Fantastic experience: For several years I’ve been searching for a chiropractor that takes a dual approach in chiropractic care and physical therapy. This fall while training for a trail ultra, I had limiting factors near the end of my training cycle and Arvada Sport and Spine was able to keep me on track. In a couple months time I’ve made drastic improvements to the neck, back, and knee pain I’ve dealt with for years.

Fantastic experience: I started going here because I needed a Chiro that understood athletes and yet also the demands our occupation can put on our body. I have never been disappointed in my treatments! My favorite part is that after they correct a problem and teach you how to manage it, they don’t make you come in every week for the rest of your life. Fantastic experience: I’ve had the pleasure of being treated by both Dr. Welling and Dr. Corning and Sherry (Massage Therapist)…such pros that took the time to get to know me and get to the bottom of my neck pain/headaches with an easy to understand treatment plan. No wasted visits or feelings of “what are we doing”? The front office crew of Stephanie and Kelsey help a ton with getting me on the schedule and answering any questions too. Such a great team and it shows…describing their vibe with me as a patient, is hard to share…all I can say is, it’s good and they always give me or my family member a warm welcome, each visit. I’m not a huge “Google review guy”, but if we were friends, I’d send you here to get on their schedule ASAP.

Both experiences have been amazing and I’ve learned so many exercises and stretches that help and also prevent future injury. I highly recommend booking an appointment!

Fantastic experience: This practice has helped me recover so much since my ACL surgery. Before coming here I was going to another place for physical therapy and had just hit a stop in my recovery. My father told me about this practice as he and the rest of my family had gone for other reasons and thought I should give it a try. I switched to this place and have no intention on leaving now. My recovery has been progressing so much since coming here. Another bonus is that this practice is priced more reasonably than the other one I was attending. My first practice cost around $100+ per session and this practice cost around $17 per session. I personally see Dr Samantha and enjoying working with her immensely. I highly recommend going to this practice and seeing if it is a good fit for you!

I have been coming here nearly weekly since 2015 after my daughter was born and I was having a lot of postpartum aches and pains. Dr. Welling is awesome! One of the best chiropractors I have ever been to and everyone at his practice is top notch, professional and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking relief from chronic pain or just a tune up if you’re feeling “off”. I would come every day if I could because of how good I feel when I leave! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for physical therapy around a year now- through hip surgery and several other sports injuries. My physical therapists have been very supportive and truly want you to succeed. Everyone at the front desk is so welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing physical therapy and chiropractic care here and would highly recommend both! In just 6 weeks, I have made a lot of progress on my goals. I fully trust my providers and the front desk staff is so kind and helpful.

Negative experience: Warning!! Unethical business practices bordering on Fraud. They accept insurance but can not offer any treatment without exorbitant out of pocket charges, twice a week for 6 weeks. The treatment was a complete waste. He used the clicker a couple times and the dry needling (effective with other providers) did nothing. I booked a chiropractic appointment (no copay) they billed my insurance as a specialist (copay). Beware!! Extracting $ is their specialty.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had worked with two physical therapists at Arvada Sport and Spine for different injuries. Both physical therapists have been extremely knowledgeable, great with children, teach us a variety of exercises and stretches to perform at home, listen well, and answer our questions. The appointments are worthwhile because my daughter shows notable improvements in strength and range of motion. They also have a laser therapy device to help promote healing. I definitely recommend and trust them to with my children.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists here are very qualified. I have been treated for lower back and a shoulder. Both were very painful to begin with. Treatment was successful with the therapists getting creative to give me exercises between visits that were simple and effective. I always start with physical therapy because it saves $$ to skip the expensive MRI/ specialist step when PT is so often the effective solution. Highly recommend here!
