Resolute Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Resolute has been awesome supporting and helping me with healing my knee pain. I was struggling to run 3-4 miles at a time. I was stoked to be able to compete in my 70.3 Ironman in Spain without knee pain in November. Special shout out to Alyssa helping me with the running treatment. I would recommend any runner/athlete with pain to come visit them if you need help addressing fitness pains. Thanks for all that you do Alex and Alyssa!

They're professional, but in a fun/relaxed/laid back sense and I'm here for it - as most experiences within the medical field are not what I described above... Resolute Physical Therapy is a stand-out. Not only do I trust their advice, I trust that they have my best interests in mind (which is rare to find in the medical field these days). Fantastic experience: I love coming to Resolute for my PT. I feel lucky I was referred to this location. Its close to my house so I dont have an excuse to miss. The people are wonderful to work with and they are very knowledgeable. Alyssa and Kelly are amazing. I've been able to get stronger and become more knowledgeable about my pain and healing since starting at Resolute. I have learned all sorts of exercises and stretches I can now implement at home. They share plans for stretching and working out to keep your progress consistent outside the office. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs Physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Resolute for all of your physical therapy needs. Alex has helped me tremendously after my plantar fasciitis surgery, but you really can’t go wrong with any member of his amazing crew. They are all very professional and personable, and are very attentive to what your needs are. I am so happy I found them, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who finds themselves needing physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Nursing a shoulder injury on my own for 4 months only getting worse, I started to fear I might need surgery. My Doctor referred me to Resolute PT and my worries were eased. The staff is friendly and professional and I’m already on the mend one week into treatments. Visits are get in, get out, do an easy to follow routine, and feel better in a short period of time. Fantastic experience: Alex and the team at Resolute are incredible and I cannot recommend them enough! I had back surgery and after starting my recovery with a different PT firm and not being satisfied with the service I was receiving/progress I was making on my recovery I switched to Resolute and it was a night and day difference. Alex was able to identify exactly which areas I needed to focus on and he created a plan to achieve that in a specific/agreed upon amount of visits. By the end of my time I was feeling much better and I made progress I was not making at the first PT firm I visited. Alex can really explain how your body interacts and makes the exercises enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and visit Resolute Physical Therapy for your PT needs, you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: As a former D1 athlete I am used to receiving top-end care for any injury. In retirement, Resolute Physical Therapy has fulfilled that need. With a full suite of recovery and care services delivered by a friendly and knowledgable team, Resolute never disappoints and keeps me active. I highly recommend their 45min needling session.

Fantastic experience: So many wonderful things to say about the practice which has a welcoming team and a clean, open area for treatment. I tore my ACL and saw Alyssa immediately for pre-surgery PT. My doctor wanted me to get the area stronger before surgery and I learned so much from Alyssa. This made post surgery so much easier because I was used to the exercises and truly understood the purpose. Over the course of 6 months Alyssa was able week after week to know when to be gentle and when to encourage me to push past fear. I went through so many emotions during the rehab process but Alyssa has so much experience with this surgery that I could trust her completely. If you’ve been through knee surgery, you know how scary those first “loading” hops can be, but hop by hop she watched carefully and progressed me safely. One of the best things I learned is that even though I’m in my 50s it doesn’t mean I need to hold back on my fitness. In fact she helped me to get to a place where I am lifting weights way higher than my brain could imagine. I’ll never forget the day she said “don’t ever let anyone tell you that as you get older you should limit yourself.” In fact, women over 50 should be jumping to strengthen our bones! Thanks so much Alyssa.

Desperate, I called Resolute PT and they were so helpful! I got in with Alyssa for some dry needling and it was amazing how much better I felt. The whole team is welcoming and helpful. I've been a patient there for a few years now, and they always come to my rescue whenever I hurt myself (which happens more often than I'd like to admit). Alex has saved the day for me in the past, and now I'm working with Alyssa, who is absolutely fantastic. She knows just how to motivate me and when to give me a break. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful group of physical therapists. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with any of them at Resolute.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Alex a PT here. I was a patient referred to this group, had to cancel appointments due to health issues beyond my control. Alex, had little to no empathy, Cancelled as a patient and was rudely told to go somewhere else. Love the compassion here, sad he ruins it for all. Will NOT return, nor advise anyone else to go here. He was rude at every interaction, why I didn't go with my instinct the first time I spoke with him, I don't know. But, true colors always shine through eventually. Thankful I was shown this before I got into care with him.

Fantastic experience: The team at Resolute PT is professional, knowledgable, and truly invested in the patient's health and path to recovery. I've been seeing Kelly for long term chronic pain in several areas of my body following injuries and surgery; she always goes above and beyond with treatments and helps me feel comfortable and welcome. The Resolute PT team is collaborative, frequently working together and brainstorming the best solutions for my care. Kelly's skilled dry needling techniques have been especially hepful. I highly recommend Resolute PT!

Fantastic experience: I had chronic knee and foot pain for over a year that limited my ability to run, move, and exercise. Alyssa provided excellent treatment, developed a program to strengthen my lower body, and made it possible for me to run again with no pain. Negative experience: I am going to try to be nice here but also want to get out my frustrations. So I had spoke to Alex about cancellations that I had and told him why and he said he would waive them for me. This never happened as I was still getting bills. On top of that I feel like I was looked down on and basically called weak. I have a BIG pain tolerance but even still my foot is hurting and hurting bad. It's not just me and I'm not weak. It's not that I'm just not pushing through it. I am putting in all the work but I still hurt SOOOO bad. It's not just a made up thing ~ the pain is real and it's not just in my head. Anyways now I have cancelled all my appointments since I was still getting bills and I still have a lot of healing to do which I still really need physical therapy and now I don't know who to turn too. I really wish Alex would have dropped the bills like he said and I really wish I didn't feel looked down on cuz I hurt. Update ~ Alex I appreciate you getting back to me and also appreciate the kind words and understanding instead of just coming at me. I don't think your establishment is horrible by any means I guess maybe just not for me. I'm not quite sure what is right now as I am frustrated with my problem and the pain but again thanks for saying you wish me well. I also wish you all well just the same.

Fantastic experience: Alex went over and beyond to help me get on track with an acute case of vertigo. He even came in on a Saturday to do the epley maneuver for me. His competence and kindness made me feel less anxious about my balance and condition.

Fantastic experience: Attended 9 sessions for help with my hip arthritis. Love that the staff is both professional and personable.

Negative experience: They don’t have a billing department, so if you love spending time on the phone with your insurance provider verifying coverage, deductibles, and copayments this place is for you! And, if you love being billed for appointments that were cancelled and services that were never rendered, you will love this place. As for the therapy itself, very mediocre. Alex asked me at the beginning of almost every appointment, “So what are we working on today?” Did you review my medical chart? Did you note any progress? Did you even have a treatment plan since you did little more than stick needles in me and have me do exercises that I was already doing on my own? This place is a one man show and lacks the staff to provide competent care.

Fantastic experience: Had a great PT experience here. Alex combined dry needling + electrical stimulation with targeted exercises that, after 4 weeks, left my knee in great shape. Lisa up front is great as well!

Fantastic experience: I came to Resolute with very painful lower back pain and spasm caused at some point in 2020 by an unlnown back strain. I did consistent PT and then dry needling with Alex and after a few months my pain was completely gone- in fact, after the very first session of dry needling I felt better. It changed the quality of my life honestly, for the better. Now I don’t feel pain, and I know I always have somewhere to go with a team I can trust to help get me out of pain if I do experience a spasm. Plus everyone at the practice are friendly and lighthearted, which makes going consistently less of a chore. Thank you Alex and team!

Negative experience: The therapy with Jessica was great! She was professional, considerate, and very knowledgeable. The CEO, Alex, unfortunately, hides behind attendance polies, and "elects to" do this huge favor by waiving his ridiculous no-show policy fee after his agreeing that his patient was in fact, not in violation. Shameful.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time we resolute, they care about you and your needs. There not just there to make a dollar. They ask you how your feeling. It's different each time going in, which help you to heal better they will push you just far enough to feel it but not so bad you won't go back. Great place great people. I love resolute physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Resolute Therapy is awesome and flexible (no pun intended) ..working from home seems to be that I work more and sometimes unable to make my scheduled time. They don't punish me for that and keep the common goal of building my strength. Camil has been really great in helping me focus on the essential functional movement exercises. He is very knowledgeable and makes all the information he knows easy for me to understand and gives me all correct therapy. He knows all the right questions to ask and helps my PT go smooth and productive. Alex and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic experience: If you suffer from vertigo and need a great vestibular therapist, Alex is your guy. He truly understands what is going on and will help you get your balance back. His office is not close to me but I make the drive because I have seen other physical therapist who were not helping me at all. He is the only one who got results immediately. Now, I also see him for my lower back and he is great in that area also. The office is always very clean and appealing. It is easy to get the appointment times I need. I can't say enough about this office. I am very pleased with them.
