Ozzy is a great addition to the team, and Connor is awesome at the front desk too. Brian and Joe really know their craft! They are all very courteous and caring. I highly recommend COASTherapy.

Fantastic experience: Up and until today, I have been going to CoasTherapy for about 6 months. I started out getting strength in the leg I was to have a knee replacement on. The knee replacement went well and the therapy I received before and after helped with the recovery. Recently I was getting balance therapy and it helped me and my awareness of the need to watch what is around me, so I don’t fall. At 79 years old I need all the help I can get and CoasTherapy provided everything I felt I needed. Joe, Teri, Brian, Steven, Cathy along with Ozzy and Conner are the best. Great location and the facilities are the best. I have told many people about CoasTherapy and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I was here for a free consult and I can’t say enough what an easy and pleasant experience I had. I was greeted and checked in immediately and just looking around I knew they took cleanliness very seriously. The entire office is well organized and spaced out for your comfort. I was assisted by Ozzy and Joe and wow do they know their stuff. My concerns were immediately addressed, they allowed me to explain exactly how I was injured and what made it hurt without rushing me. That made me feel like they genuinely want to find a solution to my problem. Once my evaluation was done I was informed of what exercises I would need, how they would help and they explained it perfectly for me to understand. I was also given some “homework” which I thought was amazing because I’m very eager to heal quickly. Another thing I noticed was Ozzy speaking fluent Spanish to another patient which is just a cherry on top of the already excellent patient care and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this location I am 28 years old and was in a work related hit and run bus accident the other unidentified party was at fault . I was in an extreme amount of pain and my first option was chiro which really did not help as I never missed any appointments . But my doctor suggested physical therapy and boy am I ever so Greatful I was referred to this location . First of the location is kept very clean , the receptionist is very professional thorough and patient . I worked with three different people when it came to my therapy one was Ozzy she is an absolute pleasure and helped me with all of my excersizes. She has a great attitude and great vibe . First half of my sessions the physical therapist Joe who worked on my neck and arm was very gentle and knew exactly what to do he didn't push me to the point where I could not bare the pain it was always until I felt a comfortable stretch and I saw results and improvements which was very motivating. And Terry the pta worked on me the second half of my sessions . Absolutely professional I love her style she knows exactly what she's doing . They educated me on my personalized home stretches and made adjustments as seen fit throughout the duration of my appointments. Very attentive and considerate staff I love this place .

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Daniel i want to share my wonderfull experience with the staff at Coast Therapy here in orange, First of all i want to thank Terry she is the most friendly person i ever met she goes above and beyond with the physical therapy , she takes the time to listen to your problems she a very nice person, Joe is the new boss he is also very nice and profesional he is always happy with a smile and answer all your questions, he is bilingual fluent in Spanish, Ozzy she is very nice, she is always willing to help you and lead you from one task to another, Now, Oconnor is the go to person when comes down to making appoinments He is always helping me and acomodating my needs.He is a very important person at Coast Therapy he likes to make people laugh.This is the place to go if you need phisycal Therapy.

Fantastic experience: COASTherapy has been an amazing experience from start to finish. As a young athlete, being on my 4th knee injury had me really bummed when I started treatment. Jenny started my regimen and put so much care and effort into it. I was back to walking normal really quickly. Stephen has gone above and beyond in helping me get back to 100%. He has shown such genuine care and interest in keeping me active and helping me heal. Connor, Ozzy, and Brian all provide a great atmosphere, and are very enthusiastic with every patient they interact with. I’ve had many great conversations with the people at COASTherapy Orange, and although I hope and pray I don’t see another sports injury, I know where I’m headed if I do. This clinic has been more than reliable, and isn’t even too expensive for self-pay patients.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Coast Physical Therapy from Aug 2021 until May 2022, following Meniscus Surgery and followed by More Therapy and Acupuncture for Balance and low back. I have never worked with a friendlier and talented group of Doctors and assistants, and I have had therapy with other companies. They have multiple locations and are very accommodating. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for the best in Orange County. You can’t go wrong with Coast Physical Therapy.

Jenny, Terry, and Ozzy helped me recover quickly, and I made great progress in a short amount of time. Marie, who works at the front desk, is also a delight to chat with before every appointment.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The therapists are amazing and super-knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly and fun to hang around with for the hour or so that you're going to be there. If advancement, healing, and improvement are your goal, this is definitely the place for you! They are not too pushy, but they challenge your abilities so you are continually improving, and seeing better results, bit by bit. Be prepared to do your part as the patient and put in the work, and you will definitely see improving results!!

Fantastic experience: I had previously been seen here for shoulder trouble when it was Walker Physical Therapy. What I have found is that many of the same therapists work for the new company while the new therapists are very knowledgeable, friendly and a great addition to the new company. What I enjoy the most is that there is a sense of teamwork with the staff. You can feel that they get along and enjoy working with each other, which is important in this industry. I do feel that I am receiving great care because of the team oriented approach. Without question, I would highly recommend this location for any and all physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When I started there I couldn't walk at all, I was in a wheelchair (I suffered brain damage). They evaluated my condition and devised a plan to improve my condition. Each visit I was given challenging exercises to increase my mobility and balance. I now can walk with a walker, and they're working with me to use a cane. It's giving me hope that eventually I'll be able to walk again. They work you hard, always challenging you to improve. It's hard work, butit's working. Very effective. I had given up hope that I would ever walk again, but my physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, and I just love them. Cudos to Shelly, my main therapist, and Terry who always pushes me to do harder exercises if I'm able. Best physical therapists I've ever had. They have many patients who suffer from pain, and work with the elderly on mobility. I highly recommend CoasTherapy.

Fantastic experience: I come here for TMJ therapy and work with Ariel and her team-Terri and Jessica, who are all fabulous! They're friendly, encouraging, and most importantly, helping me to lessen the pain. They use the full hour to work on me and I highly recommend them! I plan to come to them for future tune-ups :)

Positive experience: Great Physical Therapy office. One of the only places in Orange County that specializes in TMJ and other Jaw related issues. The Drs. and therapists here don't just know how to work with TMJ, they specialize in it and are referred by some of the best oral maxillofacial in the area. They are also one of the few places I've been to that used cupping and graston for breaking up scar tissue.

Fantastic experience: Therapy help me a lot and the staff are very nice

Negative experience: I was recommended to this physical therapy office by a physician. Unfortunately the 3 sessions that I've already completed were a waste of my time and insurance funds. I've been seen by 3 different physical therapists, so each visit was a different person. I only saw the doctor on my first visit, the 2nd and 3rd visits were with the doctor's aides only. I was admitted to physical therapy for a couple reasons: existing posture issues, and a auto collision that aggravated my posture issues. All 3 visits included massaging/cupping, with little to no exercise (they kept having me pull my shoulders back and forth, ignored all of my other weakened core muscles). I addressed the lack of action with the physical therapists on all of my followup visits, no changes were made to my treatments. I called today to cancel all of my remaining scheduled appointments, the receptionist just said 'ok' and didn't bother to ask why or ask if I wanted the doctor to followup with me. If I had wanted massage therapy, I would have asked my doctor for a massage therapist. I found a physical therapist in Tustin w 150 positive reviews, and when I scheduled my first visit with them earlier today they advised me to bring my workout clothes, and that all of my sessions will be with the doctor. Apparently there's a significant difference in the quality of physical therapists, learn something new everyday.
