Fantastic experience: I have very high recommendations for Access Rehab and Physical Therapy in San Dimas. It is clean and physically organized with safety in mind. All the staff are friendly, personable, attentive, and highly professional, from the front desk to the physical therapists. I was referred for chronic sciatica pain that limited my mobility. After 2x week PT sessions for a few months, I now am significantly better and able to walk more, sleep better at night, and garden again. They both teach you how to do the stretches and exercises correctly, but challenge you to improve your strength at the same time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: When I first came to this facility, over two years ago, to tune up my sciatica, the atmosphere was, not unfriendly, not uncaring, not unwelcoming, neither was it the opposite: it just was. So, when I was assigned this facility to work on the elbow condition I’d been battling for over a year, I was nonplussed – even somewhat dreading it. Well, my outlook changed after the very first of twelve visits. Not only was sense of competence broadcast, but understanding, caring, sincerity and welcome. By the end of my second week, I’d worked with quite a few different people, and I was being greeted, BY NAME, when I arrived, while I did my P/T and when I left. I can’t recall a session when EVERYONE with whom I’d worked, at least greeted me, if not asking about my progress AND listening to my reply, even the most reserved. Yes, I wanted to be done with this rehab and grumbled to myself about the hour it carved out of my day, twice a week, but, honestly, I quickly began to look forward to my sessions. And, now, my elbow’s GREAT! What a difference a couple of years make! I’d like to take a moment to call out those who, either helped me, or made sure that I felt welcomed: Thank you, Thomas! Thanks, Kevin and Saraan! Thank you, Alan and Jarren! Thank you, Jaelyn and Claudia, for your hospitality, courtesy and warmth! All the therapists, assistants, & aides were very professional, helpful, patient, and very caring. I just can't say enough good things about everyone that works there. This was my first time in physical therapy and it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Access Therapy center has left a lasting impression on me for several reasons: The dynamic and passionate team of therapists, trainers, and staff in Access Therapy creates an energetic and vibrant atmosphere throughout the entire facility. The commitment and dedication of everyone involved are evident in their diligence. During each session, I've noticed their genuine willingness to assist, exemplified by the thoughtful preparation of 5-6 diverse therapeutic exercises, ensuring sessions extend beyond 40 minutes. This stands in contrast to my experiences elsewhere, where sessions were often cut short. What sets them apart is their meticulous preprogramming of all activities. Unlike other places where spontaneity rules, Access Therapy integrates a well-planned blend of new and old exercises, utilizing various equipment and bare hands, incorporating both easy and challenging elements, ensuring a balanced and engaging experience. Importantly, their efforts translate into tangible results. Seeking treatment for my stiff neck and back following spinal cord surgery, I initially approached Access Therapy with cautious optimism. However, after just a few sessions, I've witnessed significant progress. As I approach the end of the 12-session program, my flexibility and posture have noticeably improved, instilling confidence and trust in their approach

Fantastic experience: The staff are the best! Very caring and treat you like family. Huge variety of machines and treatment equipment. Very clean! I miss my therapist, Suran (spelling?), he always asked how I was feeling and cared about my treatment.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca and the rest of the crew are very friendly and know what they are doing. Unlike other physical rehab therapy I've gone through, they listen and treat you right. I like the fact that they will send you a text message as a reminder the night before and even if you cannot cancel 24 hours prior and have to call in the day of your appointment, there is no additional charge. I Highly recommend this facility

Fantastic experience: Everyone working at this facility is knowledgeable, caring, friendly and encouraging. If you have to have P.T., hopefully, your insurance will direct you to Access Rehab P.T. All in all, a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm from out-of-state but had one month of PT session at this facility. I can say after all what they've done to help me, I wish there's something similar to where I live. Access Rehab PT teamwork is top-noch. They're very caring, friendly, knowledgeable and treats you as a family.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by here today just to check out the shop and it seemed very clean and well laid out. It is in a nice shopping mall in San Dimas. Nobody was in there today but I plan to revisit it soon.
