Fantastic experience: I really recommend working with Ben and his team. They helped me to overcome a low back pain that was very uncomfortable til the point I was not able to walk or sit with no pain. Ben did an initial assessment of my issue and we agreed on the goals that I wanted to meet, so he built a plan with exercises and guided me through them. They truly care about you, the way you feel and give you lots of advice for future.

Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I have worked with this amazing Physical Therapist, Dr Ben Kurtz, and his team with amazing results. We have both worked with a number of Physical Therapists over the years and both of us agree that we’ve gotten the best results with Ben. He helped my husband get rid of what seem to be a chronic knee pain, but is now resolved. He helped me relieve a chronic SI joint pain, with specific personalized exercises that he printed out for me to do at home for ongoing prevention. He is definitely our go to Physical Therapist now for any future needs. He is one of the best!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Dr. Kurtz and the entire team there were so friendly that I was actually disappointed when I had recovered enough to stop visiting their office. They were always right on time with my appointments, willing to take as much time with me as I needed (including time for me to ask LOTS of question), and very knowledgeable about physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: It has been a fantastic experience working with Ben and his team. I appreciate the level of detail and care he provided in the diagnosis of my wrist injury and basis for treatment. Strength training will take time and I feel confident that he has given me a solid foundation of exercises to achieve my rehab goals and a wealth of knowledge to prevent further injury. MJ and her first rate staff show kindness and compassion to each person they treat. We are very fortunate to have Melissa here.

Positive experience: I was referred to MJ Physical by my primary doctor for some ongoing pain I was experiencing. I didn't have very high hopes for a solution with PT, but these guys really know their stuff. I had significantly better results here than with numerous Chiropractors in the past. I will definitely be back if I have any new pains int he future!

Fantastic experience: Firstly, I have to apologize for not being in contact sooner concerning cutting my rehab therapy visits 'short'. A family situation is requiring more of my time now. Yet mostly, I can't Thank All the MJ Team for their help & assistance in getting my shoulder to at least functioning use again. Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility for a couple of months now. It has been a great experience for me, and very very helpful to my injury! I always walk away physically, and mentally feeling better than I did when I walked in. Everybody that works there is so kind and knowledgeable from Ben to Giselle to Matt to Erik And Xavier. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this PT office. Dr. Ben Kurtz and every member of his team are knowledgeable, friendly, kind... yes, kind... and detail-oriented. They don't just assign you a pre-programmed set of exercises. Dr. Kurtz personalizes each treatment to exactly what your body or injury needs at that time. He is reasonable in the amount of home work, and has allowed me to progress at the pace that is right for my body. I'm so happy to have found this PT office. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: This is a terrific place to get physical therapy in the North County San Diego area! The new owner, Dr. Ben Kurtz, was my physical therapist when I used to see him at Rancho Physical Therapy in San Marcos. He left there to start this new place. I had to do a little sleuth work to find him for a new round of physical therapy after breaking my hip. I'm thrilled I found Ben again! It's a commute, but I won't let anyone else to my PT!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend MJ Physical Therapy, specifically AK and his team. I was referred to him by my podiatrist who was in the process of making customized orthotics for my three year battle with plantar fasciitis. The pain was really starting to slow me down and I had a trip planned where I would be doing a lot of walking. I had already been to rolfers, acupuncturist and massage therapists, but it only provided temporary pain relief. AK was able to really fix the problem. His treatment plan and at home stretching worked. My plantar fasciitis is gone, I don’t have to wear my orthotics and I’m grateful. AK is very knowledgeable and really cares about providing high quality physical therapy treatment.
