Performance Rehab KCOI (Physical Therapy)

Fantastic experience: Incredible place for rehab. Went briefly for my hip and extended time after rotator cuff surgery. Wyatt is outstanding and helped me progress at a steady rate for me. Scheduling is very accommodating and everybody is so so nice! Would high recommended their services and they have many locations.

Negative experience: Predatory billing process. This is advertised as a physical therapy service when they bill as an outpatient hospital visit. They did not follow any of the proper intake procedures including breaking the law by not going over the billing estimates or really any of the paperwork before I was treated, I was rushed through the little they did show me and I never received the preliminary information that showed that I needed to be there early for paperwork. Now I’m in a dispute with them when I could have walked out and gone to a real physical therapy group for free. Furthermore, they didn’t know what I was talking about when I said that I have a ZERO program card that’s supposed to cover the PT visits so what I did sign, I thought was going to be covered by my insurance/zero card FULLY and I’m now fighting an almost $200 bill.

Negative experience: The rehab process was ok, people in there were kind but just for the money (around $400 each session). It has been a struggle to go through the payments. Even after providing full information of insurance, they have still been billing me after 2 years. There are better places than this.

Fantastic experience: Amanda Cain at Performance Rehab is a miracle worker. She has helped both me and my husband. One of her gifts is meeting you where you are and adapting as you progress. Everyone at the Olathe location is friendly, especially Kelly at the scheduling desk.

Fantastic experience: Sydney is an awesome physical therapist. Always positive and very knowledgeable. Helped me significantly reduce my back pain with a few months of help!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service

Fantastic experience: I've been a repeat customer for 10+ years. I want to get right to the issue in a minimum number of visits. The goal being to gain knowledge and tools for me to independently help heal the current issue as quickly as possible and also to avoid it or manage it in the future. As a runner and an active outdoors person I've dealt with a variety of injury types. I learned I can trust Performance Rehab to take the approach mentioned above. Proven results follow time and time again.

Fantastic experience: The location on college was very busy, but they made time to do post-surgery custom splint by Christy for me as a walk-in at my doctors request. All staff seemed to work as a team; polite and energetic. I am currently getting here at the Olathe location since it’s a little closer to our home. I still get the same patient, competent care from Kathy B. It’s hard to get this particular splint comfortable and she has gone the extra mile and then some to do that for me. She also does great patient teaching to help me not accidentally harm repair and is encouraging. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Paul Craig is currently my Physical Therapist and I’ve been so pleased because I spent about 4 months in PT somewhere else and not making progress. Within the first two weeks, the exercises Paul was giving me was helping me improve much to my surprise. I feel like he really listens to me and cares enough to really want to figure out why I wasn’t making progress after a hip replacement.
