Fantastic experience: Excellent first time at this location. Great customer service from the receptionist she was very helpful in making the visit fluid. I met a new therapist named Johanna she was very kind and funny and knowledgeable in what I needed. Very excited to meet her again

Negative experience: Rude office staff force you to comply with invasive, atypical check-in procedure, and you have to go through their office for a range of healthcare or they won't treat individual issues, in an obvious shady attempt to maximize profit. Between the weird procedures and incompetent counselor (Frank) I bailed after just two appointments, then the weird manager called me trying to gaslight me that their procedures are common when I know from experience it is not. Every person I dealt with was unprofessional and frustrating, I would have been better off never coming here.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Tried scheduling an appointment and when i did they said they called but i didn't get a single call. If you dont want to do your job you all should be replaced.

Negative experience: Loved the place for my first visit, it all went downhill from there. Receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional. Have missed two appointments due to them not calling me saying they did, and that they wouldn’t “lie” about contacting me. I also made sure my phone number on file was correct which it WAS. Some say vaccinations are required for in person visits, some say just a face mask is required. They need to get their priorities straight and hire people that actually care about their clients and that are kind and understanding. I’m going here for my mental health and it’s only made it worse due to the struggles I’ve already had with this place. Would not recommend, don’t waste your time.
