Negative experience: Horrible front desk staff, very rude. Don’t offer to help. Makes jokes at everything. Wouldn’t help when I asked for a manager. Offered a deal and then backed out on it. The new girl who had been there two weeks thought everything was hilarious and talking extremely loudly where the entire waiting room heard. I left crying and so embarrassed. Horrible place

Fantastic experience: I've rehabed here after a motorcycle wreck, after my total knee replacement and now a shoulder issue. My PT's here have always been great at getting a plan that works to get me back on the road as it were. Love this place & their people!!

They are extremely inviting, caring, professional, and extremely respectful when it comes to your rehabilitation. There was never a doubt in my mind when showing up that i wouldnt have any improvement. Sean and Jake was truly wonderful and had amazing encouragement and optimism throughout the entire process. The entire staff made rehabilitation fun and worth it. I would recommend anyone to go there. Would surely come back if any more injuries occur!

Fantastic experience: Used this location for PT several times after joint replacements. Recently, I worked mostly with Lovia who is knowledgeable, kind, thorough and a wonderful human being in general. Sean, who I believe supervises, is a wealth of information and presents it in an understandable and caring manner. I overheard students (shout out to Leanne, Kat and Keith) talking about what a good teacher he is and how they respect him and his teaching methods. The facility is clean, top notch as well as the equipment. The only thing better is their people. I don't believe I'd ever go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to CACC Aurora back in September 2024. I had a trimalleolar ankle fracture that had an external fixator for 3 weeks and had just had my last of the hardwear removed from my second surgery a couple weeks before my first appointment. After being non weight bearing for 3 months I was in a lot of pain, had no strength and no weight of motion. When I started working with the clinic I was in a walking boot with 2 crutches with hardly any weight being put on my foot. I started working with Sean a twice a week and in under a month I was walking in a boot with no assistance. Sean was always honest and up front while never letting me be too hard on myself. When the results weren’t what I wanted he reminded me of the injury o had and how long it would take to heal realistically. He also always made sure to encourage the growth I did have. He wouldn’t allow me to ignore the progress I had made. After a few months I started Alternating between Sean and Joey. When I say these guys made all the difference in my recovery. I mean it. They’d push me when I needed to be pushed. Tell me to take it easy when I needed to take it easy. They were honest and open every step of the way. And consistently had me laughing. I honestly enjoyed by time working with them. It never felt like a chore it was always something I looked forward to completing. They helped give my back my life and movement so I can keep up with my son now. I am extremely grateful for the staff at CACC Aurora. If you’re questioning where to go. Try here first. You wont regret it. Thank you Sean and Joey for everything!!

My Physical Therapist Kit pushed me and made me stronger, she’s so knowledgeable and explains how our body works and how everything is connected, because of her I am now stronger, thank you highly recommend

Fantastic experience: They’ve made me laugh, and they’ve made me cry, but most of all.. they have me on the hot route to recovery! I suffer from a joint separation in my shoulder, and I can’t believe the progress JOEY has helped me make in such a short period. I have seen 2 previous physical therapists, and I almost felt like my injury would become a lifelong problem. After a few weeks and a little fine tuning, I started to see improvements I never thought possible. If you are lucky, your doctor will send you to CACC aurora for PT. If you get REALLY lucky, Joey will get you straightened out in no time!

Fantastic experience: 5 stars all around-- clean facility, helpful and quick administrative staff, empathetic and thorough PTs. Ariela picked me up after my initial PT transferred offices and she was fantastic. She has a keen sense of when she needs to motivate/push her patients and when she needs to keep things mellow. I tend to overthink form on many exercises and she kept me from falling into that mental trap. I finished her suggested exercises after 8ish weeks and the numbness and tingling in my arm and shoulder is gone and I'm able to perform lifts that I thought I'd never be able to do again. Thank you, Ariela!

Negative experience: Told therapists I did nor want to do exercises I could do at home. Using the equipment, which I do not have at home, was my focus. After I was told that was acceptable, I began therapy. Quickly turned into them babysitting me while do therapy I could easily do at home. Stopped after three sessions. 3 stars for being average physical therapsists, -1 for going back on the agreement. Will not return.

Fantastic experience: This place has helped me not only in my injuries but also over come some of my fears. David has helped me deal with my fear of needles. He talks every step of the way and leaves nothing unsaid. He knows his stuff. This is a place where a job isn't just a job for some!

Negative experience: During my intake Shana failed to accurately report the fact that I had a mva in October 22 and now my auto insurance has refused to provide reimbursement of my policy benefits. A simple mistake has cost me over $1500 in lost benefits because she has too much pride to admit she screwed up. I clearly said that I had two incidents that happened in October of 22 and I had been trying to get into therapy for months but my work schedule wouldn't allow me to. Even the referral and my doctors notes report the accident!!! She refuses to change the records because it's too much work. How can someone miss this!!! I know I even mentioned it to Mikayla (who did a great job trying to fix me) but CACC will not change it. Sorry, but I cannot recommended them if they can't get records straight.

Fantastic experience: My experience at CACC Aurora CO, Physical Therapy: Having never been to PT, I really didn't know what to expect and went in with an open and hopeful mindset. I was paired up with Sean Anderson, DPT and I truly feel lucky. Sean is knowledgable about the body, its limitations and expectations for recovery/success. Above all, Sean seems to truly care about me and my progress, through engaging questions and conversation while pushing my bodies mobility through its paces. He's always paying attention to my form, desire, attitude, emotions and willingness to be in the program. He takes the time to observe, correct me (or offer compliments) and show me how it's done/should look like (which I need because I tend to tense every muscle and joint in my body for even the seemingly simplest of motions). Overall and most important, I trust Sean and listen to his guidance, which is rare. He seems to want me to be comfortable in my body again, as much as I do. THANK YOU Sean Anderson. You're a true pleasure to learn from on this journey to recovery and I feel comfortable with you at the helm! CACC has a true gem representing them. Thanks Sean!

Fantastic experience: I chose CACC for what was going to be up to 6 months of PT following a surgery on my meniscus. They had good reviews and are close to where I lived. I worked primarily with Kimberly - who was awesome. She was very clear on our goals and kept me moving and on track. She kept a good variety in the routine, and we talked about which muscles we were working and why. When she was booked, I worked with Alex, Mikayla and Jim on different occasions. They were always able to keep me on track. The facility is clean and everyone friendly. The front desk staff keep things moving. Everyone was clear on what my benefits covered. And I only had to do about 3 months. I highly recommend choosing them. Great experience.

Negative experience: The PT assistance with the colored hair is really mean and doesn't respect the patient. I won't go into detail but it's not safe

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate my time at CACC. From my initial appointment scheduling everyone I spoke to by phone was kind. When I came to the clinic I was received more kindness and empathy. My work schedule was hectic and they always did there best to accommodate schedule changes. I was being seen for excruciating sciatica. As a normally active person, this condition was frustrating and stressful. David and Andy were my therapists and they were a balanced care team. I think they had a little fun too because I was game for them to try anything. They listened when I described what I was feeling and made every effort to address it session by session. My sciatica improved and they made sure I had a plan for continuing my exercises once my therapy ended.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from a slipped disk for 2 years, my doctor suggested PT before trying anything else. David and Andy have me on the path to pain free living. Combining daily PT exercises at home, along with weekly Dry Needling in-office has changed my life. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. Cannot recommend this facility enough!

Whether it is at their main location or in the therapy pool at Shalom Park I know I am in good hands. They are truly helping to strengthen my legs and help with my attitude. Coming back from surgery isn't easy, but with their great help I feel like I am on my way.

Fantastic experience: This is a very professional place, and has good pricing for the physical therapy services they provide. I have been going to CACC in Aurora on Chambers Road for about 15 years. Initially it was for knee problems when I was in my 40s. I was assigned Jeff Moriarty and he really got my right knee back in shape via certain exercises and stretches that significantly reduced the pain and improved the flexibility. In 2011 I had my right shoulder replaced and had Jeff work on me then and with his help I was able to regain my flexibility and full range of motion ahead of schedule. In 2016 I replaced my left shoulder and had Jeff work on my then again. Same results and again with his help I was way ahead of schedule on my progress. My right knee eventually wore out (bone on bone). Waiting for technology to get better, I finally found a great doctor that was MAKO "robotic assist" surgery certified. He did my knee replacement mid January 2023. I obviously chose CACC in Aurora, because of my positive past experience. I was happy to see Jeff was still working there and saw that he was promoted to Director. At his position level he usually has an assistant to help him with his patients once he has diagnosed and come up with the proper treatment. I sure lucked out and have received extremely good treatment with his Assistant, Andy Trost. A week after surgery my leg was obviously very swollen and stiff. Andy has been really good at properly massaging the muscles in my right leg and just after the first session of that (along with the exercises and stretches I had to do) my right leg was in less pain and less swollen and less stiff. I was going 3 days a week and after each session with his expertly trained massage techniques my stiff and very sore muscles around my knee and leg felt so much better. As a result I was told I was progressing nicely and ahead of schedule. At just two weeks after surgery I was able to bend my right knee 115 degrees. I can walk without any assistance of a cane or walker. I know how good Andy is because one time I was treated by another Assistant and the results of that person's work on my leg was definitely not as good as what I was receiving from Andy Trost. I am so pleased and blessed with my experience at CACC and I can very highly recommend Andy Trost and Jeff Moriarty. Special shout out to Andy Trost though since he has been the one who I have had the very good fortune of having as my physical therapist to work on my knee (with Jeff overseeing at a higher level) every time I come in for my PT sessions. Both Jeff and Andy are "good people", very professional with good listening type personalities that are not too chatty - which I appreciate. I highly recommend them and this CACC location.

I've worked with a lot of therapists with my career of broken bones and injuries, but CACC stands apart from anyone I've seen in the past. M+M(Matt + Maddie) were especially great, a dynamic duo to get you back and quickly. If not for them I would NOT have had the quick recovery I did. The office staff was warm and friendly, normally always a laugh or smile at check-in.

Fantastic experience: This facility is great for me. I've been working on a horrible foot surgery on my foot. And I need to take a look at how scar tissue can defeat me from walking and having the use of my toe. It's been a long time since I have had the actively of this toe. So the therapist has been doing everything that is needed.
