The Perfect Step

Fantastic experience: I am an L1 incomplete spinal cord injury with paralysis from a sand buggy accident in 2009. I've been going to The Perfect Step & part of The Be Perfect Foundation for many years! This organization has been tremendously productive to my recovery & lifestyle I live today! They have wonderful, educated, caring & thoughtful trainers with a personal desire to see your life, mindset & body improve! The Perfect Steps equipment & facility is top notch & exciting to be at! Always accommodating all paralysis clients from exercise to using the restroom. The founder Hal Hargrave Jr. & and his vision have helped & changed my life forever! This place will always be near & dear to my heart! Remember, "Exercise is Medicine." Thank you, Perfect Step, for giving me a fun & loving life of independence again! Negative experience: I would give them zero if i can I had an accident and i diagnosed with spinal cord injury c5 through c7 I used to go to this therapy when it used to be called project walk at Claremont location and I paid cash every time I went I stopped going because I got sick and let them know. before covid 19 they send me a bill for over 1000$ saying I didn't pay I was told they went bankruptcy and changed the name and location I tried to go back but they won't let me I called couple of time i belive the lady name was juana to correct their error which is the lady was receiving the cash by envelope everytime i went because I paid cash and I had recipe they said they want to call me back to discuss they never did I renew my bonedinsity test and send it to them but will not allow me to return I definitely don't recommend it if it's still the under same management

Fantastic experience: Awesome place for those who need this kind of exercise and workout. They do GREAT WORK. They are friendly intelligent and a VERY professional team. Hal is a great guy who owns the studio. He knows his stuff and you will agree that he is Just the most friendly guy you will meet. Again professional and provides a service 2nd to none. THE PERFECT STEP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
