Fantastic experience: I have been going to Coast Physical Therapy for various injuries for the past many years. The staff, the equipment, the facilities are excellent. The therapists work with you 100% of the time without shoving you off to someone who has very little training and/or experience! The office is pristine with nothing out of place. It is a pleasure to be seen by Coast Physical Therapy!!

From Jennifer at the desk to Jeremy handling the ice, I have felt very well taken care of in my visits here. My therapist, John, has been most effective in analyzing my back pain and helping to find the causes and alleviate them. He had me look at my daily workout routine and my sitting and sleeping habits. Long story short, with John’s help and insight, I was able to make changes that had a great effect on my back pain. This is no small thing…to feel better is truly a blessing. Fantastic experience: Coast PT has helped me so much! They got me walking after an emergency hip replacement, they helped with my lower back pain, and now Leo is working on my neck. I HIGHLY recommend them. The therapists are excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Larry is excellent. He is a highly skilled clinician. Currently treatment times are limited due to a staffing problem but if you are patient and flexible, eventually staffing will increase and treatment time will increase.

Larry has been helping me recover from a ruptured bicep tendon and his gentle, yet firm touch has been helping me progress each week.

Fantastic experience: During many years of an active lifestyle (Ironman triathalons, endurance cycling, marathons) Coast Physical Therapy has been my go to place for recovery. Feet, ankles, hanstrings, glute, low back, mid-back, shoulder and neck overuse injuries. All treated with successful results. The excellent staff are always helpful and caring. Special thanks to Larry, Leo, David, Jeromey and Jessica for their help keeping me in motion. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: Over a span of many months, Larry Brown helped me rebound from two surgeries. One was a total knee replacement which, as you may have heard, is a bigger deal than, you know, having your teeth cleaned. Larry got me through it with very satisfying, confidence-building results. The entire team at Coast Physical Therapy is first-rate: Jessica and Jackie in the office, and David, Leo, and Jeremy in the room where you’ll get better. At Coast, you can expect professional, compassionate care.

Negative experience: Incompetent front desk. First appointment they said I was not on the schedule. They rescheduled me for the following week. This time they said I was on the wrong day, I was dealing with the supervisor who is standing next to the person who I made the appt. with,in person. Young girls who obviously are a product of our wonderful H.S. educational system. My wife and I both were prior patients at this facility. Never will I go there again

Fantastic experience: I came to Coast Physical Therapy unable to walk without pain. My doctor said I needed surgery on my feet due to planters fasciitis. After one visit with Larry Brown he made me a pair of orthotics to wear in my shoes and I have not had pain for over 20 years. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this facility! From the customer service to the outcome of what you go in for is excellent! The staff here really puts their customers first and truly cares for them all. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and make sure you feel great. They truly put in the effort and work hard so that you are satisfied with your care. I’ve gone to other pt facilities for the same problem I was having (with my knee) but not until I reached this location did it finally get properly healed and cared for. Thanks to them I was up and running again, out of pain and back to enjoying my life. Because of that and I know how amazing they are, I am back for treatment for my shoulder (from a car accident) since I know I can rely on them to help me return to enjoying my life and out of pain. This is a location that does such a great job you won’t have to go back for treatment on the same thing.

Fantastic experience: I can not give the team enough praise for how professional and friendly they treat us patients. I’ve had several injuries throughout my law enforcement career and have been treated by many physical therapists, and without hesitation I would rate DPT Leo Kiralla as the best. Leo provides treatment along with education for continued success. The front office team of Kristal and Jessica are very organized and handle any scheduling conflicts with ease and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident recently and had some whiplash. Scheduling and billing were easy. Leo explained my injury and progress very well. The team contributed to my ability to continue working on my health outside of their office too. Hopefully you never need physical therapy, but if you do, Coast is an excellent choice!

Fantastic experience: Coast Physical Therapy is one of the best PTs I’ve ever gone to. After two surgeries Larry was able to get my daughter’s elbow strong and feeling great. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared.

Fantastic experience: I went to Coastal Physical Therapy for a couple months after I had a leg injury from running track and cross country in high school. I was a little skeptical about going to a physical therapy office at the beginning since first off, I was not convinced they would really be able to help me out in a couple months. Second, I was afraid that I was going to be uncomfortable with a man touching my leg and helping me work it out. I was amazed at how wrong I was! To begin with, the staff was incredible everyone from the person at the front desk, to the person changing out my ice packs, to the doctors. They were friendly, very kind, understanding and really knew what they were doing. I didn’t ever for a second feel uncomfortable with David working on my leg, he made me feel secure and safe. He also taught me so many things I didn’t know like, proper stretching techniques, how to take care of my body better and how to keep it functional optimally! And being there actually worked! I was able to run and compete again within just a couple of months. I would very highly recommend Coastal Physical Therapy if you’re looking for a place of healing, not only will they do wonders for you but they will also do it with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Coast Physical Therapy’s experience and knowledge is unquestionably top-notch. I’ve been through several serious shoulder injuries as well as wrist, elbow, knee, and hip (you name it) injuries throughout my tennis career and have benefitted greatly from Coast Physical Therapy all the way through my time at a top 15 D1 tennis program. Coast Physical Therapy has helped me recover from these injuries in addition to becoming stronger and more aware of how to prevent these injuries in the future. The entire staff is very helpful in addition to being flexible with my busy training schedule, which is a bonus. Thanks for everything Coast! Hopefully I won’t have to return until I’m in my 60s!

Fantastic experience: I've been to my share of physical therapy due to various sport injuries and Coast Physical Therapy is by far the best I've ever experienced. What really sets them apart (above and beyond a nice clean facility), is the staff. They are beyond knowledgeable, helpful, personal, and friendly. David is my physical therapist and I'm always amazed at the personal attention he provides me. He doesn't just go into a session assuming I'm experiencing the exact same thing as last time, but instead asks questions, watches how I move, and then gets to work on making me feel better while also giving me some tips to take with me outside of the office. I know without a doubt that the other therapists Leo and Larry are just as awesome. The support staff is amazing as well. Kristal and Jessica have always seamlessly ensured my insurance/referrals are processed, my scheduling is good to go, and will go above and beyond by helping keep an eye out for my toddler when she isn't in the mood to sit there and be entertained by a tablet. This is the best place in the city hands down!

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Mr. Larry Brown at Coast Physical Therapy for some months now after my knee replacement. I have an unusual problem with inflammation and scar tissue and I believe I am slowly improving because of Mr. Browns dedication and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I have been here for a wrist issue, and they were very friendly. They gave me helpful information so I could strengthen my wrist and to prevent further injury.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to see Larry and crew several times for care. I had a re-torn ACL that was discovered while I was pregnant and he helped me strengthen my muscles surrounding the knee so that I could deal with it during pregnancy. Then after my surgery I went back to Coast for my post op care. I love this place and recommend everyone there for physical therapy.
