Negative experience: The office recommended a knee replacement. Medical records shared, pre-op physical with blood tests done as scheduled, therapy scheduled, and 10 days before surgery; the office called to cancel the surgery because the A1C level was too high. The A1C level should have been checked/ discussed somewhere near the beginning of the surgery discussion, not days before the surgery. The family physician who is a surgeon and has practiced for 26 years had never heard of such a thing. Appears to be a failure somewhere along the treatment plan. We have spent several hundred dollars, lab tests out of pocket, and doctors visits for a surgery that could have been avoided at the first consultation.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. Spent 30 minutes with Dr J telling my husband he had gout and insisted on a quick with fix cortisone. Did no testing at all. Cortisone last a month got a second opinion at KU and doc told him within 5 minutes he tested positive for tears. MRI done that week, surgery scheduled following week.

Positive experience: I have been going here for years. It is part of the Olathe Health network.

Negative experience: The Dr. was very nice but the people running the clinic were a complete disaster. I called several times to get a quote for my 90-year-old mom, they told me someone would reach out to me. That didn't happen so I had to call again, finally, after calling several times, they gave me a quote and an appointment. The day of the appointment they told my mom they couldn't do the procedure since they would have to get authorization from my mom's insurance and the amount due before the procedure was almost three times the first quote they gave me over the phone. Why did they wait until we took my mom to the appointment? After wasting our time they said they would call us within 2 days. It is almost a week and we haven't heard anything. Stay away from this clinic.

Fantastic experience: If anyone is in need of a knee replacement i recommend Aneel Jiwanlal at Joco Orthopedic! He recently did my right knee and after 2 months of discomfort i am walking and have resumed most daily activities and it is AWESOME! To be able to sleep at night and have no pain being on it all day it’s just amazing, Thank you Dr. J Be sure to do the physical therapy to get the most out of it!

Fantastic experience: I interviewed 3 doctors before Dr. Lattier and am pleased with my decision. He was attentive, soft-spoken (which helped me to calm down knowing the upcoming major surgery can be stressful;) he is knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Lattier took the time to answer all of my questions patiently! The information given ahead of time was phenomenal. His bedside manner was relaxing. One of the best things about my decision to go with him is that knee surgery was his specialty - he did no other surgeries but knees, so I felt he was well-versed in the field. He has been doing this for 17 years and does about 30+ surgeries just for knees a month. As an older person, it sometimes can be nerve-wracking when you have someone younger than you is rather intimidating. The ONLY thing, is I wish he would have called me a day or two once I got home to check up on me, but I know how doctors are busy, and I also know most doctors don't do post-surgery personal phone calls.

Fantastic experience: Had great experience with Dr J and his team for both knee replacement surgery

Negative experience: I was referred to Dr. Sneddon by my ortho for a TFCC tear due to a fall. My husband and I waited several minutes past the scheduled time before the Dr came in to see me. When he finally came in he asked if I had imaging done (I did and it was in the system for him to look at but apparently he didn’t). He then proceeded to do some stability testing that was extremely painful. I asked him specifically about my MRI and he said I had ulnar abutment and would have to deal with the pain for at least a year before he would consider surgery. He offered a steroid shot but I was already in so much pain after his manipulations earlier that I was just ready to leave. I was unable to sleep for days after seeing Dr. Sneddon. I was finally able to see a different provider and my TFCC tear was treated. I received the care and respect that I deserved elsewhere. If you want to be seen by someone who cares about you then definitely go somewhere else. Our hands are essential, do not trust Dr. Sneddon to look at your images and provide treatment options because he may just rush through your appointment like he did mine. I’m still paying (mentally and physically) for his negligence. Doctors are supposed to do no harm. Dr. Sneddon failed.

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great care at Johnson County Orthopedics. I have always gotten right in for an appointment to get out of pain. Radiology is right there and fast. Dr. Jacob Sneddon is very professional and has great patient care.

Fantastic experience: Had great experience with the doctors for my arthritic hands.

Negative experience: When we received care at the office it was good, but trying to get a return phone call is horrible. Beca is not a nurse nor doctor, she's a receptionist. She really has made us mad and now we are seeking an other orthopedic . Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest

Fantastic experience: Well I'd like to thank Dr Lynch and his staff. I'm 5 weeks out from rotator surgery. I'm doing great, that's also according to PT's. He is the best in my book(he did my knee & hubbies too). His nurse, Matt, ladies at the desk and the PA's Justine & Lindsay all A#1 in my book. We've also seen Dr Sheffer and he is so nice. Sorry some have had a bad experience, but I couldn't ask for better.

Fantastic experience: I was leaving on a trip when my knee froze up. Dr. Kindred worked me in, gave me an injection, and my knee was feeling better within 2 days. Really saved the day. I feel like he really cares.

Fantastic experience: Would have to say that Brian Kindred, my surgeon, was A+ in terms of professionalism. Would recommend him for any surgery needed.

Positive experience: Shouldn't have to wait so long in exam room for a simple injection. I have a schedule too.

Fantastic experience: Did revision on knee replacement done by another surgeon from K.C. Ortho and Sports Medicine. Fixed what they screwed up. Very happy with Dr. Kindred and staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lindsay was incredible! She was quick and efficient. She listened to me and my daughter and immediately diagnosed me. Don't listen to the old reviews of grumpy patients. They have a wonderful team. I am no longer in pain.

Negative experience: I reviewed here after the first visit however the lack of care requires an update. The expected course of treatment, which should have started 3-6 weeks from the onset, has stalled with no plan of treatment even after 3.5 months. Multiple calls to this office by myself and a managing nurse have never been returned and the doctor has taken several vacations during all of this. I have been forced to find a new, competent doctor that can make up for the care I should have already received.

Negative experience: After I dislocated my knee, I was referred to JoCo Ortho by urgent care. The doctor saw me for a few minutes and wrote up an order for an MRI. After waiting a week for my "Stat" MRI, and after getting into the hospital gown, the MRI tech discovered the order was for my right knee instead of my injured LEFT knee. What a careless error! I couldn't get the MRI at my scheduled time and I'm just flabbergasted that this is a thing that "happens all the time", according to the MRI tech.

Negative experience: Walk in the front door and immediately turn back around. The physicians in this group are unqualified to practice medicine. Their judgment is baseless, that is coming from two other physicians who reviewed all of my medical records, MRI and EMG. And sure do not waste your time and let this practice fall on his face. I think the reviews speak for themselves. Initially my visit with Dr. Lynch was satisfactory. I was then shuffled off to Dr. McGee and he assured me that they would take care of the and trapped ulnar nerve in my elbow and wrist. As well as the carpal tunnel on my right hand. However every office staff member I talked to New nothing about the carpal tunnel. I was scheduled to have surgery this morning he decided to call it off because I did not receive the proper injections. The appointment for the injections was approximately a week prior. Not once did Dr. McGee or the other physician relay to me that it would require 3 to 4 injections. This is a week and a half before surgery and no one communicated with anyone regarding how many injections I was supposed to receive and if I had even received them. I would never recommend this group to anyone I know. They have terrible bedside manner and her argumentative. They claim they have the patient’s best interest however speaking to two other arm specialist neither one agreed with what happened this morning. Run as fast as you can and do not look back. Icing on the cake is that they will be paying for a $500 deductible to the ER per their request. Dr. Lynch and Dr. McGee should not practice medicine.

Negative experience: Went in for a torn PTT and saw a PA who ignored everything I said and told me I had a sprained ankle and dismissed me with a script. Month later and I’m in more pain and going elsewhere. Then they bill me for a ‘level 4’ specialist consult. If you want real help go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I was referred to this clinic. They called and scheduled 3 appointments. Arrived and they had no record of the appointment. Same thing happened on the second scheduled appointment. One woman behind the desk was nasty and totally disinterested. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was apprehensive after reading the reviews. However, I would recommend them to anyone. I went in for a consultation for cubital tunnel with Dr Megee today and it was excellent. I arrived a little early for my 11 am appointment, was called back exactly at 11 and saw the doctor almost immediately. He explained the procedure, answered my questions, and I walked out the door at 11:08. Very efficient, very thorough. Can’t say enough about the nice people there.

Negative experience: Will never go here again after this visit! The Dr and I had a conversation about me being able to work as long as I felt I could. No restrictions. Now to get a note it takes 7-10 business days to sign a piece of paper and fax it to my employer? Bullcrap. This place is a trap.

Negative experience: We arrived at Johnson County Orthopedics this morning by 8:25 to check in and we sat in the main seating area for about 10 minutes. We were sent to our waiting room and waiting for someone to come see my wife until 8:58. Her appointment was at 8:40. We noticed how filthy their floors are. The main waiting area looked like it had hay or straw scattered around. They obviously don’t value cleaning their building. The entire Olathe Health complex is that way. Filthy. Why do people have to arrive and be on time to their appointments but the doctors are late always? They need to prioritize and clean their buildings. The doctor is nice but you don’t see him again for weeks. You would think with as much money as they make they could afford to clean their building, especially since we are still living in a pandemic.

Fantastic experience: I needed to share my experience that l have had with my knee replacment on July 26th 2021 l am so very blessed to have had one of the most compassionate, caring, kind, informative, best ortho surgeon's ever in my opinion, he was so very honest with me as far as sharing all of my options as the plan for my surgery. He was exactly what l had hoped for now on my year anniversary of the best decision of my life l want to Thank him and for giving me a new lease on lifel am able to do so much more with my family without pain and actually walk better than l had been for over five years .Thank you, Thank you Dr. J for your knowledge and wonderful surgery skills l will alw ys be grateful. Living my best life❤

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for years,either myself or a family member. Never had any problems. One son of mine broke his arm three times in about a 9 month period. Another son broke his arm when he was 5 years old. My wife just broke her arm a few weeks ago. I've had full knee replacement in both knees about 3 years ago. We've all been treated very well and everything healed up properly. People will complain about this or that,but the medical profession isn't perfect,there is still much knowledge to find and know. So,with what they do know I think they do a good job.

Negative experience: I’m quite disturbed at the decision and lack of concern that my provider had for me at this office. The request for a MRI was mine and went against his recommendation. My MRI results came in (available on Monday) & I called his office to get my results & he did not want to disclose the findings to me unless I made an appointment. He also didn’t find it important to inform me of the full thickness tear of my radial medial meniscus. I called the imaging center and they printed a copy for me (on Monday). After having a family friend review the MRI who is an orthopedic surgeon,my husbands cousin who is a Physicians Assistant & works in ortho, and two other MD’s, they all advised for me to get to a surgeon for surgery. I met with a orthopedic surgeon on Thursday and they advised a medial meniscus root repair surgery. They also recommend staying on crutches and continuing to wear the brace that he was reluctant to order. They advised no rehab until after surgery, which he had ordered at my appointment The orthopedic surgeon tells me the smartest decision I made was to immediately get off my leg and to protect what I have left. I’m informed I’m a fall risk because the knee still gives out on me, it buckles and locks. I’m in a lot of pain still. He sent another portal message to me two days after my request for my results and he discloses a very blasé response regarding my MRI. Basically stating I don’t need further treatment if rehab/injection are working because I don’t have “mechanical symptoms.” I’m disturbed how disconnected he is from the situation and from how his patient felt and feels. I was and still am unable to bear weight on my leg, I cannot twist my leg, I cannot squat, I cannot extend my leg fully without severe pain in the back of the knee. I’m not sure how he can I say I don’t have “mechanical symptoms.” It’s been over 3 weeks since the back of my knee made a horrible pop and I suddenly couldn’t bear any weight. I should have known better to go here when I saw the reviews this low. I should have trusted my gut. I have nobody to blame but myself. However, if you read this, I strongly advise choosing a different facility if you care about the safety of your body. I’m just extremely angry, frustrated and saddened to feel not valued, cared about or heard.

Negative experience: I left work early so that I could arrive for my appointment the recommended 15 minutes early. Check in took a total of maybe 5 minutes. After that, it went downhill quickly. After checking in, I sat in the waiting area for a minimum of 30 minutes before my name was called. When I was called, I was escorted to an exam room that looked like it hadn't been updated since they 1st opened, however many years ago. I waited there for at least another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. When he finally did, it seemed as if he was in a rush to get me out, since I was most likely one of his last appointments of the day. He spent maybe 20 minutes examining my thumb. And I think that is probably a very generous estimate. Since I wasn't experiencing the pain in my thumb that I was 4 weeks prior when my regular doctor examined me and made the referral, I got the sense that Dr. Bagby felt like I was wasting his time.

Negative experience: I was really expecting to see a Doctor on the 1st visit, learn what I could and shouldn't do with the injury that had occurred. Instead I got a Nurse no advice and a really poor introduction to Dr. J in the hallway. 2nd visit, they ask for copay, I asked if I would see the Dr. They said I was scheduled with the nurse. The appointments were to see a Doctor! I left! Sorry folks when you are collecting copays and insurance money and they don't let you see the Doctor I say RUN!!!!

Negative experience: I'll start by saying this. If you have rare nerve damage and you're wanting to get it resolved, don't come here. My wife has been dealing with nerve damage for 6 months. Their solution? Keep pumping her full of steroids - which are absolutely not helping her pain. They also sat on her nerve test results for over a week before contacting her. As her husband, I'm frustrated that my wife is in pain, and there's absolutely nothing I can do because they want to say "Just use a heat compress and take a Tylenol" - and there's no resolution to relieving her pain for at least a month, likely far longer at their pace. If you've ever experienced nerve necrosis, you would know this is about the equivalent of saying "Hopes and prayers" to it. We also waited for an hour in the room for the doctor. He didn't even bother to check in until I stepped out and informed them we had other errands to run, was he going to grace us with his presence? Showed up 2 minutes after that. Update: We gave up on this doctor's office because it felt like they were just milking us for insurance money. Every visit was more steroids and a other mri. We ended up getting a second opinion and that doctor was able to resolve it for my wife quickly. I want to put this as a warning out there to anyone that's been coming here: If they just keep trying to inject you with steroids, get another doctor. The amount of steroids they kept my wife on actually caused issues.

Fantastic experience: Coreen and Dr Lynch were excellent! They saw without much wait! They got me xrayed and splinted up, then organized a STAT CT! They were very professional and quickly got me referred to the ortho specialist I needed to see!

Fantastic experience: Dr j did a knee replacement this past march. Everything went smooth as pie and I couldn't be more pleased. I have had no pain for the first time in over 4 years. Anyone needing any orthopedic work done, you need to see dr. J. Can't thank you enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Drake was very professional in performing my carpel tunnel surgery, absolutely no pain after surgery and my recovery has been a breeze. I'd highly recommend anyone to him! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Drake is absolutely amazing! I had a carpal tunnel release done on my right hand. Surgery was quick and painless and I felt instant relief! Positive experience: I saw Dr. Shriwise and she was professional. My issue was not something she could help me with. It was a nerve issue, and not an orthopedic issue. She was forthright and passed me on to a clinic she believed could help me. Olathe Pain Management. This is where stars are deducted. The wait for an appointment was a month and a half for pain management. The pain was excruciating and JOCO Orthopedics needs to have a handle on wait times with their partners for help. Clearly, pain management are overburdened will patients, If this is the case, refer patients elsewhere as a month and a half is unacceptable to live with pain!! Even the guy who booked my pain management appointment said he understood it was a long time to wait and pain management was a good business to be in................really? Lastly, don't hesitate to see Dr. Shriwise but be very wary if referred to Olathe Pain Management!

Negative experience: These are some of the worst so called doctors in the business. Voreen comes in, shoots my knee up with steroids and says your fine. NEVER looked or laid a hand on my knee, just said your fine and left the room. She should be fired.

Negative experience: My son broke his arm and we saw Dr. Drake. He was very short and took about 2 mins to tell us there was nothing he could do. Said my son could wear the sling if he wants or not, its his choice. I left confused and never wanting to go back.

Negative experience: I have been going here since early 2000. No more. Each time I go in it gets worse. I went in recently, didn't want to but couldn't walk without pain. Got put in a room and waited. Waiting is the thing here. Physicians Assistant came and spoke with me, sent me for x-rays. Go back and wait. PA comes in then doctor in and is the rudest, which also seems to be a thing here with the docs lately.. Told me I would go see the Physical therapist on site. Waiting almost an hour to see him. Got my exercise and left. And these was only one other patient in there.Almost two weeks go by and a physical therapy place called to set up my appointment which the doctor failed to tell me he was doing. All my docs are at Olathe, but I will not go back here for this speciality.i have it a two Rating because the physicians assistant was actually decent.

Negative experience: Went to see Dr. Drake for a broken finger and he was super rude and unsympathetic when I asked about still playing. Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever been to.

Negative experience: The receptionist that I had to deal with was rude and they were acting like high school kids saying that she should have pepper spray for people like me she didnt know I heard her and was very dissatisfied with their attitude and how she handled my issue said I was a no show on the 9th and I didnt have an appointment but i did for the 11th but i had the card and proof that I did and she said well you must have cancelled and we will work you in 3 hours later i finally seen the doctor she acts like she doesnt want to be there anyway hates her job Dr Lynch was very good and professional along with his nurse and he gave me options and let me decide what I thought was good for me and recommended what was best for me I am satisfied greatly with him and he told me straight forward with the outcome that might come out of all of this The lady that sets up appointments was not very nice either and she needs to work on her people skills and not be so snappy and short with others

Negative experience: Not convinced with Dr. Jiwanlal. One of the receptionist there you can tell hates her job. The wait there is exaggerated. Taking my wife elsewhere.

Positive experience: I had a painful cyst removed from the palm side of my dominant hand by Dr. Drake. The office and nursing staff at the clinic and outpatient operating room were nice and professional. The wait times were good. My wound has healed without any complications, or need for prescription pain. The only reason I deducted a star is because OMC billing tried to collect 2k in error from me before the procedure.

Fantastic experience: After getting a referral from my pcp, I read the reviews for JC Orthopedics. I was EXTREMELY reluctant to make an appointment and nearly called my pcp back to get a different referral. The negative reviews were overwhelming. I'm so glad that I decided to give them a chance. My experience was nothing like some people posted. EVERYONE, from the super sweet ladies at the front desk, to the PA, the exray tech, nurses and the doctor were incredibly kind! I highly recommend Dr Aneel Jiwanlal and the entire staff at Olathe Health Johnson County Orthopedics!!! I could not be more pleased with my experience. (Btw, I was informed that they have an entirely different staff than they did 2 years ago. Therefore, most of the negative reviews no longer apply.)

Fantastic experience: Dr Bohn replaced both my hips at the same time! 11 yrs later and I am dancing and riding horses. Janet Scalet is amazing at giving cortisone injections!

Fantastic experience: I am grateful for the excellent medical care I received at Johnson Co Orthopedics. From receptionists to X-Ray techs to physician assistants to my surgeon, Dr. Drake, all were courteous and efficient. I was always seen promptly within 5 mins of check-in. Dr. Drake was patient and thorough. He took time to explain (in layman's terms) my treatment options and recovery expectations. I couldn't have had a better, more skilled hand surgeon than Dr. Drake. THANK YOU DR. DRAKE and STAFF.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Matthew Drake performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand on July 22nd, 2020. He did an excellent job, was very professional, kind and courteous. My hand looks great and once again seems to be normal. Thank you Dr. Drake.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Matthew Drake with the compliant of my hand going numb and painful at night. On my first appointment, I was x-rayed and met Dr. Drake. He told me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. I was scheduled for surgery the next week. The surgery was painless and the recovery was great. It took a week and my stitches were painlessly removed. If I need the other wrist done I know where I'm going.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Drake was great to work with from the diagnosis to the procedure. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: My face time with the nurse was longer than with the doctor. I lack trust in a clinician who provides a diagnosis, one Is'm unable to pronounce, within two minutes of seeing me and touching me only briefly. Then suggests a shot, another I can't pronounce, and telling me to go to PT. I asked how pt would heal the tendons he speculated were torn. To which he replied, PT won't but it will strengthen them. But I should follow up in 6 weeks and maybe then he could order a scan.

Negative experience: I went to the offices today and they kept telling me I had arthritis I told him I was used to dealing with that there was something else going on that my knee is popping causing me to feel like I'm going to fall so only after I requested someone else to come in and check he told me I wasn't worth fixing if I was a football player he would do it wouldn't even bother to do the MRI tell me my ACL repair previously done probably tore bottom line I wasn't worth fixing\ so two months later after being treated so badly and so rudely at this office I finally went for a second opinion and I hope no one takes the choices and decisions made from this office is a final decision because there are doctors out there that think everyone is worth it and are willing to help if they can. I have never been treated so poorly in the medical profession in on my life

Negative experience: My son saw Dr. Drake for tiny fracture in in hand at the recommendation of an urgent care. We were there for less than 20 minutes which included xrays only to be told there is nothing to be done but let it heal. Then I received a bill for that office visit for over $1,000 with one charge being $700. I thought it must be a mistake but when I called they said that any patient that shows up with a fracture can be billed for several different things including a surgery charge. I asked the billing office ( who was very nice) to follow up with him because surely he didn't intend for that short of an office visit to be billed this way. They came back and said that he is not changing the charges and they apologized. They also said other patients have had similar complaints. So, if you see this Dr. make sure you know exactly what they are going to charge you for. I've never seen this before and will never go back to him.

Fantastic experience: My experience has always been very good! Todd Smith had been very knowledgeable and helped me with a very complex situation. TRAINER Ron is a great guy and is very efficient. His support staff is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Experience was great from the friendly, helpful front office to the check out, nurses were nice, Dr. Shaffer was very helpful, didn't feel like I was rushed through. He was very kind and explained everything!!

Negative experience: Dr. Drake is the absolute worst orthopedic surgeon I’ve ever seen. He is rude, inconsiderate and does not care about the patients well being. I have a connective tissue disorder and he questioned that even, told me I don’t need a brace for my knees subluxing because braces are purely a crutch, and that I purely need physical therapy - which has been done. There’s a reason this place has some awful ratings and I should have looked before going. Shame on me. It won’t happen again, believe that. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Long waits. Front desk staff not friendly. The doctors I have seen have not helped me with my injuries. Nurse was super nice though.

Fantastic experience: The orthopods are always busy and in high demand, but every single one of them are extremely caring and skilled and their PAs and NPs are some of the best I have ever met.

Negative experience: My child's appt was at 3pm. It is currently 350 and we still have not gotten called back. I've been up to the desk twice, all to be told both times that the Dr is running late and we are next. I would NOT be complaining if this was the first time it's happened but it's happens habitually. Her surgery was set for 9am. He didn't arrive until after noon. My time is valuable as is most people's. If we are expected to be early to appt.. the Dr should be on time. As well. This will be the LAST time I use this office! Olathe medical center has really went down hill .. You really need to step it up. Do you not realize the clients are who pays your salary??!! Ridiculous

Negative experience: Todd Smith very impersonal, can't get paper work back when you need it. Front desk girls are rude they rush you. I will never go back there again

Negative experience: Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. If you have an appointment I would clear the day because they do not value your time and your wait in the office will be excruciating. We had four visits and every time we waited 40 minutes in the waiting room in 30 minutes in the back to see the doctor. Just not fair if you ask me. Never once did they apologize. The two nurses we had were sweet though.

Negative experience: The only reason I am giving one star is because 0 isn't an option. Horrible customer service skills and waa basically told my daughters broken foot isn't their issue. It will become their issue however, when everyone continues to leave their office due to the extreme lack of care and lack of respect. The office truly is a joke.

Positive experience: Gotta admit, the wait in the waiting room is definitely a little long, but as far as the desk staff is concerned, they have always been extremely polite to me both on the phone and in person. The medical staff has been very courteous as well.

Negative experience: WORST experience ever! This isn't the first time I have left this facility mad. Today I waited for an hour and a half and STILL did not see the doctor. Nurse and office manager both insisting that "the doctor will be here in a minute" and him never coming in. I left work for this appointment after waiting for a friggin month! Very frustrated and will file a complaint against them. This isn't the first time this has happened. A couple years ago, they did this to my husband and left us with the lights off and the doors locked! Luckily, we found a doctor left inside that we scared the death out of him and he let us out. What kind of facility does this? Obviously they don't clean the rooms before they go home....otherwise they would have seen us sitting in there...for THREE hours!!! Awful, awful facility.

Negative experience: My advice is don't go here! They completely mis-diagnosed my daughter's foot injury which delayed the surgery she needed by 6 months which made it less successful. The only reason she got the surgery is because the doctor referred her to a much more qualified orthopedic doctor.

Negative experience: When calling to verify my appointment, the receptionist was curt, short, lack of courtesy. Was a comfortable feeling. I had my appointment yesterday. Dr. Lynch was AWESOME. I appreciate him taking the time to explain everything...........BUT, the receptionist was the same in person as the one on the phone. Didn't feel welcomed, no smiles, after I finished my paper work, handed it to her, made payment.................then nothing!! No thank you, No have a seat, we'll be with you soon. After a brief silence, I said "is that it?, do you need anything else"? Response....."No"

Negative experience: Terrible place to go. I went to this place from a referral whe i broke my hand.. came in with the cast that i had on form the ER.. filled out the paper work, had to wait two hours. The doctor I had was very rude.. didnt care about anything I was saying. Said there wasnt much we could do but put my bone back in place and cast it.. He was very wrong. The office refused to do surgery unless i came up with 3000.. I finally found a doctor that would do my surery with a 400 deposit.. turns out i needed plates and screws in my hand. This is the worst place

Negative experience: Terrible, insulting. Dr Ecklund was extremely rude, arrogant and interruptive. My mother came in for a consult after being seen at ED and all the Dr could go on about was why she was there and not back with the Dr who originally addressed her problem l. Not once did he express any concern or compassion or even offer a physical exam. He wouldn't let her get a word in edge wise. If he was so confused as to why she was seeing him, why did she have to waste her time signing in, filling out paperwork and having X-rays done only to have this pompous jack ass literally lecture and talk down to her. Avoid this lot unless you want to take a chance.

Negative experience: Where do I begin.... Went in as a referral from Olathe ER with wrist and foot injury. Appointment desk extremely rude. Dr. was in room for less than 5 minutes, not attentive to the pain I was describing with my foot. Sent me to a room to get a cast on wrist and within 2 hours had to go back to ER (office was closed) to have it cut off. ER dr. stated they put it on completely wrong. Told me to call back to reschedule. Still In severe pain, called to reschedule. Wanted me to wait another 2 weeks and "if I was in that much pain, there was nothing they could do and to go back to ER". Said I was just there. She said again, nothing they could do and call was disconnected. 2 weeks have gone by and left messages for a return call and still have not received one. Very disappointed and very bad customer service. Have already found another dr and will not be going back to this place.
