Fantastic experience: Sandra Do has done an amazing job! I've been seeing her over the past couple months and have gotten over nagging leg/hip injuries I had been dealing with for a long time. Very experienced professional who really knows what she's doing. Sandy's also helped me find the right orthotics for my shoes, given me at home stretches to do, massage tools to try, and taken the care to educate me so I know what I'm doing at home. She has really gone the extra mile to help me feel physically good again!

Fantastic experience: My spouse and I have both been to Dr. Do- for issues ranging from recovery after ankle surgery (PT to gain strength, balance and mobility, to shoulder and knee pain (dry needling), neck and back pain (manual therapy saved us endless diagnostic costs that typically would be ordered by a GP). We find her to be extremely knowledgable about the human body and she always seems to know what to do to help us heal/recover (no drugs needed!). She has been our best find since moving to Arvada in 2014 and we highly recommend her services.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sandra Do is truly amazing. I was suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain that I got from a car accident. And it wasn’t just end of it. I had a really bad nerve pain that kept me away from things I loved to do. I was in chronic fatigue. After receiving treatment from her, my condition has improved tremendously. I tried all kinds of treatments but could never return to my old self. However, after meeting Sandra, my condition has greatly improved. I can’t recommend it enough! I'm so happy and very encouraging. If you suffer from a car accident and have chronic neck, shoulder, or back pain like I did, I highly recommend her treatment. I'm so glad I met her. She completely changed my life and health.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience here and have improved greatly after a car accident. The dry needling especially has been very helpful. Scheduling and communication have been a breeze. I would highly recommend this type of therapy as you won’t be given print outs and expected to do the work yourself at home. You will receive lots of hands on and tips and techniques for getting you through between appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sandra Do has helped me so much lately! I first started seeing her in January 2024 with some shoulder tension and pain that would not go away. Dr. Do has a style that blends traditional myofacial physical therapy with more manual techniques that have really helped me!

Fantastic experience: I've been suffering with intermittent hip/leg pain for almost six years. More recently, that pain transitioned into immobility, loss of strength, and referred issues in my mid-back, knee, and ankle. I was sure I'd be looking at a surgery. In need of more immediate relief, and interested in trying one last therapy, I made an appointment with Dr. Do. Having spent a lot of time researching therapists who offer myofascial release and dry needling, I felt strongly that Dr. Do would be able to offer some relief -- that I could at least count on this to help me buy some time. It turned out to be far more than that. The pain that could sometimes reduce me to tears and keep me awake for long stretches at night has been reduced to a rare twinge when I'm overworked or dehydrated. After only two visits, my pelvis is realigning and I no longer limp around, unable to get comfortable in any position. I could exhaust the full compliment of words of praise and gratitude. Wishing everyone optimal wellness. If you have some misalignment causing soft tissue/connective tissue pain and stiffness, try this modality. It can be truly life-changing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sandra Do from Manual Therapy Associates has been a great therapist for me. I broke my wrist and needed surgery and consistent therapy. Each session I walk away feeling confident I am closer to achieving my goal of the range of motion in my wrist prior to surgery.

Fantastic experience: This isn’t your standard PT; Dr. Sandy is on a completely different level. I can’t count the number of physical ailments I’ve had over the past few years that she has been able to resolve with her expert manual therapy techniques. She is a true healer! I was so thankful to find her after moving away from a similar therapist in WA State. These type of therapists are nearly impossible to find. And although she is presently a cash pay model, my insurance reimburses me 100% of my claims so don’t let that deter you either.

Fantastic experience: Let me be frank: Dr Stephanie Walker changed my life. I came in on a referral from Star Spine and Sport with a pain level 5-6 from a ten year old motorcycle accident and eight year old car accident. Today I am feeling just glorious. I am dedicated to the exercises, and she even worked with me to help a personal trainer teach me how to better my pain with exercises at the gym. She is tireless in her efforts and one of the kindest people I know. Today I am at a pain level of 1-2, five pounds lighter, and a happier, healthier person with more energy and more love to share. Fantastic experience: The best treatment I've found for my fibromyalgia pain since being diagnosed about 10 yrs ago! After all sorts of treatments and medications, manual therapy has given me more long term pain relief, improved ease of motion, and helped me bounce back faster from fibro flare ups than anything else I've tried. Sandra and Stephanie both listen carefully to me to know what's hurting. They know exactly what to work on to ease the pain and have given me a lot of easy exercises, stretches and techniques to work into my every day routine that help reinforce the work they've done in the office. Nothing else I've tried has helped nearly as much as this manual therapy. I live in Highlands Ranch and the easy drive to Arvada is worth every mile!

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer for years. I adore the Do’s and their staff so much. From When I did gymnastics years ago and got injuries, vertigo with my mom, and now a car crash, I have trusted them to help my body heal and overcome the pain. Negative experience: UNPROFESSIONAL. Very disappointed. I heard great things about them. I was referred to them and was so excited to finally have a hands on therapist. I had a total of 3 appointments. Each one of them I got a call and email that same day or day before trying to change the time. (Having a busy work schedule, when I plan a physical therapist appointment that’s the time that works for me and when that time is offered to me, I assume they can see me then). All three times I had to deny the reschedule due to work. Finally on the third appointment I get to work 2 hrs early to get off early enough for my 3:30 appointment. Sure enough at 10 am they cancel on me. Knowing that they had tried to reschedule to an earlier time the day before I can see it wasn’t a last minute issue.. I asked the receptionist if this is common. She said this month it is because they aren’t scheduling enough patients. That’s unacceptable. You schedule me for a date and time and then need to change it because you have an empty window and cancel it!? Do paperwork, clean the office, organize something while you wait, don’t cancel on one of your patients which apparently you don’t have enough of in the first place! I was ready to switch full time to them, but after this I am done. They are unreliable, unprofessional and, given my experience, they do not put patient care as top priority.

Fantastic experience: Wow, Dr. Stephanie Johnson did a great job treating a sprain in my left hip flexor muscle. I strained the hip flexor twice in the last few months. After treatment, the flexor is now healed. As a bonus, Dr. Johnson also has helped with an old nagging injury to my lower back. While not completely healed, it feels better than it has for many years.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing physical therapy at Manual for about a month and a half and my experience has been nothing but positive. The therapist who has mainly worked with me is Stephanie, and it is clear that she knows what she's doing based on how our sessions have gone and the progress I've made thus far. Everyone in the office is friendly and personable and I definitely feel safe with the measures they've taken to adapt to the realities of COVID-19. I highly recommend Manual Therapy, thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I've been sporadically going to Manual Therapy for a while. I was in a car accident earlier in the year and have been consistently going for a few months. My main therapists are Stephanie and Sandra who both do an amazing job! They have different approaches as well which I feel gives me a more well rounded approach to my treatment. I'm not 100% yet but feel confident under their care that I will get there sooner than later! Highly recommend them for post-accident care and "tune-ups."

Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Each therapist has exceptional knowledge of the body and each therapist (actually doctor) has helped me tremendously. I have been going to MTA for years, even since Tien was practicing. Why do I keep going back? 1. I have chronic migraine which is a lifelong incurable disease in which you need to keep on top of your treatment; hands-on therapy is one example of such treatment. 2. MTA is professional and knows how to help you heal!! I have been been under the care of Tien, Sandy, Stephanie and Holly. Each time they have relieved my neck/shoulder/head pain that leads to migraines. This is a place where they do hands-on therapy AND give you at-home exercises. And now they are doing dry needling which has helped a great deal. It's not a place where they simply give you some exercises and watch you do them and send you away. To top it off, coincidentally, my neurologist recommends MTA; he does not recommend any other PT place. I was ALREADY a patient at MTA when my neurologist recommended Sandy and Tien.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Manual Therapy for about 5 years now. After I had a total hip replacement, I've had problems with my hip rotating forward and giving me some severe back pain. They are always able to fix me within a few visits. Unlike other PT practices that I have been to, they don't try and make you come constantly just so they can bill your insurance. I highly recommend Manual Therapy Associates.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent rotator cuff surgery and went to Sandy for the physical therapy of the shoulder after having first gone to the doctor's recommended physical therapist. I don't think that the doctor's therapist fully understood the body and what it takes for the entire rehabilitation process. Sandy focused on my range of motion for the first two months and was able to get me back to about 95% of my pre-surgery range of motion. She has since started me on strength conditioning and now after only 4 months I am back to doing what I love to do which is fly fishing. My shoulder is still no where back to full strength but by the end of the summer (three more months) I will be back to normal. My doctor was very impressed with my progress and asked me who I was going to for my therapy and I told him to send his more difficult patients to Sandy. I have gone to Sandy and Tien for many years now and I have recommend them to many friends and family after having gone to chiropractors and other therapists for injuries. Sandy and her office are the real deal and if other therapists can't help you, you need to see Sandy before deciding on surgery or on giving up your therapy. John Vallejos Fly fishing fool..

Fantastic experience: Manual Therapy Associates have great staff. Dr. Stephanie Johnson has helped me with vestibular dysfunction as well as plantar fasciitis. I believe the high quality of therapy given has to do with the hands on approach. I highly recommend this office for PT services.

Positive experience: The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would still be going if the building was better handicapped accessible. The wheelchair ramp hasnt been updated to current ADA standards

Fantastic experience: After a serious car accident in Dec 2016, multiple surgeries, and almost a year of physical therapy at other clinics, I was at a plateau. Joint mobility was my biggest issue in returning to strength and functionality. Drs. Stephanie and Sandra have been instrumental in me being able to move with less pain.
