Fantastic experience: Rozina & Smith Physical Therapy also has continuing care available. I have a patient of Jason's for many years for serious (to me) recovery. I then started with Kevin as my Personal Trainer. Except for a break during lockdown, I've been working with him for 6 years. I'm over 60, so it's been important to stay as strong and mobile as possible. Kevin has been great. Workouts are in the R&S clinic, so there's no pressure of being in "the gym". Highly recommended. Gabby is also a Personal Trainer there, who my daughter has been seeing for a couple of years now. I also recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't in therapy for too long but the short amount of time spent here made a big difference. After years of other pain and a reccent accident this place was able to target the problem areas in a more wholesome way to relieve the pain. Unlike many other places I have tried they truly listened to what your body needed here and developed a plan accordingly. Team personalities were overall great which is an added bonus.

Fantastic experience: These people know what they are doing. I can walk and sit without pain. I cannot thank them enough. I got my body back.

Negative experience: Not too happy with my experience here so far...the therapists are cordial but just disappear while you're doing exercises etc, don't watch form or anything to see if you're doing things correctly..my workout ball was taken at half of my exercise because I took a break but she assumed I was done due to being away doing other work, little things that go a long way...they make you feel rushed to push through the workout so they can get to their other tasks..they are doing 9 things at once and I just feel like I'm at the gym, not like there is real support. No one asks any detailed questions to see if I'm improving actually, it's just very robotic routine for everyone. Review update Dec 6th….i was called twice while at work on the day of posting this review 2 months ago. I did call, and cancelled my following appointment. I was not told anything after cancelling nor during the call. And 2 months later, this is the first I hear from the company. I appreciate your time.

Fantastic experience: When my doctor signed me up for Physical Therapy, I was ready for anything to help my knees other than having knee surgery. The professional staff is awesome and the PT exercise that I did helped so much, I do not have pain like I use to anymore and can move a lot better. I still do the exercises and two years later, I’m still avoiding knee surgery.

Fantastic experience: Mary is dream of a therapist. Her team is amazing!! I sought this practice out due to a broken wrist injury, zero movement in my dominant hand, atrophy, pain — you name it. I thought my life was never going to be the same. She, and her team, rehabilitated my hand/wrist/forearm back to a normal functioning lifestyle. Very knowledgeable, phenomenal coach, very supportive. Fantastic experience: Working with Rozina & Smith was an excellent physical therapy experience. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, from company leaders Mary Rozina and Jason Smith to the other physical therapists, assistants and office staff. In addition, their facility is clean and well-equipped and has a welcoming atmosphere. I came in with knee problems that kept me from my favorite activity--hiking for miles in beautiful places. After several treatments, and clear directions about at-home exercises, I'm back to hiking long distances. I'm deeply grateful to Rozina & Smith for their help and would recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Five stars to the Therapists and staff at Rozina and Smith! I've been going to them for many many years. Each time, I've been given expert care and more importantly the issue was resolved. Recently, I've been working on a post surgical injury. I couldn't ask for a better group attending to my needs. This time around my Therapist is Keanu. What I've liked is how he has listened to my input on my care. Don't hesitate to give them a call and have them guide you back to feeling better.

Fantastic experience: I’ve needed a lot of PT throughout my life and without exception I would say Rozina & Smith are the best for sports, age, and work related injuries. They help get you to your maximum potential and push you to push yourself. Don’t expect miracles, but be prepared to do the work. They have a great and friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable on the latest techniques and technologies. They thrive to see you succeed and find your best self after and injury. They also do preventative maintenance. They teach you how to keep your core strong and find what works best for each client. They try to keep you very active in your later years in life as well as keeping you fit in your younger days in the hopes you’ll avoid disaster as you get older. The owners are great and very knowledgeable. They have a large facility that allows for many people at once, but they do have one down side. No ice baths or swimming pools, but beyond that I would recommend any an all to go to Rozina and Smith to meet their health and injury needs

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I had an injury that my doctor said required physical therapy. Fortunately, I was referred to Rozina & Smith Physical Therapy. I scheduled my appointment and was treated by Mary, my Physical Therapist. She knew exactly what to do. In fact, my doctor was so confident with Mary that he told me to let her decide what treatment I needed for my injury. Mary explained what was happening to my knee and proceeded to treat me. I had instant relief. I continued with my appointments and now feel much, much better. I attribute my improvement to the care I received. Mary listened and always would help me understand what was going on. I love all of the aides that help Mary and the other Physical Therapists. The aides work great together as a team. If one aide is busy with a patient, the other one instantly picks up where the other one left off with you. It’s great team work. Even Jason, another great Physical Therapist, offered me some good advice on a topical product to try at home. Again, more team work. I recently had my last appointment, I was given a cute parting gift of a T-shirt. I will wear it proudly as a badge of honor for completing my treatment!! If I ever have the need for physical therapy, I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to go back to Rozina & Smith. The PT staff are all so knowledgeable and are an asset to the team. Fantastic experience: I had been in pain for a few months without being able to resolve it without pain killers. I got an appointment with Rozina and Smith within 24 hours of calling. I was seen almost immediately after the paperwork was filled in, even though the place was full of patients. They are very organized! Mary identified my issue that first day, put a program in place which her helpful team helped me with, and 2 weeks later, my pain is already minimized and I am able to resume life almost normally! Mary listens attentively and always makes it clear that she heard you. She answered all my questions with openness and care - and I had a lot of questions!! She never made me feel rushed. She seems to be in control of everything even when her young team is helping you with exercises and she is with another patient. She corrected the way a young therapist was asking me to do an exercise, yet no word seemed to have been spoken. And it was done in such a way that I was made to feel comfortable and that things were done for me to be safer. Great experience all around.

Negative experience: Pros- good massage and a clean facility. Cons-forgot about my therapy while most of the therapist were watching a football game on TV. Sat on the stationary bike for over a half hour. 2 times before set me up on the electric shock therapy with heat pads ( usually 15 minutes) and took me off after 5 minutes. This was a Friday afternoon and all the therapists were wanting to go home (i guess listening to their conversations about weekend plans) Also, maybe one time my appointment was on time. Cancelled the last two sessions. Will not return. Bad customer service Will not recommend

Fantastic experience: I loved going here for my physical therapy. I started coming to them after I had my baby to help with pelvic floor and 4th trimester issues. Mary was so helpful, understanding, and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I even would bring my baby to my therapy sessions and Mary and the staff were very patient with us when my daughter would have her off days. The therapy helped so much and I have had a full recovery. So happy I went here. I will be back for any physical therapy that I need.

Fantastic experience: I want to share what an amazing experience I had at Rozina and Smith. I had hurt my shoulder exercising and the physical therapist I was referred to by my insurance was booked solid for a month. I was is in so much pain; I couldn't even move my arm (which was bad because it was my dominant arm) I was desperate, I was even willing to pay out of pocket for an appointment. A relative told me about Rozina and even though it was over an hour away from me I made the trip because they were able to accommodate me the day after I called for service. It was pretty busy when I arrived, but they were very nice and had all my information in hand and I only needed to provide my ID. Kazandra did my patient intake and she was very professional and thorough. Hillary was my therapist and she was amazing! She examined me, asked me some questions and then got to work. We were talking through the whole session. She made me feel comfortable. She was very thorough and she was very knowledgeable. She did a great job of explaining the exercises and why we were doing them. She spent a whole hour with me. I went in with a frozen shoulder, I could barely turn my head and I left with the ability to lift and move my shoulder and neck. I left with the necessary resources and knowledge I needed to maintain my injury until I could get in to see my ortho doctor. Marisa, the manager, was very helpful with information about my insurance. The facility was well equipped and clean. Overall, an outstanding experience at a time where I felt frustrated and helpless. I would recommend them to anyone I know in need of physical therapy.

Negative experience: Never answers the phone, Last time my insurance sent me to them I called my insurance and said I don’t want to go to them I don’t like a business that does not have enough staff to answer the phone so I went to Premier physical therapy give them 10 stars someone always answers their phone now I have another referral to Rosina and Smith tried calling still nobody’s answering their phone a year and a half later

Negative experience: Rude front desk staff. Schedule PT, showed up, and they rescheduled for a different day for my first appointment. Will not be returning to find out if physical therapists are any better. Need to learn customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: Jason and Mary and their team did an excellent job of treating my arm from tendinitis. I was dealing with the pain for several months during COVID-19, and when I discovered they were open and seeing patients, I immediately started physical therapy. Now I have returned to my regular physical activities and my arm is feeling great. They also showed me ways to stretch the affected areas so that the discomfort does not return. I highly recommend Rozina and Smith to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: My shoulder was in constant pain, limiting my range of motion. The staff used a carefully crafted exercise program that strengthened and stabilized my shoulder, Each week brought new exercises designed to challenge my ability to use my shoulder better and longer without pain. My physical therapy prescription was a good use of my time. I would recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: In 11 sessions required by my Dr, my knee is nearly back to normal, with zero pain, much better strength and flexibility! Jason and his entire staff work together professionally to support and encourage a safe, healthy program of recovery. The gym and equipment are clean and well kept. My Dr was right...this PT facility is the best in the area. Thank you Rozina and Smith PT!

Positive experience: These folks are great with the physical therapy. My only problem has been with reception and intake—they will leave you hanging on the line for 20+ minutes without thinking twice about it.

Fantastic experience: We have taken our teenage athlete to Rozina & Smith Physical Therapy a couple of times for minor injuries, but found ourselves in a complete therapy program when he broke his clavicle a few months ago. Jason Smith and his staff are the only people we trust when we don’t know where to turn. Their staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and they truly believe in their mission to restore you to health. The front office staff is very organized and friendly and every single one of my son’s appointments started on time. His therapy program was extremely comprehensive and he has regained complete use of his arm/shoulder and is well on his way to rebuilding his strength to pre-injury levels. If you are in chronic pain or have suffered an injury and are in need of physical therapy, I encourage you to trust Rozina & Smith to help.

Fantastic experience: When I came to Mary I was in severe pain that was significantly impacting daily life.   I had already had two different diagnosis and doing physical therapy that was not helping. At my second visit, Mary figured out the true source of my pain and revised my whole treatment plan.  After many weeks of consistent therapy with Mary and doing my home exercises I am 98% pain FREE!  I am able to run again and live my normal life!!! The staff at Rozina & Smith is great!  Super knowledgeable, professional, kind and fun.   I hope to never endure another injury but if I do I will definitely go back!    I cannot thank you them enough, so grateful for the great care & support!!

Fantastic experience: Rozina and Smith PT is the only place to go to get physical therapy in Upland ( and the surrounding cities) ! Mary Rozina treated me both before and after surgery. Mary is professional, personable, smart and caring and was dedicated to my recovery and strengthening post surgery. Her support staff are very capable and treat each client with warmth and individual attention. I was disappointed when I no longer had to go.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this facility twice over the last three years and my husband had to go once after his rotator cuff surgery last year. Each time we went we received excellent service. The DPTs are very knowledgeable and get you back into shape quickly- as long as you do your exercises at home too! The office staff and assistants are just as nice as they can be- very friendly and fun. They make you want to go to therapy! I highly recommend this place- their physical therapy works!!
