but wanted to start my PT post surgery. Sean was very easy to work with, allowing me to come for the time I was there. I liked the casual atmosphere and professional attention to my needs. The hydro massage was also awesome. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Mandell for an issue with my shoulder that I was afraid would require surgery. He re-assured me that surgery wasn't my only option and worked with me to meet my goals of getting back to Spartan races without my shoulder bothering me. This man works miracles!

Fantastic experience: Each PT and other staff are great. The owner is so kind. They are all so nice, really worked with me in many ways: improving my pain, working with my doctor and insurance the get further approval, even let me bring my baby (when he was newborn and just slept all the time.)

Fantastic experience: Brought my mother in law here for her first physical therapy appointment with Sean today. I was so impressed with their patience and professionalism here. Gentleman at the front desk even addressed her by name as she walked in. I tend to be a bit nervous when my mother in law is under my care and I definitely was put at ease here. Sean took his time asking her questions and went through some movements to pinpoint the issue. He was so patient listening to her (English is her second language). Turns out my husband saw Sean some time ago for therapy himself at a different location. What a wonderful surprise! He was relieved when he found out it was the same therapist. While I was waiting I also noticed the interactions between other patients and staff. It definitely felt personal and not like they were walking charts. So glad we chose this place for our precious family member!

Fantastic experience: Really great place and staff. They helped me get back on track after I tore my MCL while surfing. They had the expertise and all the perfect equipment needed to get my knee sting again. Now I’m back in the water and feeling great. Can’t thank Sean and his team enough for the help!

Fantastic experience: Had neck problems was referred here by the VA.Best referral I have ever had. The staff is professional yet warm and caring. My pain level went from an 8 to a 3 in thirty days and that includes a week off for the holidays.parking is a little tight, but the caring staff more than make up for it. Would I go back, I ask my doctor for an extension, but was denied due to red tape. Since then I have told several other veterans about this place. Hope they keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I want to recommend Oceanside Physical Therapy in Oceanside. I've been to several physical therapy places because of prior injuries. But recently I just broke my femur and I heard about Oceanside physical therapy so I gave it a try. This place is unbelievable. The very best place if you want to get good physical therapy. I've been to several Therapy places and this is by far the best I have ever experienced. Everybody there is great. Sean and his staff are just a pleasure to deal with. My therapist was Angela. I can't say enough about how much she helped me. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed. Fantastic experience: I would have to say, over my years of injuries in the Marine Corps and having to do physical therapy on various parts of the body, I didn't expect too much positive results. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. I felt the team of therapists truly cared about my progress and if something didn't work, they would alter my exercises. I had 15 sessions, and each were building blocks for the following session. Although, I still have popping in my shoulder, the pain level has seriously subsided. Each of the individuals that worked with me, were very professional and thorough. I would like to say thank you to Sean and his whole team for the outstanding care you provided me. I would highly encourage anyone needing effective assistance, you need to visit Oceanside Physical Therapy. You will be very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy place I have been to. I chose this place over physical therapy on Camp Pendleton. If you can get a referral. Do it. I paid out of pocket, but it has been worth the money. Dr. Sean helped me alot with my back pain and sciatica. I feel better after every session!

I've been in the 'Body Work' 'Holistic World' for 50 years and seldom give my stamp of approval to any one. Yet, he deserves it. He studies, researches 'out of the box' and leaves no stone unturned in assisting individuals in their recovery. Their work area is open, friendly and all the staff are very positive and wellness orientated practitioners. Everyone I've sent there really feels they got way more than they expected. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I was a little hesitant at first since physical therapy hadn't worked for my shoulder and neck pain in the past but they know what they are doing here, I was feeling less pain within a few visits and no pain by my last. I was very comfortable and I actually looked forward to going every week. They gave me the tools I needed to use at home between visits and to continue to use to stay healthy after I was done. It's been about a year since my last visit and I'm still doing great!

Fantastic experience: I have either been a patient of or an observer of two other Physical Therapy facilities. There is no comparison! The superiority of Oceanside Physical Therapy is far above and beyond the others. I hate to use a cliche, but it is truly 'hands on.'. There is always at one knowledgeable Doctor of Physical Therapy on site. The Assistants are well trained, helpful and very pleasant. The equipment/machinery is plentiful, up-to-date and spotlessly clean, as is the entire facility. In my personal case, I was in pain and my muscles were almost atrophied after complicated lumbar spinal surgery procedures. Eight months later, I am completely free of pain and stronger than ever. I would attribute this, in greater part to the top notch treatment I received at Oceanside Physical Therapy. I would unhesitantly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: Sean and his team do a great job. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Sean does the hands on therapy that has got me moving better after a surgery in Minnesota. Then exercises with stretching and machines. I wish I could take them home with me when I go back to MN!

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff here are very professional and knowledgeable. The combination of massage, ultrasound, laser, and electrical stimulation helped my knee heal at a much faster rate, as Ive had issues with my knee and meniscus before. I'm back to running and feel normal again!

Fantastic experience: I wasn't expecting much by going to physical therapy due to my age. After a few sessions, I can feel the difference in my shoulder. The pain is significantly less. The staff is friendly and caring, the facility is roomy with state-of-the-art equipment and it doesn’t have that icky gym feel to it. I really enjoy going there! Fantastic experience: I've seen a couple of physical therapists over the years due to shoulder pain, but I was never able to get relief. A friend told me about Oceanside Physical Therapy, so I decided to give it a try. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with their services. After just 12 sessions, the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder for years is almost gone! I am now able to do things I couldn't do before without pain. It's amazing! The whole staff is FANTASTIC! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and truly care about the individual. Steven is a top-notch physical therapist. I have full trust in his abilities, and after seeing other physical therapists in the past, I can honestly say they aren't all created equal. He truly is the best of the best! On top of a great session, you can end on a hydromassage bed. If you haven't tried these water massage beds, it's a must! I'm able to ice my shoulder for 10 mins on the bed before I leave which is convenient. Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: Oceanside Physical Therapy is amazing! I have had physical therapy at other places that were good, but this team is outstanding! Sean, Jake, Mariana, Megan, Juan, Kayleigh.... the whole team...wow! All are super professional. All are very knowledgeable. All are super patient. They know how and when to challenge you to get you the healing and support you need to be back to 100% again. I always look forward to my appointments and leave happy. They are sincere in wanting to know how you are and what limitations you have and come up with innovative ways to get a person on the track to healing. It is also so nice to be able to go to physical therapy just 5 minutes from my home...gives me back at least an hour in my day each visit. After being a patient here;however, I would travel that extra time just to go to this location. They are that good! I am now officially discharged....and went from a broken foot with a lot of pain to a healed foot in shape to put my scuba fins on and go diving!! I have recently switched to his Oceanside facility as it is located more conveniently to my home. Same excellent service in a new location!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with way more equipment than other clinics I've been to in the past for stretching and strengthening. Mariana has a great personality and makes the exercises really enjoyable. Dr. Sean always spends at least 10-15 minutes working on me with a variety of massage tools and techniques and my IT band is feeling so much better after 5 visits! I sent my friend over and they threw in 10 complimentary HydroMassage bed sessions which is a really nice way to wrap up the session.
