Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to be a patient of this facility, everyone in the office is and has always been very friendly, helpful and genuine when it comes to customer service and care for the person and the reason you are there. I recommend Lauren. She has worked with me and helped my healing process tremendously.

Fantastic experience: Had issues with my hip flexor that I was trying to fix for months but couldn’t get right. Came in to this rehab facility and started to feel better instantly. Work with great people that care and do what ever they can to help. Physical therapist was the best and I’m extremely grateful that I got to work with her. She helped so much as I was trying to slowly get back onto the soccer field. One of the best experiences I’ve had and glad that this was available to me.

Negative experience: I was excited to know I could fo rehab here in Gardner. I had a revision of knee replaced again, so scheduled OT in Gardner. All went well the first week. Then in my 2nd week, they called me an hour before appointment and canceled. I was upset and told them I need this rehab ( going 2 a week). She said she was sorry. Then later they called me and said I could come in at a different time with other PT. I said that's fine. So I went. Then again on my next appt. on Monday, they did it again and called an hour before apot. and cancelled again. I was very upset and told them I cant do these cancellations, I need my rehab, that's what I signed up for. I asked her if I could go somewhere else today for rehab? She found another in Olathe bldg 1. So, I said ok. Then more I thought about it, the more I didnt want to do this ( cancelling whever). So i called PT on another web site and they said they would not cancel and had several PT workers and would make sure i had my PT when scheduled. So, i started at PT Solutions in Olathe ( behind QT on 151st). They were great. So, think seriously about PT in Gardner before u start there?
