Fantastic experience: My Rehab here is Superb.I mainly work with Melany,Leslie and Tiffany.They are very patient ,caring and knowledgeable.The whole Rehab staff Is amazing.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs Therapy.Thank you

Positive experience: This review is in regards therapy at Main place post acute. It has been very helpful. Thanks to Melanie Tiffany and Leslie who are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

Negative experience: Worse service ever for your family. This place is dirty smells like pee, and patients are not treat like how apparently seems to be.

Negative experience: My elderly dad has chronic conditions that we were managing at home. Unfortunately he fell at home and fractured pelvis. Was doing OK for first two weeks but due to lack of movement, changing, and inadequate medical care by Dr. S, he ended up with undiagnosed and untreated UTI which turned into sepsis. I had to initiate transfer back to hospital but couldn't save him in time. PT staff and some CNAs were caring but otherwise, beware.

Fantastic experience: I would like to share my sisters positive experience here. Entering the facility, the receptionist is very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr V is very personable, great listeners and empathetic to our needs. He’s the only doctor that has given us hope and has provided us with a plan. The admissions director is awesome. Shes always reachable by phone or emails & is always willing to help. The entire staff is incredible. My sister & I truly appreciate this facility.

Fantastic experience: Main place This is a review from my father. He came from India after having brain strokes. He has Dementia and Alzheimer’s. My father was at Main Place for 4 months. The service and care he was provided was unbelievably wonderful. Specially, the doctors and nurses were so considerate and understanding. I appreciate everything they did for him. Dr.V (Suresh Veeramachaneni) and Meena Sood were exceptional and fabulous staff. Meena took care of my dad when I was not there. When my dad needed something, he always called for her. She took care of whatever he needed. Also, Esmeralda and Geena were excellent as well. All the staff took care of my dad like family and were incredibly kind. Dr.V: My dad came from India after having a brain stroke. Dr.V took care of him so well, monitoring his health and providing the best care. He took care of all the little things as well, paying attention to his health. He sent me to the best of the best doctors for my father. He always called me or my niece back and provided us with the best answers. He was so patient with us which we really appreciate. To avoid my father running out of the facility, the doctor placed a hand monitor on him to monitor his safety. That way, he was always safe and away from danger. This facility placed great security and safety measures to keep the patients safe. The facility also made sure my father was protected against falling and any kind of injuries. My father always bothered and annoyed the CNA nurses because of his Dementia Alzheimer’s, but the nurses still cared for him. The doctor and nurses were incredible at this facility. I requested him to be our family doctor for my father but we aren’t lucky enough because he doesn’t have his own office. Otherwise, I would defiantly want him as my fathers family doctor. Whatever we needed, he provided us with it right away. He’s a great guy! Esmeralda was always there to help me on whatever I needed. She called me back to answer my questions as well. All the CNA nurses took exceptional care of my father. I want to also thank Geena, Antonia, and Juan for helping my dad make a phone call to me. Thank you so much to everyone!

Negative experience: My adult disabled son was treated for 6 months following a hip surgery with no complications. There wasn’t a psychiatrist on panel to prescribe behavioral meds ; thus he received none. I was not told. His behavior became more unpredictable the longer he was without his medication. Again I was not informed until I received a call from the in-charge nurse at 11:30 pm asking how to calm him down. I could hear him in the background screaming. I picked him up immediately to live with me for 4 months until I could find placement for him. His personal items also disappeared. Low marks indeed.

Negative experience: Physical therapy is Great there. It’s not the best place, but it is clean. The food is horrific! The staff is all right but about half of them aren’t nice and need to be told what to do. If a patient is there without a family member or advocates, it’s very bad! They won’t be taken care of and most likely will die in there from neglect.

Fantastic experience: Main place was a great place for rehab after my injury, Martina and Nani took great care of me. The doctor and pharmacists were very nice and helped me throughout my recovery.

Negative experience: I live next door and through my window can hear someone yelling "help" all night.. I finally called this business and asked the staff to do something. Then, when they didn't; I called the police and then, I guess, decided to do their jobs and check up on the poor fellow. I wouldn't recommend you admit anyone you love here. - From a person who shares a window.

Fantastic experience: The therapists (Melany and Tiffany) at Mainplace are very helpful, kind and with good communication! They were very patient and professional with my husband.

Fantastic experience: Everyone rendered excellent care especially Nurse Fred and the friendly physical therapists. They also provided fun family activities like fairs and band for Cinco De Mayo for entertainment. I would highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: Visited an elderly friend at PA several times for the 8 days she was a patient there. Staff were very friendly and accomodating to the clients. Rooms seemed a bit dim to me. The large window was a plus. My friend was very happy there, even tho she tends to be concerned and dissatisfied at times by new environments. Checkout process was organized and informative.

Fantastic experience: The director, Marc, really cares about his residents — long term and short term, and makes an effort to visit them, brighten their day, and get to know them personally.

Fantastic experience: People that helped you daily were very Courteous and respectful. All of the Physical Therapist were very informative, courteous and helpful. Especially Chuck, always took the time to help motivate me. The nurses were very attentive to your needs. Surprisingly the food was very good and tasty Was an excellent experience for having to recuperate from a surgical procedure.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time here at Mainplace Post Acute and the rehab treatment I’ve received was even better than the last time. From my Evaluating therapist Maria and Alieza giving me a thorough assessment prior to therapy session to meet all my goals to my hard working therapist, Melany, Leslie and Jenny, I am happy to announce that I will be going back home with my family. Thank you for the nursing team and rehab team for helping me get stronger. Fantastic experience: This is my second time admitted here at Mainplace Post Acute and I have to say that I have the most professional and knowledgeable therapist including Melany, Tiffany, Juliette and Leslie that have gone above and beyond to help me progress in muscle strength training. I’m lucky to work with the best therapist I’ve worked with and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: I was admitted to MainPlace Post Acute for therapy to get stronger. While taking therapy I worked with some very good therapists, they have very good bed manners. They strengthen me, encourage me to get stronger. Melany, Juliette, and Tiffany are my therapists. I'm asking prayers for these therapists because they go through a lot with these seniors. God bless these beautiful angels that I love so much.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fall and suffered from pain and loss of balance and was admitted to this clean and lovely facility. From the moment you walk into a bright, happy and good smelling rehab facility that instantly makes you feel at ease. This being my first time here I was feeling really anxious and nervous not knowing what to expect. On the second day I was here I was evaluated by OT/PT and they answered all my concerns and questions about my recovery program. I soon met therapist Melany, Chanel, Tiffany, Brenda, Jenny, Laura,and Leslie who I immediately connected with and was taught exercises to help me through my weakness areas and for that I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: Clean Facility, great rehab team awesome place to do therapy after knee surgery. Insurance process was easy as well as requesting more therapy sessions!

Fantastic experience: My grandfather got to Main Place Post Acute after got discharged from hospital. The place is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly, kind, caring and professional, always welcome us when coming to visit. My grandfather was able to walk after physical therapy, he was so weak after hospitalization. Chuck and Nerresa were his therapists. Nursing: Kat, AJ, Lehong, Marian, Belen were his nurses. They're a great team with their knowledge, experiences, and incredibly passionate. CNA: Dilma, Rafael, Shannon, Crystal, Anis, Esmirada and Anna R kept my grandfather comfort and dignity their priority. RNA: Ramon and Sergio have always helped to encourage my grandfather with walking. We're so thankful to choose a right place for my grandfather. Thank you for all your hard work. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: My father is a patient here at main place post acute. His permanent cna was Julie who is no longer a cna but is still working in the building. Julie would always keep me updated, she always had his room clean she always had him shaved & ready for his day. I never walked in his room & saw him in just a gown. My dad is half paralyzed, it gives me comfort and makes me feel so good to know that she would still take time out of her day to make him look and feel good Even though he can’t get out of bed. Although Julie is not his cna anymore she still comes to check up on him! That's the type of amazing people they have working here! Therapy is amazing with my father! Leslie is his favorite!! main place post acute hires the most amazing staff ever!! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: I chose to come to Mainplace Post Acute after my Hip Surgery to receive PT and OT to help me get stronger. The Doctors and nurse practitioners like Dr. Salmi and Kristin come and take the time to ask me about my progress and if I have any problem or questions, they are so helpful. Here is where I am not only getting the best therapy treatment but I’m making lots of friends and enjoying the music they play during my exercise program. Fantastic experience: This is my first experience as well as my family with a nursing home overall the stuff is very helpful the CNAS do an amazing job my mother feels very loved here & very cared for I want to thank main place post acute for being a wonderful team.

I know what’s it’s like to be part of a medical team, and I understand the level of compassion and care that is truly necessary in this line of work. Fantastic experience: After suffering from a second fall I was admitted to the hospital and was asked where I would like to be transferred to and I Immediately said Mainplace Post Acute since i had such a great experience the first time! Everything from Nursing to MD's to therapist were so professional and knowledgeable through my recovery process to reach optimal healing. Fantastic experience: my mom was admitted to this facility great nurses and staff! my mom was in station 1 then got room changed to station 5 her CNA Julie was amazing ! Julie and the staff really made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. They were so caring patient and understanding. my mom now discharged she keeps telling everyone how very happy she is with the care she received. A few times telling family and friends she actually misses the facility! THANK YOU MAINPLACE POST ACUTE!!

Fantastic experience: I was recently a patient at Main Placej . Rehabilitation I had the best care team. To name a few Gina, Martina, Sydney the LVN. Chuck in physical therapy is the best.They went above & beyond to help me get better. I would recommend this facility to anyone for the best care I will give it a 5 rating.

Fantastic experience: MainPlace Post Acute is a nice facility. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my dad. The whole process from the hospital to the snf was really easy. The ladies in the Admissions office helped a great deal to reassure us that our dad was going to be in good hands. The rehab team was extremely amazing. They helped dad get back on his feet after a fall. Dad is now back home and able to stroll around our home with his walker. Thank you MainPlace!

Fantastic experience: Thank you MainPlace for the care you gave my mom! Mom admitted to MainPlace for 2 weeks of IV Antibiotics. The nurses were attentive to her IV needs and care. We’d like to recognize CNA Gina. She was always ready to help mom with anything. Gina lights up the hallways as she passes by. She is so sweet and kind, a true angel.

Positive experience: I'm thankful my Mom went to Main Place Post Acute after she had a bad fall. The Nursing and Physical Therapy she received there was top notch. The Admission and Discharge process were made with ease and my concerns were addressed throughout Mom's entire stay. I did have to ask the CNA on occasion to please wash my Mom's hair because she had an itchy scalp, but it was washed quickly. I suggest that family members fill out the inventory list every time an item such as clothing is brought in for their loved one and that they write the patient's name on the tag in permanent ink. Clothes get lost very easily during laundry day in facilities. I do suggest to all family members to utilize the inventory list to help keep track of personal belongings and clothes that you bring for your loved one during their stay at any facility. Should my Mom ever need a Rehab/Skilled Nursing facility again, I will definitely request Main Place Post Acute. I know she'd be in good hands there. Fantastic experience: I want to thank all the staff at Main place Acute Nursing home, for the pront recuperation of Marta Espinoza, the care that my mother received was excellent, the fortified nutritious diet helped her get stronger, the physical therapy was very helpful, I want to give special thanks to cna Elizabeth and Martina for the care and patience they always had with my mother, also physical therapist Jenny for being so understanding of my mother’s Alzheimer’s, she was very patient with my mother I hope that the Cna’s get recognized for all their efforts. Fantastic experience: I was in here for my fixed Hip surgery. The therapy was excellent,!! So were the therapy helpers. The CNAs were very nice . love the people, very friendly.

Fantastic experience: My Older Brother was in main place for rehabilitation last 2weeks of July 2024. He had problems with high blood sugar after his episode of stroke. He got excellent help from the staff of this place: Physical Therapy, diet, speech therapy and introduction of sociability environment again. I recommend definitely. My brother got back his work last Monday just 2 days ago. I am so happy about it.

The dedication, quality of medical, Nursing, hygienic observance, social activities going through food served and high quality meals is just what makes this place feel like home til one get on his/her feet and resume life the Lord's willing or what the Lord destined for each one!. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. Recently started to allow visitors with lots of precautions in place. I feel comfortable with leaving my loved ones at this facility. Seems like there are many activities going on every week. Happy with the nurses and rehab team here. No complaints :)

Fantastic experience: Great place for my post surgery recovery! I have been in this facility for 3 weeks and have nothing put positive feedback. Friendly and helpful from the nursing and wound care to the physical therapy and case management. Entire staff goes out of there way to accommodate any needs or concerns. The meals are good. They also set up my transportation to and from doctor visits. GOOD STUFF!

Positive experience: Our parents arrived at Main Place over six years ago. It was difficult for us to take them out of their home. They do not speak English, but the staff was so welcoming and caring it made the transition easy. Many residents and staff do speak Spanish. CNAs, and nurses are very caring and attentive. They easily get attached to the patients. We get frequent communication regarding their care or needed changes. PT is regularly used to maintain health.The Activities Department goes above and beyond to provide fun and creative events for the residents. We feel very lucky to have our parents there. Parking can be a challenge, but the provide a free valet service.
