Fantastic experience: I tweaked my back a bit while helping my daughter move. The pain got so bad that I tried meds and massages, but nothing really worked. Then I came here and wow—what a difference! After just one session, the pain was so much better. I think one more visit will do the trick. Totally recommend! ❤️

Dr. Brian is such a cool person. And Itzel at the front desk is welcoming to everybody. This is a happy therapy clinic besides the great quality they provide. I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: December 22, 2020 I was a recent patient at Quality Health Physical Therapy. I am lucky to have selected this PT practice, almost randomly. From my first encounter with the Office Manager, Monica, I knew that this was a first-class operation. Monica handled all of my insurance coverage issues and sorted out everything out with my PCP. She scheduled all of my appointments, sent me text reminders, and was exceptionally pleasant on each visit. The PT Drs. Kim & Tsai were exceptionally professional and had a wonderful "bedside" manner. They defined the perfect treatment plan, explained to me how muscles, bones, and the body works beyond my prior understanding. I did not realize that there were neurological (memory) aspects to PT recovery. I was asked to watch videos on my favorite sports activity that would retrain my brain to return to my normal sport, running. They also provided homework exercises & diagrams and kept my PT routines challenging on each visit. They always ensured that the routines were not painful to me. Larisa & Aziza, the Massage Therapist, and PT Assistant were very pleasant to greet each morning. Larisa has magic hands. She is a gifted massage therapist who would engage in very informative and inspiring conversations with me while she massaged. Occasionally, Aziza would see me from the corner of her eyes, while exercising, and would come over to correct my form. I ended my sessions yesterday feeling very grateful, encouraged, and a bit remorseful to end my appointments. I felt so comfortable with this PT practice's staff that it was as if I was ending long friendships. I highly recommend Quality Health Physical Therapy. From observation and conversation, I am sure that other patients feel the same as I do. I would not have written such a detailed positive review if I were not as overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation as I am now. Warm Regards Kevin

Fantastic experience: Quality Health is a clean, reputable facility. The therapist who runs the clinic, Brian Shin, cares a great deal about his patients and always goes out of his way to make sure they receive the best individualized treatment possible. The patients are everyone’s first priority, from the friendly receptionists to the massage therapist - if you visit this clinic you will be well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I've been in three car accidents in eleven months (none of them my fault) my lawyer sent me here to do physical therapy. At first I was apprehensive due to bad experiences in the past. I can honestly say that this is the absolute best place on earth. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant. The massage therapist are very nice and gentle. I can't lie though, one of the ladies, the Russian is very ruff and will not listen to you when you tell her that she's being too ruff. She will have you feeling worse than you were before you walked in. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that I know!
