Fantastic experience: The staff members are really nice

Negative experience: Staff themselves are friendly however management and billing is terrible. I received a bill for $496 months after receiving PT, this came as a shock to me as not only my insurance but also the staff had told me I would only need to pay $30 copay each visit. More notable services were micro needling, I was told I would just be charged out of pocket for this; however, I ended up getting charged on top of this I believe this to be very misleading from the staff and ended up costing me a lot. After calling their billing, they had told me they had billed insurance and without a chance to elaborate, they hung up on me after telling me I still owed this amount of money. I then called my insurance and this is where something felt off, they told me I should only need to pay $240 out of pocket and that they would speak with the billing department. A few days later, I call Mountain View’s billing department just for them to suddenly change the amount I owed from $496 to $240. This seems incredibly fishy and potentially fraudulent from Mountain View Pain Center. I do not recommend them at all, watch out they might be trying to bill you for more than they should be!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into Mountain View, I knew I was in excellent hands. I've had physical therapy before, but Joe and Lisa provided an experience that truly stands head and shoulders above the rest. Their attention to detail is remarkable; they didn't just treat my symptoms, they meticulously assessed every aspect of my condition, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized recovery plan. What truly sets them apart are their innovative approaches. They continuously introduced new exercises and techniques that kept my recovery progressing and, frankly, kept things interesting! It was clear they weren't just following a standard protocol, but genuinely thinking outside the box to optimize my results. Beyond their expertise, it's their true care and patience that made all the difference. Every session, I felt heard, understood, and genuinely supported. Positive experience: Love the services provided here, the providers both for PT and chiropractic however sometimes billing through insurance is sometimes a struggle. They make me pay a copay even though I don't have a copay plan. Then it is a different amount everytime. Then I had a credit and they didn't charge a copay. Then a year and a half later they sent me a bill saying I owe almost $200. Which then forced me to go back and find the EOBs and HSA deductions to figure out if they were charging me correctly.

Fantastic experience: I seriously cannot recommend Mountain View Pain center enough. They have done an amazing job managing my pain. I'm very much into working out and fitness and sometimes it causes pain on my hips which I have had for years and I am finally starting to feel relief. The staff are amazing and friendly and have made a treatment plan for me that is great. Would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was referred here and want ro make an appointment. Everytime I call Which has been 3 times over the past month it connects me with someone that barley speaks English. Can I get someone that is American, and can speak English contact me please?!

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The workers are funny, nice, and give clear instructions so there is no confusion with the exercises.

Negative experience: I used to love going to this place. Unfortunately, I will never go back again. I have been told my visit would be free, meaning my insurance will pay for it and all of a sudden I received an enormous bill in the mail for something I didn't even get during my visit. I just hate surprise bill. My family and I went somewhere else, received the same treatment and only paid $41 out of pocket.

Fantastic experience: I love going to this clinic! They are all so welcoming! And no matter when you’re in there they always have a smile on their faces! I went in for shoulder pain and they fixed that and a few other spots as well and I can’t believe the difference!

Fantastic experience: This was my 11th round of Physical Therapy outta 20 Surgeries.. This is the 1st time that I look forward to going to PT. Gavin n Ben, Melissa are ROCK STARS for my Rehab n getting me back Healthy n moving with Strength. They make working out n getting back in Shape/Functioning something I can't wait to do, Because I know they'll make my Golf game more Deadly like a Real Birdie Killer..I do what they have asked of me n do it religiously at home.. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this specific location. Gavyn is a pro at Dry Needling and although I'm scared of needles, he has helped me make strides and helped manage pain. Ben is the best physical therapist I've ever seen hands down! He makes it fun, but also takes the time to educate you on what specific exercises are doing to help your condition. The front desk gals are always smiling and so helpful with getting scheduled. Michael is great chiropractor and his team is so nice and always want to make sure you're comfortable during treatments. I've been at this location for 8 months and won't go to the other locations ,even if it's more convenient for me. I drive from Arvada to be seen here specifically. Great location!

Fantastic experience: Great one stop shop ... PT, Chiro, pain mgmt ... Do wish they had a more regular massage therapist, but the staff at this location are knowledgeable and friendly!

Negative experience: I made an appointment asking for a pain specialist to assess my needs. I am a 70 year old woman with osteoporosis. Needless to say, I was told that this was not a chiropractic treatment..and the girl pressed on my back that sent me screaming in pain with a broken rib. Zero compassion on her part and lots of denial.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are amazing. I felt like they really listened to how I was feeling and tried their best to come up with a plan of action that would help me. Location is extremely convenient. I also had another friend who went here, and it really helped them. My results tbd as I’m currently going through the process.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant! I am a chiropractor visiting from England and I was in severe pain after my neck seized from such a long haul flight, I suffered a neck injury 11 years ago which re-occurs form time to time and gives me severe migraines. The care that I received in the practice was exceptional! They did absolutely everything they could to help me and threw everything at me, this is a place that is highly skilled, very thorough and also really cares to do a good job, forget the 5minute cheap adjustments that don't fix or correct things these guys do the real work, give the exercises and do the proper treatment you need to get better.

Fantastic experience: Mountain View Pain Center is the only thing that has helped me after a devastating auto accident nearly a year ago. They combine a whole body approach to treat pain rather than just drugging people and that is extremely important to me as I have young children that need me! I am currently using pain meds under their care but I am also getting some relief under the care of Christine (NP), Dr. Grant (chiropractic) and an amazing PT named Mickayla who is helping me heal. Their practice is spread across many locations so sometimes I have to travel for treatment but due to the results I am getting, I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I would like to acknowledge a very caring, heart felt, encouraging, motivated PT specialist "Makala". I have been working with her on my injuries that stem from 3 years ago. She is very focused on the root cause of my injuries and explains in detail why I'm feeling the way I do. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mountain View Pain Center at Southlands for about a year now and have received great care there every time I’ve been. The team here has gone out of their way not only to help me manage my pain but also provided me resources on ways to continue to progress on my own. It feels like the team really cares to help me get better. There’s never been any pressure to buy anything extra or continue to come to appointments. Their goal the entire time is for my pain to get to the place where appointments are no longer needed. Which feels nice knowing this hasn’t simply been transactional but has always been focused on getting me as recovered as possible.

Fantastic experience: This office does an excellent job. I have been here for spine adjustments and dry needling. The dry needling has been a game changer but I always leave feeling good. Staff has always been kind and professional.

Positive experience: I feel like this facility has slipped in quality and customer service. Office for adjustment area had dust and lot of smears on the walls - looked very unclean. Staff not so intensive as they have been in the past. I've been coming here for a couple of years so it is a bummer to see the area start to slip. The chiropractor Andrea did great much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I do go to Southlands location for several years already. Mickayla was my PTA for last 3 years. I love going there and do my PT therapies. She is very caring, attentive to my concerns, personable and knowledgeable. She modifies my exercises depending on my weekly needs and I love that. After seeing Mickayla and Grant I feel like a brand new person.

Fantastic experience: Mickayla has been absolutely wonderful for my Physical Therapy. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes the time you have to be there enjoyable! I have done Physical Therapy at Rock Mountain on Mississippi and Potomac (5 min away from me) and this has been better by far! I am never left in the dark, everything is explained to me very well and I always know where I am at with my treatment. I would 100% recommend to a friend! And definitely worth the 20 min drive, and I hate driving! I always get text reminders for my appointments however I wish they were the day before instead of 2 days before.

Negative experience: My 1st appointment with Mountain View was March 2, 2021. My last appointment was March 16, 2021. During my 1st appointment I described my situation. I shared with the Dr. that I have scoliosis, my C2 thru C4 have been fused, in addition to my L3 & L4 in my lumbar spine. An adjustment with dry needling was performed during both appointments. During the 2nd appointment, the Dr aggressively twisted my head & neck. Something snapped or popped in my head as a result. To date I have suffered severe headaches daily that effect my sight & give me nausea. Another one of my Drs described this ordeal as something like "a bad case of whiplash". Don't ever consult this establishment for anything.

Negative experience: The person who work at the Front desk at Southland have a poor attitude, she is impatient and don't know respect people. I need to reschedule my appointment because my work sheet changes next month, but she won't help me. She said she can not help me to reschedule, she is busy, have to take care of other patients...... ??? I am wondering making appointments isn't the job duty of front desk? Anyway, I haven't rescheduled yet.

Positive experience: Tough to rate this place, have been coming here for years, mainly for insurance reasons, some of their staff is amazing, but their biggest issue is to actually retain good staff, especially their massage therapists. The owners refuse to pay them when appointments are canceled, or there are no shows, they don't get paid any PTO either which is horrid. The constant cancelations due to their loss of therapists is sad and has hugely inconvenienced our family numerous times. If there was another option nearby we'd probably leave this place. It's honestly a shame because they've had several really good chiropractors as well as therapists whom have all moved on due to what I feel is greed. Everything done here is billed to insurance, and its thriving!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Mountain View Pain Center for almost a year and everyone is Exceptional. The environment is so friendly. They have taken the necessary precautions to make sure all patients are safe and that everything is always sanitized and clean. For Physical therapy Mickayla is the BEST!! Her energy is so positive and makes physical therapy go by so smoothly. Dr. Grant is Awesome he communicates with you, and he always follows up with you, which is much appreciated!! And Jacqueline for massages, you will not be disappointed at all, I feel like a new person after visiting her once a week. The Nurse practitioner Emma here at Mountain View Pain Center is so genuine and follows up continuously to see how you’re doing she works with you and again just communicates with you, to figure out what the best treatments are for you. Everyone here is amazing, all staff here at Mountain View Pain Center in Southlands I’m so grateful for you all. Thank you for being AMAZING people all around.

I started coming here for low back pain after a car accident in 2018 which ended up to be a herniated disc, and now I’m finishing up physical therapy after a surgery I had late last year (2019) to fix it. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Mickayla here in this office, and at the beginning I was really unsure of the process, and nervous of how I would progress by doing remote Physical Therapy. Since I have started, my experience has been so amazing!!! Mickayla is very informative, and consistent with care. She listens to everything I have told her about my pain, and has put together specifically what would help me progress, it was so personal and it has helped me finally get out of a rut of pain I was in, and felt like I wasn't going to get anywhere. She is such a kind person, and made me feel like I was a champion and can conqueror this pain. I am a testimony that having determination, and follow through with your end of responsibility with exercises, paired with a person like her on your side as a coach, is surety of success! Fantastic experience: Mountain View Paint Center helped my needs immediately and effectively. The staff is very skilled yet friendly, and their variety of methods and offerings are excellent. It was my first time to see a specialist for anything like this, so I admit I was a bit nervous. But they all and Dr. Johnson were very welcoming and walked me through it all nicely. Dr. Johnson has helped me with routine "maintenance", resetting my joints and back in ways I never thought I was at risk, helping me feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. On top of that, I actually suffered a shoulder injury and had been in intense pain and stiffness for months. It simply would not heal, even though I tried ice, heat and elevation on my own. He was able to "click" it back in place so it could even start healing, and even did a dry needling method that was very stimulating and helpful. I've gone back repeatedly, and am enjoying a healing shoulder. I wasn't able to even lift 5 pounds or buckle my seat belt, but now I am back to 40 pounds each shoulder and building and back to lifting heavy things around the house. Because of my shoulder, I had developed tendinitis from improper over-compensation, but Dr. Johnson's help and tips paid off for that too. I wasn't able to grip a screwdriver or steering wheel or even text, but now I can do all that and make a fist. I appreciate everything they have there, from the roller bed, the impulse pads, the muscle cream, and the dry needling. Above all, I appreciate how much they've been able to help my wife, in so many more ways than I can with my shoulder massages for her. I highly recommend this center to anyone with pain or issues, or simply want some routine maintenance to prevent future pain or injuries. Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting the Southlands location since my accident in October 2020. There is plenty of parking and easy to find. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive to your needs and give a great plan for your recovery. I’ve very rarely had any issues with scheduling and when I did they were quick to fix it and accommodate to my schedule. Nicole and Grant are both excellent chiropractors couldn’t ever choose between them so I just went with whoever was available. Physical therapy also was great and the remodel looks amazing and very spacious. I hope after my treatment is done I can continue visiting this location for any other treatment I may need. Thank you to all the staff there at the south lands location.

Because of my shoulder, I had developed tendinitis from improper over-compensation, but Dr. Johnson's help and tips paid off for that too. I wasn't able to grip a screwdriver or steering wheel or even text, but now I can do all that and make a fist. I appreciate everything they have there, from the roller bed, the impulse pads, the muscle cream, and the dry needling. Above all, I appreciate how much they've been able to help my wife, in so many more ways than I can with my shoulder massages for her. I highly recommend this center to anyone with pain or issues, or simply want some routine maintenance to prevent future pain or injuries. Fantastic experience: I came to MVPC after a car accident. Thankfully I only had a couple issues and they were absolutely wonderful. They talked me through what they would do and how it helped. Not only was the staff attentive and kind but they made you feel right at home. The receptionists are super sweet and help pass the time waiting. Thank you guys for your help.

Fantastic experience: I came to Mountain View Pain Center due to a car accident, all the Staff are stellar! Every one is super friendly, and has really helped reduce my pain. My 85 year old grandmother was also in the accident with me and was very sceptical of Chriopractics but they completly changed her view and she also had a very positive experience. Fantastic experience: I LOVE this place!! After a severe concussion I come here for twice a week dry needling and Adjustments and once a week for Massages...the staff is amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. This is the place for me to center myself, relax and focus on healing!!! Thanks to the whole Team there for being so great at what they do!!!

Fantastic experience: MVPC is truly life changing, particularly this location. Physical Therapist Mikayla not only made the appointments enjoyable but helped me get back on my feet quicker than any other PT I have worked with. With that being said, Grant, the chiropractor I worked with also was a tremendous help in my recovery and I am so happy to be able to go back for monthly maintenance with him. Please consider this location and these professionals if you are needing help!
