Fantastic experience: The staff at Therahand Physical Therapy is kind and professional. They helped me with my shoulder pain, and I'm so happy because the therapies helped; I'm pain-free now. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Leslie. I was pregnant so the pain in my back due to nerve pinch got worse, I didn't have range of motion to do daily activities like turning while laying down or bending. Leslie really helped me get rid of my pain. All the staff was professional and warm. I pray God creates ease in Leslie's life as she made in mine. I highly recommend them.

I’m so grateful my doctor recommended I get therapy through this office. The best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! Went for back issues that were debilitating to my daily life tasks. Couldn’t bend, sleep, squat, nothing. Pain was 9/10. Started therapy in January and just graduated therapy yesterday, April 29th, and not to say none of my previous physical therapists weren’t excellent but the chill yet professional approach in this office allows for that extra deep layer of trust to be established. Excellent approach! No matter how embarrassing some questions or thresholds i struggled to overcome were, I was reassured and encouraged every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured. They even took note of my learning style so they could better educate me on what’s happening in my body. There were times I wasn’t excited for a certain exercise but my therapist would join me for it just because but it really helped me know I’m not suffering alone lol! I’m also very thankful for the education and reassurance I gained before and during my first dry needling experience with this clinic, I definitely know that expedited my healing process as I experienced the immediate and long term effects! Thank you so much everybody for everything!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly front desk and physical therapists. My spouse went in with a herniated disc and could barely walk after being bed ridden for 3 months. His physical therapist had him standing up straight and walking by the end of his first appointment. We are thrilled and excited to see where the rest of the sessions go. 10/10 recommend this location.

The physical therapists are very accommodating, professional, and great with conversation. Because of them, my pain has more than lessened and my heath has been easier to manage. Positive experience: I have gone to Therahand for physical therapy for two different injuries. The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and design an excellent home program. Fantastic experience: Everyone is very sweet from scheduling staff to the therapists. I've had appointments with a few of them and all have been helpful and my condition has been improving. They also offer plenty of different options (Stretch, Needling, Massage, etc) for the therapy sessions.

Fantastic experience: I saw the physical therapist Krista for a planter facitis issue a while ago. She went over stretchs to do. Within a week the pain had improved. Recently I went to her for a shoulder issue and got stretching instructions for that issue. My shoulder has started to improve.

Fantastic experience: I have found a place with compassionate, skilled PT who are currently helping me. I had to leave my last PT because they just didn't get it. I was so unhealthy, I flunked out of their evaluation visit. They never understood I had limits and after a simple session, I was unable to walk for two days. They never listened to my agony. Therahand is the most caring and compassionate group of people in their field. I feel I'm being treating at the rate best for me and can't say enough about Dr. Jeff and the staff.

Negative experience: I emailed them about my situation and based on their response and reviews I had high hopes for this place. I emailed about an appointment, picked a time from the option they gave me and thought I was set. I went to go to the appointment, called to say I was running 5 minutes late, and they said I didn’t have an appointment. They did apologize but made no effort to make up for their mistake, which I find unacceptable as a medical facility. Someone is in pain and the answer to fix your mistake is to say I can take time off from work, again, for a week out? I have to miss more money from work and go another week in pain because of your poor work ethics? I’m a barber and I told several clients about it and they were shocked nothing was done to try to make up for this. I even emailed them back after asking for something to be done and was told the same thing, next week. I asked for a manager then if she couldnt help me and I was never responded to. I have all the emails. Don’t put your pain needs in the hands of a place that will drop the ball and do nothing to show any remorse or empathy for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Therahand has been a huge blessing to me! Everyone there is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I was very self-conscience when I began going there and Dr Jeff's friendly and fun (personally I find him to be quite funny), good nature put me at ease and allowed to relax and become more comfortable with my treatment. Jessica is a sweet gem and gives a special touch to treatment. I have been a client off and on since 2017 and only a few changes with staffing have taken place - everyone is always very professional, warm and inviting. You really do feel like your at home here. Jackie is brilliant and always greets those who call or come in like you're a part of the family. She is wonderful! I highly recommend Therahand Wellness Center!
