Negative experience: I work at the local post office and a message after a long week goes a long way. I’ll start by saying that the people I spoke with on the phone to book the massage were nice and were able to get me in quickly. That’s essentially where the good ends. I arrived to my appointment only to be informed that the therapist was running 10 mins late. Those 10 mins were not made up for during the hour massage needless to say. The therapist was an older Hispanic lady who was nice, but lacked any bodywork knowledge. I was previously a CMT and I had really high hopes that she would do an intake and at least ask what body parts I needed worked on or what type of massage I was looking to receive. None of that. In the room she just told me to undress and get under the sheets. I told her I needed more attention on my lower back and glute muscles to which she insisted that I now need to be completely undressed because that’s the only way she can work those muscles. At this point I was ready to put my clothes back on and leave because I knew what I was getting. To my surprise, the massage was worse than what I imagined. No real focus on anything and several incidents where she exposed me. If I was a female and she was a male therapist there would be an investigation going on at this place right now. But I digress. I was really hoping she would showcase her techniques and address my areas of need, but nothing. No communication on pressure, time remaining,nor did she ever introduce herself. I am almost sure that she does both hold any California certification or license to be practicing massage therapy but I’m sure the clinic found a loophole to charge for these services and have her and the other therapist doing lotion rubs. The entire postal office knows about this incident already since word gets around quick. This massage is the equivalent of having a grandma watch a 10 minute tutorial on YouTube on how to give a massage. I would not recommend this place to anyone and believe me I was very close to reporting this therapist to the camct council and county dept of public health. Ps. The pic shows some stains on the sheets.

Fantastic experience: This might be an odd review, because it's not about the massages we (didn't) receive. This review is entirely about the wonderful man we spoke with on the phone when we called to make an appointment. We left voicemail on a Sunday, hoping for same-day massages for two. While we weren't able to get in, the customer service we received when he called us back was absolutely incredible! If we are ever back in town, they will definitely have our business!

Negative experience: Whoa! Extremely rude and hung up on me when I tried to reschedule.

Fantastic experience: The doctor is awesome great personality!! He talks to you and walks you to what will be his approach on getting you back on track.

I feel comfortable and at ease which is needed after a long, stressful day. Yes, I highly recommend it especially at their prices. In all candor, with the service and price it's a steal!
