Fantastic experience: For starters, I’m in my seventies and still a hands-on general contractor, actively tackling challenging projects. I met Dr. Enfinger two and a half years ago following hip surgery. Dr. Enfinger has been instrumental in helping me meet—and often exceed—my goals, both in work and sports. I first sought his help for rehab after a hip replacement. He had me up and running on soft sand in record time. However, after over 11 years of compensating for my hip, my lower back went into a debilitating condition. Once again, Dr. Enfinger came to the rescue. At the start of every session, he’d ask me to rate how I was feeling on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the worst). I started at a 1, but after just two weeks, I was at a miraculous 7 and feeling quite content. That’s when he introduced me to barbells and deadlifts—the very last thing I expected to be doing for my back. To my amazement, I am living proof that, when done properly, deadlifts can be the best exercises for an ailing back and lower sciatica. After 30 years of struggling with lower back and sciatic pain, I’ve now been completely pain-free for the past two years, despite lifting heavy loads regularly on job sites. Dr. Enfinger is not only a fantastic motivator but also possesses a rare gift for sensing when to push and when to adjust. We all have days when we’re not at our best, and he has an incredible ability to encourage you to achieve the most out of every session. I’ve yet to leave a session with him without feeling like I’ve gained a new lease on life—a benefit that no amount of money can buy. If you are 100% committed to achieving or exceeding your goals, you won’t find anyone better than Dr. Enfinger. If not, it’s probably best for both parties that you search for a more appropriate match.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Pat highly enough as a physical therapist! After my ACL reconstruction surgery, I was initially worried about the recovery process, but Pat made all the difference. His expertise and personalized approach were truly exceptional. My post op rehabilitation program has been carefully designed and not only targeted my specific needs but kept me motivated throughout the journey. Pat's knowledge and encouragement helped me regain strength and confidence in my knee faster than I expected. He is patient, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress. I always looked forward to our sessions, knowing I was in such capable hands. Thanks to Pat, I am back to doing the activities I love. If you need a physical therapist, Pat is the one to see!

Fantastic experience: I had a total left knee replacement in May 2024. I've been working with Jordan Antol, who is a DPT at OCPT in Irvine. The facility itself is fairly new and very clean. Amy and Anna, the front desk staff, are friendly and helpful. The vibe is positive. Jordan listens to my concerns and addresses all of them. He has helped me get to my goals and advised me what to do next. I am abIe to climb up and down stairs, now, which I have not been able to do for years. I am having the right knee replaced in October, and I'm going to continue working with Jordan. He even helped me with some right knee, "Pre-hab," before my right knee surgery. I recommend OCPT, wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: Vincent has been so helpful in my recovery. I came back regarding another injury because I knew he would help me out again. The staff is so professional and helpful with all the paperwork and insurance requirements. The facilities are clean and well organized. I’ve been to other facilities, and I can say, this is the best. The attention before and after each session is greatly appreciated :)

Fantastic experience: My mother in-law and I received the PT service in their Irvine office. The setting is so bright and spacious. More importantly, our PT Jessica Rodil is very experienced and highly professional. She had a comprehensive conversation with both of us. Fantastic experience: My physical therapy, which I started when I was about to have surgery, ended well with my surgery being cancelled. People in the office always greeted me with a smile. I did most of my sessions with Jessica Rodil. She does her job with dedication and works professionally. After each session, my pain gradually decreased and I thank her very much. Fantastic experience: Orange County Physical Therapy is an amazing gem in Newport Beach. I had torn my left knee PCL and was devastated as I could barely walk or do any activity without pain or a very annoying imbalance feeling. Dr. Brittany Kazane guided me through the entire physical therapy, in office exercises, and home exercise routine that helped me regain my strength in my knee. In the two months I have been visiting this office twice per week, the feeling of imbalance is nearly gone, pain significantly reduced, and I can run again, which is very important to me. I was able to run the Huntington Beach 5k and I haven't felt that good in a long time. Thank you so much Dr. Kazane and OCPT staff!

Fantastic experience: OC Physical Therapy is a top-notch facility, fully equipped with approachable, knowledgeable and credentialed Physical Therapists. The all-around vibe is chill and relaxed. I come here once a week to work through various ailments ranging from my plantar fasciitis to wrist pain to tricep/elbow attachment pain. I specifically go to the owner Victor. He’s been a wealth of knowledge with regard to making daily activities and workouts more efficient, effective and pain-free. Prior to coming to this facility, I wasn’t a believer in PT and would simply just let time pass to let my body heal. But as I’ve gotten older, I now understand the importance of physical therapy as it has enabled me to be more aware while alleviating and offsetting chronic pains and injuries. Kudos to the amazing staff and the services they provide!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend OCPT. From the initial call of scheduling, the ladies at the front desk returned my call within a hour, which for a busy practice, I was very impressed. I had left voicemails to different practices in OC and OCPT was by far the most professional and prompt in returning my voicemail. They made the paperwork and scheduling easy and let me pick a time twice a week that would work with my work schedule. For someone who does not understand all the medical paperwork, they made it easy for me. They are also flexible if you need to move an appointment. Everyone at the practice is friendly and professional. At the intial appointment they assess your injury and make a game plan for you. They create detailed workout plans for you to do at home in between appointments and update them for you as you get better. I am certain that I will make a full recovery working with the OCPT staff. Fantastic experience: Victor and his team are exceptional. I was recovering after undergoing internal surgery and found their facility through online research and based on overall reviews. The best decision. Victor conducted a comprehensive evaluation and carefully went over my medical history and proposed goals for the therapy. I had a total of 6 sessions at the Newport Beach clinic and was assigned a home exercise program that I am still doing daily. I feel a huge difference overall and my energy is steadily going up every day. The front office is so organized and all ladies are so pleasant to deal with. I received timely reminders for each treatment session and the clinic went an extra mile to accommodate my busy work schedule. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to receive your PT. I've been coming here for several months, and the progress is outstanding. Everyone in the office is friendly and want to help. I've worked with several therapists and every single one of them was attentive and carrying. The sessions are never rushed, and they give clear instructions for exercises to be done at home. Also, the receptionists are very patient and provide all the information you need for your insurance. Thank you, Victor and the team, for making me feel better!

Especially Jessica who helped me during my pregnancy and post partum to bring back mobility, relief pain from hips and back and avoid swollen legs. Fantastic experience: I've had a chronic pain in my right leg peroneal nerve for several years. I've been to several Orthopedic doctors and PT's, which unfortunately didn't help to relieve or change the pain. I thought this was something that I was going to have to live with for the rest of my life. My current Orthopedic doctor, recommended that I go see Victor at OCPT. I was a bit resistant because all the other PT's that I had seen couldn't figure out what was wrong and I never felt any better after months of treatment. And I always felt like the PT's were giving me too easy of exercises that were doing absolutely nothing for me or the pain. Well, that all changed when I started PT with Victor. Victor is honestly the best PT that I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot. Not only did he get right away what was causing the pain in my leg, he put me on a exercise protocol that has really challenged me and has really helped me get stronger. While I am not completely pain free yet (only bc we are still in the midst of treatment)...but the pain has gotten way better and I know I am on the right track for once with the right PT, Victor. I highly recommend Victor and OCPT. November Update: After 4 months of PT with Victor, I'm SUPER EXCITED to report that I am finally pain free when I run. Honestly, I never thought I would see the day, when I wouldn't have any pain when running. Victor is truly the best PT, I can't say enough good things about him!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with OCPT and everyone was friendly and very accommodating. I have known Victor for many years, in fact, he was the very first PT I had ever had and I'm glad he was ! ! ! Whenever I needed any PT work done I always found Victor and followed him to different PT clinics. Now that he has his own practice I will always use his services and support his clinic. I am definitely looking forward to his new Irvine location as it will be closer for me but until then, I will definitely support his Newport Beach location. BTW Haze is terrific too ! ! !

Fantastic experience: Top-notch Doctors here! I highly recommend OCPT. I went to another PT clinic that my doctor recommended since I have an HMO, and had very little success with improving my condition. OCPT is out of my network, but I know it’s worth the money to work with Victor and the rest of the PTs at this clinic. I’ve been struggling with a hamstring issue that my doc diagnosed as hamstring tendinopathy. Victor helped to diagnosis and apply proper treatment that aided in relief that I haven’t felt in months. Movements that aggravated my injury felt significantly better and now I have a clear treatment plan to help me through this chronic injury! Thank you, for the highest level of care your clinic represents.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience here, the staff, all the PTs are all very caring and passionate about patients getting better. They really listen to what I wanted to get back to and I felt like I always had their complete undivided attention. It was completely 1-on-1 sessions with the PT and I felt like I was never rushed or passed on to an aide because of a packed schedule. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent physical therapists and PT clinic.

Fantastic experience: As an 85 year old woman full of osteo arthritis I have much experience in physical therapy. Of the many facilities that have helped me adjust through the years I must say the OCPT has helped me understand recovery the best. Dr. Brittany Kazane worked with me each time for 40 minute treatments. She did not start me off assessing my condition and passing my treatment off to trainees. She worked with me the whole time every visit. She explained the purpose of the specific stretching movements and how they awaken the tight areas required for better use of muscles and reduction of pain. Her self confidence and positive upbeat approach made each visit a welcome experience. I highly recommend OCPT for their unique approach to recovery.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the care of OCPT! They came to my aid when during my postpartum recovery period. I developed severe ankle pain and foot drop from the stresses of pregnancy and labor on my back and body which was limiting my ability to walk. Victor was amazing and gave me the best stretches to do and such good advice! He massaged my problem areas and now I feel 100% better! It’s amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart OCPT! Fantastic experience: These guys are the best PT team in the business. Being an ex-professional athlete I have gone to my fair share of PT places. Most are with you for 10 to 15 minutes and then turn you lose to do the remaining time on your own. Not OCPT they are hands on for at least 30 solid minutes. I have been over 20 times and each time is the same, never cutting corners. Thanks OCPT your team in best in class!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and helpful. They don't just rely on a theragun but actually massage! And they go a step further. I was having sciatica pain and could not drive without suffering. Victor actually came to the parking lot and adjusted my seat to help ease the pain. Each therapist I saw was helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Victor Rusenescu was very kind to accommodate me at a very short notice. He understood my issue with my ankles and knees that were very tight as a result of my daily golfing routine . He very quickly figured out the root cause of my problem and was able to relieve me of the discomfort through a couple of simple exercises. True professional and very friendly. I will never hesitate to recommend his name to my friends in need.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at OCPT for 8 months now. They have been treating lower back pain and scoliosis issues. The treatment and assistance has been top notch, both knowledgable and courteous. They've also helped treat post-op disc replacement surgery. I feel better than I have in over 10 years. OCPT has been a life saver in allowing me function again in daily life.

Fantastic experience: I am 5 months post surgery for L4 L5. Prior to my back and leg pain I had led a very active life. My recovery post surgery is very important to me. Each physical therapist who has worked with me has worked with me to regain my strength and train my muscles to work with my new spinal fusion. I work with advanced degree specialists who use hands on muscle work as well as teaching me exercises to do at home. They are not afraid to push me, but always check in with me on pain/discomfort level. At no time have I worked with an unsupervised student doing field work. Each PT is a highly trained and experienced professional. And that is exactly what I need; worth the drive from Long Beach.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place! They have the best services, including in-person, telemedicine, and concierge. They are one of the only places in OC with the physical therapist doing the treatment throughout the whole session rather than having the aid come and take over. The place is lovely and clean, and the staff are very respectful and accommodate you in every possible way. And with the physical therapist I had the best experience with Victor; he is the best at what he does; he treated my neck/shoulder pain, diagnosed me with TMJ, and provided me with a lot of helpful information. I appreciate all that they have done to help me get better!

Fantastic experience: Tyler at OCPT is the best i've experienced. I've suffered from Sciatica since retiring from the Marine Corps and over 3-4 months I feel completely healed from the exercises and work Tyler has done with me. Fantastic experience: This place is great and they are super interactive. They are very organized and really truly care about you! I hurt my ACL and I was back to playing soccer very soon. I had Tyler and he not only helped me heal but he gave me exercises to help prevent the injury in the future. I have to much fun and go through the hard workouts. At this Physical Therapy place they go above and beyond to have them get in the schedule! A shout out to Amy, the lady at the front desk is amazing. Tyler has helped me and pushed me to my fullest and I look forward every week to go and do my session. They always ask me how my day was and made me laugh. Dr. David was absolutely amazing, I have been having major issues with my knee for years now, and David was so informative and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: This is the best physical therapy I have been to since I got injured back in 2004. After going to a handful of different physical therapy offices over the years, OCPT has by far helped me the most. I have been working with both Haze and Rachel, and they have been awesome. Fantastic experience: I had a my right ACL replaced (using a slice of my own patellar tendon). After the surgery, the intensive rehab was in the schedule. I was lucky to be introduced to Dr. Rusenescu and started the rehab under his outstanding care. He is very knowledgeable and a great sport in every way! I've played countless different sports for my whole life and was worried my knee would never be the same again; WRONG! My knee is just as good as it was before the accident, no limitations, no pain, no stiffness, nothing. Dr. Rusenescu will take the time to evaluate YOUR individual needs and customize your rehab program so it will be the most beneficial to you and YOUR recovery. Can't thank him enough that I'm still able to continue all my sports just as nothing ever happened. Great person, great professional. Go talk to him and you will agree!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with OC Physical Therapy!. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome the minute I first walked in the door. Everyone is so easy going and friendly! Tyler Saude is my DPT. I won’t say he was my DPT. I graduated today and am virtually pain free after 5 weeks working with him so even though I was discharged from care, I know he’s just a call or email away should I need PT again. He knows what he’s doing and he pays attention to you as a whole person and not just an area of complaint. Not to say there weren’t moments to endure with the excercise and stretches, but he was right there with encouragement and helping me to look forward optimistically. I am beyond appreciative. I highly recommend OC Physical Therapy. I truly have every confidence that any one of the staff there can be of great help.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. David Enfinger to help with recovery after a shoulder surgery. David was the BEST physical therapist I have ever had and helped me immensely with my recovery (I had to see 3 different PT's over the past year due to moving and changing insurance). I finally feel like my shoulder is in a place where I can resume with lifting weights without fear of injury. After a couple sessions at OCPT, I could already feel improvement. OCPT will give you a personalized plan, individual attention, and the tough love it takes to get you back to doing the activities you love. I have worked with Victor, Haze, and Rachel and would recommend them all very highly. They will make time for you outside of sessions as well and give you exercises to do at home to speed up the recovery process. Fantastic experience: I had a rotater cuff repair. This was a painful surgery for me. I was lucky enought to find OCPT. Tyler was amazing and so helpful. Fantastic experience: Excellent staff! Fully dedicated to their patients and genuinely care. You will feel like you are a superstar here and not just another patient going through a revolving door. Also their emphasis on strength training post therapy helps patients maintain and get better so they don't lose the momentum of their gains once the therapy is over.

Fantastic experience: First off David is a magician. He is super good at what he does and he is also a really nice guy. I had a shoulder surgery and with his help I feel very confident to getting back to activities that I want to do. All the staff is super nice and it's a very welcoming and fun place.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with physical therapy and am very happy with the results. Tyler was great, the whole staff is very friendly. The issue was my neck and arm numbness. Every session taught me a new exercise and I kept improving. Was worried about needing surgery but I don't even think about that now. Highly recommend OCPT.

I was hardly able to even walk because of my knees but now I can walk so much better and can even use stairs. He targets my exercises specifically to my condition and that has help immensely. Fantastic experience: I broke my leg (tibia and fibula) at the end of October 2020 which was followed by surgery and lots of shiny metal and a few scars to go with it! After my surgeon cleared me for PT in mid December I started going to OCPT and seeing Haze on the recommendation of my husband who had ACL surgery on both knees some years back and went to Haze for his PT. From my initial visit (barley being able to wiggle my toes) to now (working on running again) I love how Haze listened to my needs and customized each visit to how my body was feeling. These past few months have been filled with both good and bad days (pain, swelling, and stiffness on and off.) On the days I was feeling these symptoms he took an easier approach and when I felt strong, helped me to take back a little more control over my body by pushing my limits so my leg could get stronger. It's a very frustrating thing for your body to not work the way it once did or to not obey your commands but his constant patience with me helped me to be patient with myself. Although I have specifically been talking about Haze as he was my primary PT, EVERYONE at OCPT is so amazing and they have all helped contribute to my recovery throughout the entire process. The whole staff is so friendly and dedicated to their patients and I only ever look forward to my appointments! I am so grateful to OCPT and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I am 76 years old and have been to many, many PT's, Chiros and other such places over the last many decades due to damage sustained from competitive tennis, squash, golf and the training associated with these activities. This is the absolute finest PT practices I have been to in terms of the level of expertise, professionalism and results obtained. The facility is first rate and the administrative staff is terrific as well. I believe they are all PhD's and it shows in their approach and in their discussion with you to develop a plan to address your problems. My primary PT, David Enfinger, has helped me immensely with back and hip issues. I have also been treated by Haze and Victor with great results as well. You will not be sorry if you tried these professional Physical Therapists.

Fantastic experience: Following rotator cuff surgery, I started physical therapy with David Enfinger, DPT, at Orange County Physical Therapy (OCPT). David manipulated my arm to gain flexibility and mobility. And, he gave me lots of home exercises. I like to train with weights, and I'm happy to say that I'm back at it after 8-12 weeks--all thanks to my great therapy at OCPT. While the therapy sessions were rigorous, the staff at OCPT were friendly and welcoming.

I called every PT office in the area beforehand; Stephanie and Shelby were the most helpful administrators of everyone I talked to, and they offered the best rates. Dave was as knowledgeable and helpful as possible in getting my knee back to strength after a surgery for a meniscus tear. He gave me a clear plan and set of goals for rehabbing, and went the extra distance to make sure we exceeded them. OCPT is very conscientious of the resources you have to work with (insurance or not), and prioritizes what you need. Unlike other offices, you get 1 on 1 attention from physical therapist for the whole visit, every visit. Super thankful for this team.

Fantastic experience: We are very pleased with OCPT. My daughter is recovering from a knee injury, and is working with David (who we've worked with before.) The facility is new, super clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. I can't say enough great things about David. He is supportive, knowledgable, truly caring and motivated. Additionally, in our 3 months here, I've seen David and the other therapists working with patients from adolescence to advanced senior, and everyone gets equally thoughtful and customized care. Now that my daughter is wrapping up her treatment, she has shared with me how much she will miss working with the OCPT team--high praise coming from a teenager. You're in good hands at OCPT.

Fantastic experience: OCPT has been a key player on the rehabilitation of my broken fibula. I am so glad I found them! The entire staff is amazing and the care is the best. They work with you one on one for the entire time which I feel has been the key to my healing. The attention to detail is spot on. I am really grateful to them.

Fantastic experience: I love OC Physical Therapy! After going to a different physical therapy office for a month and not seeing any improvements, I decided to get a second option and I am so happy I did. Haze specifically has been amazing in helping me with my hip, back and wrist issues that have not seen improvement for years. Haze is also very professional, knowledgeable, positively energized, accommodating to my schedule, and if he in unavailable, David helps me out and is great as well! Definitely my go-to physical therapy office going forward. 10/10 Recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a spinal fusion after I burst fractured my L1 surfing. Once my surgeon gave me the OK to start PT I called OCPT. This place helped me get back to normal activities quick and gave me hopes to surf again soon. Everybody there is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend! My therapist is Hayes.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of clinics over the years and I am so happy to have found OCPT. Victor and staff are professional, skilled, knowledgeable and carry a positive, personal touch in dealing with patients. From hands-on treatments to customizing home rehab exercises, they get to the heart of the problem. They pay attention to more than just the specific pain or injury. They work to help improve the supportive muscle groups and educate you on bio-mechanics to further enhance your overall wellness. I certainly recommend OCPT to anyone whether you are 7 or 70.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a physical therapy clinic and found this clinic through web search. I have been going to another clinic within a few minutes of my house but wasn’t getting anywhere. Now after 8 visits I am feeling much better and really look forward to seeing my Doctor. I rather drive 20 minutes to feel better then waste time being watched by aides. OCPT has this boutique feel as you only work with your own Doctor the entire visit. thank goodness i found them.

Fantastic experience: First of all, let me say my review is long overdue!! Victor is THE absolute best, top notch. I recently injured my shoulder and was not able to even brush my hair without pain, Victor has been extremely competent, exceptional, and skilled throughout my recovery and getting me back on track for my next weightlifting competition. He is very professional, from day 1 he knew exactly what needed to be done and he patiently showed me what I needed to do to heal and build strength to prevent a re-injury. He is also very friendly, sincere, and caring, all around a great guy. Also, he has Gaby, another fabulous and knowledgeable PT. OCPT is highly recommended, I’m grateful for my recovery and for helping me regain my shoulder mobility and strength.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several physical therapists in the past and Victor is the best! I had an injury from exercising and he quickly assessed what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. He gave me detailed instructions for exercises to do as “homework” and made sure I understood which muscles I should be using and not. It’s been just a few weeks and I am 90% better. You get a full hour one on one with the physical therapist and he gives you 100% attention unlike other doctors who leave you to do exercises on your own while attending others. I highly recommend Victor at OCPT!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with shoulder pain for the past year. I finally reached the point to which I wanted help. I reached out to Victor at OCPT. He was able to assess the issue, treat the issue and give me exercises and stretches to do to improve the shoulder.
