My pain is gone and I learned several exercises to avoid future pain and injury. ALL the staff is excellent! Professional, compassionate, friendly, enthusiastic, and caring. These are just a few adjectives to describe them. They are a great team who work well together. - Janet, Allison, Dr. Justin, Dr. Roz, Jacob H, Kelia, Josh, Jason, and the young African American female, who I believe was a volunteer (I only saw her once and I remember feeling good about the diversity of the staff). The enviornment has the latest equipment and is very clean. Sanitary procedures are frequently applied. At the end of each session I left feeling good and empowered. Fantastic experience: After exhausting search and experience with other places for physical therapy, Empower Physical Therapy had earned my full confidence. I am a seventy two year old man in dire need to restore my strength through muscle rebuilding and strengthening. Initially, I didn’t know what to expect. However, during the initial assessment appointment, I was put to exercise and thorough evaluation of my physical abilities by Dr. Justin. During my therapy, other therapists rotated to provide me with their structured and well planned targeting of my muscle groups. Physical therapy was well planned and executed. Additionally another doctor, Rossylyn, intervened to evaluate my physical response and incorporated additional targeted areas of my body. As for the therapists that executed the customized plan, Anthony, Herman, Kalea, Aurora, and Josh were top notch professionals in guidance in targeting my muscle groups. Their constant rotations during a single session kept me engaged at all times. In the meantime, the heroines of the front office have made my therapy possible. Furthermore, Janet and Allison, the forefront image of the business side have accommodated my schedule with periodic emails and reminders, which I honestly needed. A final word to those individuals seeking therapy, yet they are review junkies, go to this place without any hesitation. Search NO MORE. Best wishes to ALL.

I ruptured my left triceps tendon and am working with them to strength in my arm before going back to work. I should’ve started working with them right after surgery. They are the best. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness enough for anyone recovering from ACL surgery! I had my surgery on March 2nd, and today, August 15th, marks my last day of therapy. The progress I've made is incredible, and it’s all thanks to this outstanding team. Aurora and Rozzylyn made every visit smooth and welcoming. Josh and Herman guided me through exercises that significantly strengthened my knee, while Anthony pushed me to reach my goals without overdoing it. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience when I needed to come to Empower to get physical therapy. All the staff from the doctors as well as the reception folks were so nice and accommodating and the PT sessions really helped me. I walked into Empower with a stiff knee with very little motion. The front desk and back office staff at Empower are all wonderful, Dr. Justin and staff Jeremy, Kiara, and Anthony are amazing, they all have compassion and helped me tremendously get back on track with moving my knee, I was able to bend my knee, successfully after I completed my therapy in November of 2023. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness! From start to finish, this place is worth a consultation visit. The office staff, especially Allison, was organized and helpful in getting the process started for my first visit. Dr. Justin Carrido was spot on with my evaluation and treatment plan. Dr. Jericho Capul and Anthony Jacobs (PTA) provided additional treatment along the way and were impressive. All three people listened to my descriptions at every session and helped to strengthen my body and alleviate the pain. The aides, especially Corrine, were very helpful and attentive in carrying out the treatment plan. The exercises were demonstrated to me and they made sure I did them correctly before I was given time to complete each task. As someone who has been dealing with pain for many years, I found this office to have a well-coordinated team approach where one person could start an activity with me and another person could easily continue it, if needed. Additionally, I found their techniques and exercises to be very up-to-date and specifically addressed the issues. In fact, I appreciated their program so much that my children are going to Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness also. Overall, I am very satisfied and impressed with the therapists and treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: This place and the people here are awesome. Allison and Lisa at the start of check in made me feel welcome and were quick/responsive to get my appts scheduled. Majority of my PT sessions I worked with Jacob, Anthony, and Dr Justin, and had worked with Dr bhoui once. I have been to PT before at another institution however Empower is completely different. They really stand by their motto and helped me feel more “empowered” with my body and tailored my workout and stretching regimen so that it would not further irritate or injure my lower back. Really grateful for the help and education I received, absolutely life changing as I am relying alot less on medications to treat my back pain and muscle spasms. At my first evaluation, treatment was explained to me and for what length of time. However, they discuss with you every visit how you are since the last visit. I was educated on the vertebrae's in my neck and their functions. I learned so much. My friends have told me they are so glad to see I am happy again, as I was miserable before Empower. Fantastic experience: My name is Beren I came here because of lower back/sciatica pain from working long days. I feel so much better after going for just a few months. I used to have to take a lot of ibuprofen to get through the day and now I never have to. I’m really bad with names but everyone who helped me were really nice. I’m really shy but they made me feel comfortable and would talk with me about the UFC, the Alchemist and video games or whatever else while doing some stretches. Fantastic experience: After a total right hip replacement, I had 12 sessions with Justin, Anthony and a few times with Michelle. They were wonderful!! They gave me the quality time I so desire from a physical therapist, working with my leg and answering any questions I had. They were very patient and caring. It wasn't all about just working with my leg, they also showed a keen interest in who I was as a person. The aides that worked with me were great, too! I walked into Empower Physical Therapy on the first day with a walker, graduating to a cane and walking out on my own as a normal person. I have been happy everyday since the moment I saw progress. Fantastic experience: I used to have issues with my left shoulder, experiencing poor blood circulation, popping sensations, and occasional numbness. Fortunately, Jeremy helped me address these problems and taught me some effective shoulder warm-up exercises. Allison, Kayla and Lisa are very helpful in scheduling your PT sessions and accommodating any schedule changes that take place. The PT team (Jalyeen, James, Jacob, Josh, Kalea, Kiara) I worked with is friendly and professional in addressing your pain and recovery needs. I came in to treat both my runner's knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome) and herniated disc (L4/L5). From day 1, Dr. Justin put together a comprehensive plan that was tailored to my specific issues and the plan of action would adjust as I made improvements in my mobility. This format and bespoke therapy program has helped me both physically and mentally better manage the pain on my own as they arise throughout my day. After graduating and completing 20 sessions, my pain has reduced and my body is in a better state. Definitely go to Empower PT for al your physical therapy needs. They are the BEST!

Fantastic experience: After reading all the reviews I choose Empower and wasn't sure what to expect as I had never been to PT before. Once, I called to setup a session and figure out insurance coverage I knew I made the right choice. Lisa answered the phone and was very helpful and pleasant to speak to, within 1 day she figured out my insurance and co-pay. I mainly worked with Dr. Justin but was also able to work with the other Dr. Ross, Dr. Jeremy, Dr. Anthony and all of them provided excellent service, they were always up to date on my progress and made adjustments accordingly never skipping a beat. The Physical Therapy Aides Rebecca, James, and Kiara were on point with providing examples and explanations for each exercise. The clinic is clean, and all equipment is cleaned after each use. The customer service provided at Empower is not something you get everywhere you go so it was a breath of fresh air which is why I highly recommend anyone needed PT.

Fantastic experience: I just finished my last physical therapy session at Empower and, after 10 weeks, I'm doing so much better! I initially came in for wrist pain after being referred by my doctor. I had been experiencing pain almost constantly for 3 months before getting it looked at and wasn't able to do normal daily activities or even sleep without pain. I was in a brace around the clock and was extremely discouraged that I would never feel good again. Dr. Justin Carrido and the staff at Empower Physical Therapy changed all that! They're so easy and fun to work with and everyone is so encouraging. I had never been to physical therapy before and wasn't sure what to expect but it was like having a friend/coach/personal trainer all in one but without the gym intimidation. Dr. Justin has an amazing bedside manner and tried absolutely everything so I could start seeing results and feel hopeful again. Obviously, I had to put in the work both in and out of the office but Dr. Justin (as well as Dr. Anthony, Rebeca, James, and the other aides) really dedicated his/their time to helping me find pain relief and physical mobility again and I am beyond grateful. I can now do daily activities as well as planks, push-ups, and yoga flows! Also, the initial referral and paperwork process was super smooth thanks to Allison, the front office manager. Empower PT was amazing all around!

I can honestly recommend any therapists at Empower PT & Wellness. I have worked with all the PT therapists and they all have a wealth of knowledge and dedication to make you feel and get you back into the best health condition one can achieve. Fantastic experience: Just finished the 3rd time I've gone to Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness in Chino Hills (I've had 3 separate surgeries). Once again, Empower was outstanding. Drs Justin, Jeremy, and Anthony all had a hand in getting me healed. Even though they each had their own individual way of treating me, each one was outstanding. The exercise aides were knowledgable and knew how to motivate and help you through your prescribed exercises (A big shout out and THANKS to Rebecca and James). I also saw Drs Carlo and Ros, both outstanding as well. If you are in need of PT, you can stop searching and call Empower PT and Wellness in Chino Hills. You will not regret it. Fantastic experience: Just finished 8 sessions at Empower PT in Chino Hills and so glad I went there. Everyone who works there is very professional and knowledgeable! I worked with both Dr. Jeremy & Dr. Justin. In a very good way, they were interchangeable, always knowing how to push me to get my knee(s) back in shape. It was great having them print out the different stretches I needed to do on the 'off days'. I finished up my sessions knowing what to do to not relapse...all I have to do now is follow their directions! I would recommend Empower to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The Empower Physical Therapy team was phenomenal! I had early morning appointments (before work) and they were always punctual and prepared. They identified the sources of my lower back pain and then prescribed a daily exercise (stretching/strength/core) plan. I looked forward to my appointments because they were always so welcoming. It was a much more gentle process than I had expected. I now have the tools to elevate my lower back pain.

Fantastic experience: I am a m/50yrs and active. I have a knee injury, partial meniscus tear, and went to Empower after doing some research on nearby facilities. Jeremy, Jason and the others have done a great job in my prehab for surgery. As someone who considers themselves not only active but knowledgeable in the fitness industry the staff at Empower have shown me ways to strengthen the muscles around the knee. They not only have increased my strength but have also increased my range of motion and flexibility. I highly recommend the staff at Empower for those who are looking to correct their movement and increase their strength.

Fantastic experience: I'm super grateful for the Empower PT team! l worked mainly with Dr.Jeremy but I also frequently worked with Dr.Justin, & Dr.Anthony. All the doctors and assistants were knowledgeable and super friendly; everyone there made me feel at home. Lisa and all the front desk staff were also super nice and accommodating. I'm a 24 yr old female; I fractured my tibia(knee) while skiing and started therapy about 4 months ago. When I started I could barely walk for more than 20 minutes without pain, and now I'm back to full activity. I'm generally a very active person and I work as a personal trainer, so it was very important for me to get a full recovery. And I think with everything I've done in PT I'll be back to pre-injury strength in no time thanks to their amazing team!

Fantastic experience: Although the crew may be younger than other therapy groups, the youth and vigor is shown through their care and friendliness. In 5 months of being in their care, i learned more about my body, what is causing my pain and how to continuously improve it while being in a fun and pleasant environment.

He is knowledgeable, welcoming & caring , including Dr Justin & Dr Anthony and all the assistants.who took care of me also. I came for my sciatic nerve pain from my lower back & hip down to my legs and now I feel so much better. My lower back is much stronger. Overall Empower PT staff is great & amazing .
