Positive experience: Care/ attention were good . My half-grand bill completely blindsided me . I would expect more upfront clarity about prices (regardless of if that bill goes to pt or ins). I doubt I could back for routine care because I don’t think I could afford it.

Negative experience: My wife and I have taken our family to College Point for over 30 years. Dr Graham was our physician until he left the practice a couple of years ago. He was amazing, we always were taken care of. My wife and I went into the urgent care today because she has been sick for over a week. I just wanted to make sure it was not turning into pneumonia. We arrived at around 1pm and they took her info and advised that we could be seen at 2:45, for the next availability. We left and came back at 2:15pm. They said welcome back and had her sign paperwork. We waited until 3:30pm and still had not been seen. We told them we were leaving and she looked something up on the computer and said she would make us the first appointment at 0700am tomorrow. We were very disappointed. I feel like these things are happening more frequently in healthcare these days. No quality of care anymore.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly kind over the phone and in person. I’m here from out of state and I was treated with respect. No hassle, no sighs and deep breaths telling me I had to establish care in order to be seen. Check in process was easy. Was under an hour from when I called to when I saw the provider. Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenwood is great. He has been my family's primary care physician for 18 years.

Fantastic experience: My experience with College Point has been Good because they're the only one's that found out what's been going on with me unlike my last doctor that I went to for over 4 yrs!
Fantastic experience: My family and I have been trusting our health care to Dr. Graham and the staff at College Point for about a decade. I wouldn't have it any other way. Very honest, they listen to you. And are very knowledgable in their field. I just can't say enough about this amazing team!
Negative experience: Again, I feel like a number. I had an X-ray and ultra sound of my liver done November 2021 when I was in the hospital. The doctor there told me to follow up with my primary and get another set of tests done in 6 months just to make sure no growth as I had spots in both my liver and lungs. Lung cancer is high in my family too. My primary doctors office let me do the ultra sound because I talked to one nurse and now I cannot get my X-ray before November for my lungs. He said we don’t need it before a year and I keep telling them that the doctor at the hospital said 6 months. They keep telling me 12 months and I’m keep saying trust me, I was there and they keep refusing. How hard is it to get and X-ray I am going to pay for…. I cannot believe the back and forth for days trying to set this up. No more, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Go find some other place who cares what you are saying and not just following a chart or book they were given in school.

Fantastic experience: I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Perhaps the location had bad management previously, but I've had nothing but excellent service here. Phone calls are answered within minutes and I always speak with a real human being. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and my provider, Dr. Guevara, is excellent. Service is done quickly. I'm seen on time and have received proper follow-ups. Their online portal is also good, I can see my appointments and all necessary data such as lab results and doctor's notes. Overall, great organization with an awesome staff.

Negative experience: I recently took my 12mo old son in to urgent care for a rash on his face, likely from a virus. The PA on duty couldn't see in his ear and used an instrument to remove some of the wax to get a better look. She then said he had an ear infection and prescribed oral antibiotics, which I questioned since he wasn't showing signs of his ears bothering him. I felt judged and shamed for my decision to hold off and of course his ear cleared up within a week with no medication. I just received a bill for $53 for ear wax removal. No mention of this during the visit and likely in response to my questioning of their recommendation. I won't be returning despite it's convenience.

Negative experience: The nurses were hit or miss, but worse, my doctor could not have cared any less about my care. The front desk was always pleasant and helpful, that’s the 2 stars. I understand there’s a lot going on, insurance has red tape, etc., but there was a marked point where Dr. Guevarra and his nurses essentially gave up on my care. So I’ve moved on. And you should, too.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for years, when my previous primary care physician retired they switched me to Dr. Teeka. My first interaction with her was in September of 2021 for my yearly physical & establishing care with my 17 year old daughter. Both my daughter & I were put off by her. She was in my opinion overly concerned about my cigarettes habit and told my daughter I wasn’t setting a good example for her as her mother! Then last week I had my yearly physical again, just myself and again she was still scolding me about smoking 1-2 cigarettes a day. I had also went in to see about some stomach issues I’d been having for 2-3 weeks and she passed them off as heartburn even after me explaining I know what that feels like and this is not it. She even made a joke saying maybe treating my stomach issue isn’t a good idea so that I will quit smoking all together! She’s extremely rude and needs to keep her personal opinions to herself! I’m well aware smoking is a bad habit but my smoking a couple cigarettes a day does not make me a bad mother!!! On top of all that the things she was concerned with had nothing to do with why I was there and she’s absolutely terrible physician.

Negative experience: They do not take call ahead appointments for urgent care yet can turn you away at 615p when they close at 7pm. No where on their website does it say that walk ins are accepted to a certain point. Seems like a very outdated way to do business and would advise anyone who wants more reassurance than crossing their fingers on availability when showing up should go elsewhere. Oh and I was referred to another location, and they also turned my child away. Do better Olathe Health.

Fantastic experience: Danny Buenger was great. I didn't realize that I was sleeping so poorly due to my back and hip. In the third week I realized the difference when I slept the entire night through. Danny is a great physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: We have always had superb service at this urgent care facility. Their doctors are uniquely qualified in every aspect of medicine. Never wait more than 5 minutes and staff is always friendly & accomodating.

Negative experience: They seem to have the same response to every issue when I have used them. Either “go to the ER” or “go to your primary care doctor”. Hey don’t see, to be interested in doing anything other than billing you

Negative experience: Calls are not answered. Patients are on hold forever if anyone picks the phone up at all. Doors are not open at 7. Workers take their time opening doors for patients. And finally, patients waiting 1.5 are turned away even from urgent care. Not acceptable, get to work like everyone else. 7'oclock start time means get to work on time and be professionals not lax in your approach to your work.
Fantastic experience: I come here quite often. My job is very physical and I get a lot of headaches and allergies but this place always is willing to help no matter what. Since it’s a walk in, it matters how soon you get in but around 2pm isn’t bad at all. There are times I think maybe it’s not so important to go to the doctor but they make me feel very welcome and the doctor I saw said I need to value my health no matter what and now I do. During the busy and worst time of year for COVID they told me it would take up to 3 days and they called me back the next morning on a Saturday. I’ve had a primary care doctor (in my hometown) refuse to write me a work note and this place never does that, they always ask if I need more time off! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Dr Crima is great just that he always keeps us waiting for at least 25 minutes before he comes in.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed at treatment here. I went in with swimmers ear as my gp was on vacation. It took 5 min to register and waited 10 minutes then saw nurse practitioner. I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful. Entire visit less than 35 minutes and they were a little busy. Facility spotless, friendly professional staff. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this location is incredible! They are efficient, professional and friendly. The waiting area and exam rooms are super clean and we have never waited more than 20 minutes with or without an appointment. Absolutely excellent care!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, new looking facility. Staff is extremely helpful and the wait time has been minimal for us every time we've been here. The doctors are all extremely good with bedside manner and treat myself and my daughter extremely well, always happy to explain anything and answer any questions.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Sood and her Nurse Shea have always gone above and beyond in the many years I have been a patient. Dr.Sood is extremely patient and has a great bedside manner, she really listens and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Both Dr.Sood and Shea are always very friendly and I never feel like I’m being rushed or that my questions or concerns aren’t valid, which means a lot. The office/laboratory staff is always kind and welcoming and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with anyone at College Point which is why I continue to be seen there even though it isn’t close to where I currently live.
Fantastic experience: We have always had great care at College Point Medical! The NP’s are wonderful! They make time to listen. Our family appreciates their professionalism and kindness.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been here several times now, and have always gotten excellent care with a very minimal wait. Staff are friendly and medical staff are knowledgeable and helpful, last year I had strep, then in the spring I sliced my finger gardening and had to have stitches, and more recently I had a pinch nerve and excruciating pain in my neck. The wonderful crew here helped with each of these diverse situations!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Care! I'm not sure why there are bad reviews, but everyone's experiences vary. I, too was a patient of Dr. Greenwood's. Good care, but when I couldn't get in with him once I agreed to see the then-new Dr. Neha Sood. She is fantastic and I quickly changed my and my then 17 year old daughter's primary care to her. Recently, when Dr. Sood was on an extended trip to India my daughter saw Dr. Paul Mardis and he is wonderful. Dr. Mardis has been extremely helpful and rigorous in helping with her unbalanced hormones. I would wholeheartedly recommend either of these fine doctors. By the way, we travel 30 minutes to this office happily for the care we receive.

Fantastic experience: Best experiences my husband and I have ever had at a Doctors office! We've been to multiple and have searched for years to find an office that fits us. We love that they offer a walk in clinic and even with that, we hardly ever wait. There was only 2 times that we waited over 45 minutes and it was well worth it.
Fantastic experience: I love this facility! The accessibility and various hours are convenient to most everyone. Whether it's the family practice office or the walking clinic everyone is very professional and gives great customer service.
Fantastic experience: So thankful for a Dr office to be open on Sunday! We got right in, I expected to spend most of the afternoon there but we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very friendly, and super helpful.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Greenwood is our pediatrician. We never have to wait time to get in and the staff is very caring and helpful with any needs we have. Dr. Greenwood takes the time to bond with our son and shows us what types of exercises we can be doing with him. He always makes us feel like as parents we are doing a great job and that our son is nothing less than amazing. He never compares him to others or makes us feel pressured to do anything. Would highly recommend him to others he is wonderful! Thanks Dr. Greenwood!
