Negative experience: Appearance is not the only thing to consider. I did not get honest information about respite care that I desperately needed. There appears to be a double standard for types of service provided. I will give more information after I complete my thorough investigation.

Negative experience: My great grandmother fell after being placed here for hip replacement. She has a knot on her head and a scratch on her along with other complications and I’d love to see a valid explanation for why she was left in a position to injure herself so gravely if I could leave negative stars I would ! Do better!

Negative experience: DO NOT be fooled by the pretty exterior. The Nurses and CNAs are useless with the exception of Anthony. God forbid you leave anything of value. Someone stole a pair of my expensive prescription “progressive” eye glasses, never leave anything in the fridge, expect to find the CNA (african) woman on the second floor asleep most times. My loved one health is declining because of this place. I pray God makes a way to get him out of here alive and to a different facility before it is too late Fix it Jesus ✝️

Positive experience: My mom is happy with the care she’s receiving at Aviva. The facility is nice and comfortable which makes it pleasant for our family members and friends to visit my mom. I am particularly impressed with the fun energy and determination of Elsie and Qiqi on helping my mom get out of bed and walk, while also helping the nurses out keep her clean. They work well together and it makes my visit more enjoyable. Kudos to these 2 ladies. Good therapists and good care make all the difference.

Positive experience: I’ve been living here for a little over a month now after transferring from another facility, and I’m absolutely loving it. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Dulce, the receptionist—she’s gone above and beyond to assist me with any issues I’ve had with my cellphone and computer, and even took the time to teach me how to use Amazon! Overall, everyone on the staff has been wonderful, and I’m truly enjoying my stay at Aviva at Fitzsimons.

Negative experience: The facility is nice and the nurses and physical therapists do what they can. The problem is the administrators. They prioritize the bottom line more than the care of patients. They are severely understaffed. 1:16 nurse to patient ratio is insane. The nurses are doing the best they can, but they’re doing the job that should be staffed by three people. Edit: You need to be buzzed in after 5:00, but they only have a receptionist until five. So we’re here waiting to be let in. The lack of sufficient staff is seen in all avenues. Get it together, hire people.

Fantastic experience: Hi, this review is about Miss QiQi Liu physical therapist at Aviva at Fitz Simmons. She is the best PT that I have ever worked with. That’s why I came back second time for my second hip replacement rehab because of QiQi She is patient. She is kind she’s professional and she Works for you very hard and that’s what a person needs and she also works hard. She always goes up and beyond the call of duty. Negative experience: Maybe if this place spent less time responding to the complaints and actually caring for their patients, it would be worth the extremely high cost. My wife has been there for 2 hours today and hasn't seen any of the nursing staff. Don't let the 4-star rating fool you and take your loved one somewhere else.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. We were very happy when he first arrived by ambulance from the hospital because it looks like a 5 star hotel but looks can be deceiving. No one knew where he was supposed to go so they took him upstairs to a room and we started getting him settled only to have them come back and say he was in the wrong room so we packed him back up and went to another room. He was taken here because of seizures and a few other things. There were no bed rails and when I asked about it they told me they need a special order for bed rails. Shocker they never ordered the bed rails. Within the first 24hrs they tried to replace his catheter and ended up injuring him and blowing out his prostate. He laid in bed crying, bleeding all over and pressing the nurse call button for 2 hours before anyone came to check on him. He begged them to send him to the ER because of the amount of pain he was in but they refused until the nurse practitioner finally came in to examine him, once she placed a catheter and the bag immediately filled with straight blood they called the ambulance. Because of insurance he had to go back there while we could work out how to get him transferred. A few days later I was visiting him and about to leave when he started having the worst seizure I have ever seen him have. I pressed the nurse call button several times and no one came after about 15min he had shifted to were he was across the bed legs hanging off one side and head off the other. I had to wedge a chair under his head so I could run quickly to get help. After a few minutes the nurse came in and says "oh I was just bringing him his meds, I don't know if he can take them right now" I told her no he can't she ran back out to get help. There was a wonderful nurse from another wing of the facility that came in and took control and called 911. After another week stay in the hospital for a massive UTI because they did not once do any catheter care at Aviva his insurance tried to send him back there but not only did we refuse to let him go back so did the hospital so we got him into an actual acute rehab and he's doing great.

Negative experience: I was there for a total of seven days and sent to the ER two times. They attempted to do a catheter and did it incorrectly and I sat in my room for 2.5 hours bleeding, pushing the nurses button with no one even acknowledging my button before the Nurse practitioner came in and then attempted another one and caused something else and got nothing but blood in my catheter bag. The second time I had a seizure and about fell out of bed even though we had asked for bed rails and was told it took an order to get them and would be two weeks. The nurse came in while I was actively seizing and asked the friend that was with me if I could take my night medication from what I was told. This was the worst place ever. I do not recommend anyone going here if you don’t want to end up in the ER. I do have to say the activity director was pretty nice and had some good activities but that was the extend of the good with this place.

Fantastic experience: Aviva is by far One of the nicest places that I've been to as well as having the best staff. My dad went in there on hospice in December and now he is better than he was before. The employees are outstanding and the PT there is great. I think he wants to stay there and not come home. My dad loves it there and it's great because they keep them pretty busy with several activities a day with people that he can relate to. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my dad.

Fantastic experience: My father is a resident at Aviva. He arrived at Aviva after a rapid decline in his health that ended with a stay in the hospital. When he was transferred to Aviva, we did not know if our father would be able to recuperate or if his health would continue to decline. We had a few transitional days at Aviva trying to get orders from both primary and ER doctors straightened out as well as assessments completed so that the faculty had a clear picture of what was needed for my father. Each patient's situation and needs are unique, and Aviva took time to get to know my father and to clarify all medical needs. When he arrived at Aviva, he was not capable of taking care of his basic needs. He needed assistance with everything. He was not able to get out of bed or to feed himself. With the help of all the staff at Aviva he started getting stronger and today he is very active and very social. He is not only able to get out of bed and take care of all his needs independently, but he also seems to be thriving at Aviva. I can honestly say that Aviva was the best thing that has happened to our family. I have shown up on random days and at random times and have always been greeted with a smile by all staff members I have encountered. All my questions and concerns have been addressed, and I believe that my father is getting the best care possible at Aviva. I love listening to my father talk about all the activities that they do on a daily basis and the staff and residents he interacts with. Aviva has been a valuable resource for his physical health but has also allowed him to thrive mentally and socially in the welcoming community that they provide for their residence. I am very grateful for all they have done for our father.

Fantastic experience: Compared to other places, this is the best by far. I enjoy the Activites here. Mylene, Activity Director, and Carmen, Activity Associate, are very good at what they do. I look forward to joining everyday since I live here, they make a difference. Anthony the Nurse is very through and makes sure I get my meds on time and knows what I need. MY CNAS Melissa and Candice go above their duties to assure us Veterans are comfortable, they care and are very kind and they know their jobs well. Jasmine, social worker, takes care of business, I consider her our life line to report problems and whatever needs to be handled she does. Pri the social worker director, is so kind and always smiling. Bussiness office is always making sure everything is handled for me with my insurance. Dulce and Anna the receptionists, do a great job and assure that my appointments are in the calendar. Coffee shop employees are very cordial and respectful. Nursing, has improved with my concerns, they work very hard to make sure my needs are met. Koko DON and Michelle ADON, are available to patients and staff. All the nurses take care of my needs day shift, evening shift, and night shift . The kitchen employees do a great job, the food is good. Maintenance guys are very handy, they never hesitate when i need them to help me. All housekeeping ladies work very hard to keep our rooms clean and sanitary, as well as my clothes. Transportation drivers get me on time to my appointments, they are safe drivers and friendly. Therapy are always running around and working hard. The Doctors here listen to concerns and they explain to me eveything i need to know. Everyone at Aviva is friendly and respectful and the whole place goes above and beyond. It makes me feel comfortable and safe.

Fantastic experience: I am a 74-year-old Marine Vietnam Veteran, and I have been in Aviva since December 20, 2024. It is currently June 23, 2025, so I have been here for almost 7 months. After speaking to some of the residents who have been in other nursing facilities, I can say this facility is much better than the others I’ve heard about. I’ve talked to a lot of other residents. The staff here has been great. When I arrived, I was incapable of moving my hands and feet, and I could not adjust myself in bed. The only thing working was my mind. Since I’ve been here, the physical therapy and occupational therapy teams have gotten me walking, and I’m getting a lot better than I was when I first got here. The nurse’s assistants have been great; the nurses have been great. The menu is good, and you don’t have to order what’s on the menu, you can make up your own, and they will try to accommodate you. The activities are great; we have activities two to three times a day, and on Wednesday nights they have movies with popcorn. The social services team has been great at resolving problems that come up with residents. Everyone treats you with respect and tries to accommodate all your wishes. I have enjoyed my stay here at Aviva. So, I give Aviva a thumbs up on everything. Like I said, I am walking with a cane now, whereas before I could not move. I recommend Aviva for any elderly people who need help who cannot live at home without assistance.

Fantastic experience: After a loved one broke their hip, we place them at Aviva to rehab. Their staff was fantastic, the facility was spotless, and the support and care shown to our family was wonderful. We loved the OT/PT team. The CNAs were AMAZING, assisting us quickly and with great care. The medical and social work team was instrumental in ensuring our loved one was cared for well. I definitely recommend this place!

Negative experience: If I could give a half of star I would. This one star goes to the receptionist that greeted us in a friendly manner. The NO STARS goes to Nurse MUNA and the HORRIBLE CNA that was in charge of my Uncle. I filed a grievance and no one has yet to reach out to me. The nurses are rude, they give patients pain meds when they can ''so called find them.'' They dont make sure the patient is comfortable at all times and they place food orders way before delivery time so your love one could starve to death waiting on them. (WE HAD TO BRING FOOD) The building is nice but the people COULD CARE LESS about an ill individual. Thats very sad, they are suppose to be in a caring field of work. THINK twice about giving them the supervision over your loved one. MY Aunt had to take my Uncle to the ER in her own car because these people wouldn't. (Didnt even offer an ambulance)

Negative experience: I would not recommend this facility. I was transported from Swedish Medical Center Hospital to Aviva at Fitzsimons Nursing Care Center. I chose this facility due to the recent 5-star reviews and that the facility was clean, which is extremely important to me. Apparently being clean isn’t enough. I arrived between 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. on Friday, May 9th. There was no one in authority there to check me in, other than a person who “appeared” to be one of the patients manning the front desk. She said everyone leaves at 6:00 p.m. It took about half an hour to get any staff member to receive me. I was finally taken to my room a half hour later. Once in my room, no one came to check on me. No one came to ask me if I needed to eat and no one came to check in on me for about 4 hours later when I’m assuming a nurse came to give me medicine which wasn’t mine. I brought that to her attention. So she took the medicine away and finally brought mine maybe an hour or two later. The next morning my husband visiting me called to order me breakfast since I hadn’t had anything to eat the whole night before. The cafe said that I could only have minced chopped up, cut up, mashed or blended food. I complained to the head nurse and eventually it was determined it was an error created by the attending physician at Swedish who sent orders that I could only have soft intravenous type foods by mistake. My personal doctor released me with the ability to eat whatever I want. This took the facility more than 3 days to get this corrected, even though my doctor had sent an order for them to remove the minced order and replace it with anything I wanted to eat. In the meantime they were waiting for a speech therapist to approve my eating regular food. I thought that’s insane that a speech therapist had to watch me swallow. Even though my doctor had submitted an order to remove the error made by the attending physician at the hospital, who ordered me on soft intravenous liquid foods. Aviva wouldn’t believe me that it was a vicious mistake and refused to feed me, forcing me to call my husband, family and friends to bring me food so I could eat. The whole time I was in the facility, the only interaction I had with the nurses was to give me my medicine twice a day and they gave me other people’s meds on two separate occasions. It’s a good thing I know what my medicines are. There were a few people who came to help me with physical therapy three times. But while I was in the facility, basically I had no help getting into or out of my bed, no one offered to help bathe me or assist me with anything. I literally took care of myself while I was in that facility. The bed was extremely loud, noisy and completely uncomfortable. So by Wednesday of the following week I was done with them and ready to leave. I left because it was pointless to be there. Though it was a clean facility, because house keeping came in to clean daily, the major reasons I would not recommend this care facility are as follows... 1. Starving me with the ridiculously long time it took to straighten out an error made in what food I could have, then refusing to accept my doctor’s order sent to correct the mistake Swedish Hospital made, so they’d feed me the correct food. 2. Giving me the wrong medication. 3. Them not doing anything to help with my care which was the whole reason I chose to go to a sub acute care center, due to me being unstable and having the need to walk with a wheelchair or walker for assistance. 4. If my husband hadn’t helped me, I would have never received assistance with a shower during my stay in this facility. 5. They must purchase the cheapest hospital beds in bulk. They are loud and extremely uncomfortable. Again, I would not recommend this facility and the only positive thing I can say is that it was clean. But that could be that the cleaning lady told me that the regular house keeper was out on vacation and she was standing in for her. However, the temporary cleaning lady’s work was fire!
Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Aviva, I was very happy with the service that I received. Staff was very nice and friendly, food options/service could be better but it wasn’t that bad either. Therapy was great, Ron helped me with stairs, Kristi was great with Occupational therapy, I loved working no the bike in the gym and Something that I really enjoyed during my stay was The Rosary activity that was provided, it stood out to me because I am religious and didn’t think a facility would have this. I also enjoyed the activity where they did massages and face masks Mymy the activity director encourage me a lot during my stay. Thank you Aviva I appreciate that everyone was there for me, I’d recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very kind and caring. My husband got attention all day long from the nurses and even a doctor. I got to watch him do physical therapy and saw how kindly he was treated. Place is clean, the cafeteria is awesome, the food was great. I saw people in varying stages of recovery which gave me hope that my husband can recover as well with the help of the very kind people at Aviva at Fitzsimmons.

Positive experience: I was there for 2 weeks. The care could have been better. The average wait after hitting the call light was 30 min. I did have concerns that were positively addressed. I would recommend this place to other people. Just be patient with the waits. They use excuses but who doesn’t today? The kitchen messed up my orders 25% of the time. But food was good.

Fantastic experience: I love the diversity of different ethnicities and the culture at Aviva. You can tell that Aviva staff has pride in their care and building. The people that work here go above and beyond. I was treated extremely well during my stay. I was very independent prior to my stay here and have never been cared for by another person; not once when I received care did the care staff make me feel embarrassed or judged. My CNAs; Cathy was so attentive, always smiling and helpful and Claudia amazes me how much she takes on and runs around. OT and PTs helped me immensely, they were very encouraging and never gave up on me, I contribute all my success to them. The people here are polite, helpful and I can't think of one department that wasn't. The food was good, I ate better than I would have at home. The CNAs are all very helpful. The coffee shop staff are young and very kind. It’s nice to be around young people. I sat in the dining room, management and staff were having a meeting and I overheard management speaking and appreciated that management didn't talk down to their staff, I noticed everyone is treated equally. This is a beautiful and clean building and doesn't make you feel like you're in a hospital.

Fantastic experience: My name is Gary Verrazono, and I am writing to share my heartfelt interest in staying at Aviva at Fitzsimons Rehabilitation Center. I arrived at the facility on October 4, 2024, seeking assistance with my left arm as I recover from shoulder surgery. From the very moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed by the staff, who enveloped me in genuine warmth and compassion. Their attentive demeanor and readiness to help made me feel at ease during this challenging time, setting a positive tone for my rehabilitation journey ahead. On my first my day, I had the opportunity to meet my care team. While I cannot recall the nurse's name, I was fortunate to be assisted by a wonderful CNA named Claudia, who went above and beyond to address my needs. I also had the pleasure of meeting other amazing CNAs on the care team who worked the evening shift. Cathy, Carmen, and Ericka were all very professional and made my experience enjoyable. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding support. Additionally, I encountered Mylene, the activities director, who quickly engaged me by inviting me to participate in various activities. Her ability to connect with every individual in the room truly stood out to me. After a few days in the, I met the rehabilitation team: Trish, Christin, Elsie, and QiQi. Together, we developed a plan to help strengthen my left arm. I am now ready to go home, but the team advised me to avoid lifting and any strenuous activities for a few more weeks to prevent reinjuring my shoulder, which could lead to needing another surgery and returning for additional therapy. Even though they might not mind working with me again, I certainly hope to avoid that! I would like to express my gratitude to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, especially Juana and Maria, for keeping my room clean and assisting with my laundry. They are truly wonderful individuals. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the kitchen staff, who consistently show dedication and resilience, especially during staffing shortages. Despite these challenges, they maintain high culinary standards by sourcing fresh ingredients and skillfully preparing delicious meals. In conclusion, I want to express my sincere gratitude to all members of the management team. Your dedication and hard work to meet the needs and expectations of each of us have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for consistently striving to create a positive environment for everyone.

Negative experience: Avia at fitzsimons is not a place to place your loved one for short/long term of rehabilitation. This place is more like a nursing home. My dad was there in October. Got in on a Thursday afternoon. When I went to go see him that day he was admitted there. The room was safety hazzard room. The cabinet door handle was so loose the screw can fall off. The toilet set wasn't tightened it was very loose not fully on toilet. Also they left my dad with no equipment to get to the bathroom like (walker or wheelchair). I told CNA/ LPN at the time their response was he can just use his urinal. Seriously, that is very unprofessional & patient abuse. On top of that he had to wait a long time to get his medication. They were not on time. 5 hour or longer gape window. LPN girl name Ashley shouldn't be there, she was very rude towards my dad when he ask her questions. Her response was don't ask questions in a very aggressive tone. My family & I checked on him Sunday. He was left with no water since the CNA dropped the water cup (broke it) and never replaced it. So I had to look /ask everyone who worked their to get me one. Food there was always served to him very cold or missing something he order, and sometimes no silverware on tray. For his breakfast a CNA gave him the wrong breakfast was different patient breakfast. So they went to go switch it from the other patient not knowing if that other person touched his food or not. LPN was asking me which medicine to give my dad. Seriously!! Then he was walking with my dad medication almost went into someone else room with the medication. This made me wonder, too. If they're giving their patient the right medication. Patient abuse here!!! I have been a CNA for over 12 years and would never have my loved one step doors to this facility again. It's HELL! It's so sad I used to work her back in 2019. There is a reason I quite. Because I don't agree how you treat your patients. Please, anyone reading this stay away.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been with this facility almost three weeks, her injury was in March and this is now the fourth place we’ve been to. My daughter has a very serious injury which requires full care and we’ve had some issues along the way from the other facilities, but so far everyone seems to be absolutely wonderful in caring for her as I would, that’s all a mom wants and these guys are really showing me they truly care about her. I am so grateful! Between years of experience and fresh young minds, my girl is getting what she needs as she fights for her recovery.

Negative experience: My mother left this place with a bone infection that turned into sepsis. She deserved better. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. My mother had a hip replacement in October and left this place 20days later with a bone infection that turned septic. She was left in a soiled bed.. with incision drainage and urine soaked sheets. Then Someone wiped feces over her incision which caused this infection. She will never be able to walk without help and will be battling this for the rest of her life. (If it doesn’t kill her). She’s had 11 surgeries and has spent 4 months in and out of hospitals and now has permanent bone damage. Here we are 6 months later and she currently can’t walk and the pain is unbearable. Sure this place looks nice but they have no idea what they’re doing.

Negative experience: This place is awful. The nurses and doctors did not greet my grandfather for multiple hours and ignored emergency paging. I am beyond angry and hurt that they treat patients in such a way. They left him on an unmade bed and without food. Update: somehow care has managed to get worse. My grandfather is being ignored and orders for meds and other orders have been ignored. Notes from the nurses are incorrect. Please don't take anyone here.

Negative experience: Don't believe everything you see on Google. Aviva at Fitzsimons may have a 4 star rating here, however, the official Medicare website lists Aviva as a below average facility, with a 2 star rating and for good reason. But don't take my word for it. Visit the website and view the state inspection reports for yourself. And while there, I urge you to read the reviews from patients who have actually been a resident. Although they have a handful of positive reviews, there are more negative reviews, and the fact that almost every negative review states pretty much the same issue happening over and over again, lets me know that Aviva is uninterested in correcting the problem. And I stand by this statement, based off my recent experience with this deplorable organization. There are more facilities with higher ratings and staffed with people who actually care that can be found on the Medicare website, more deserving to care for your loved one because, unfortunately, Aviva at Fitzsimons is not that place. Kudos on the beautiful facility, though. It almost distracts you enough to not focus on all the bad.

Fantastic experience: Attractive facility with comfortable rooms. Exceptionally friendly staff but sometimes a little unresponsive because they seem to be spread out and staffing can be a little thin, especially at night. Pt and ot trainers are patient, have a lot of energy and have a lot of encouragement. They are exceptional The food is good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Delivery could be a little more responsive. Overall, a caring and comfortable facility with wonderful, professional and caring nurses, cna’s, trainers and support staff

Negative experience: The the people are rude to take some forever when you call the nurse the food is not good and when your family goes to buy some food to eat with your relative it's very expensive and it's burnt don't believe everything you read they are not a five-star facility they barely even made a one they don't have no activities none they don't have movie night nothing the brochure lie my mother was there for over a month nothing the only good thing about them is the physical therapy the people in there are absolutely wonderful it's the rest of the facility it's a nice place but looks can be deceiving and there's a whole list of people that should not even be working there the front desk people are very very rude and not helpful

Negative experience: We have had a terrible experience so far to the point I want to take my Grandmother out of here already. These People come here to get the help they need so they can get home and be able to function on their own. We have gone from the hospital to here for her to keep up with her pain management , do PT/OT 5 times a week wellllll it’s been 3 days and nothing has happened. We were told twice just today she would get PT and OT guess what no one showed up to do it and said oh we will tomorrow, not okay. 3 days she has been on here with no PT or OT and than don’t get me started on the nursing staff all they do is complain and that’s if there is someone caring enough to go check on her. You are there to help and do a job please freaking do it. I’m so aggravated already with this place and we go in person to see what is going on and get the run around and no one is ever available to talk to you. Terrible terrible

Negative experience: My elderly 73 yo sibling with COPD less than 1 month stay for respiratory therapy: - Lost 8 lbs. - Arrived able to walk over 100 feet at a time and do self care. - Arrived very cognitive aware. Less than 1 week prior to leaving able to walk only 20 feet - Required 80% help with self care. - Dining room tables are set. However, all eating is in room only. - Staff tells family members different health status on the same day. - Physician 'never' returned Family OR MPOA qphone calls. - Therapist told patient they were to slow... told nursing patient couldn't do therapy due to respiratory, (over and over) - Some nurses and aides went above and beyond, during thier shift. Discharge method was being sent to ER by ambulance: - In a diaper - Very confused, didn't know the day or common things. - Unable to stand. - O2 distress. - Required 2 trips to retrieve what personal items that were saved. - Escalated calls to find out required personal home medical equipment was disposed of. Less than 1week after leaving: - Walking 40 + feet and still improving. - Finishing 3 healthy meals a day - 100% able to get to and use toliet - Reading, playing word search, and scrabble... - Making calls regarding the back up in mail correspondence. - Huge increase in self care. ... Yes, Aviva Fitzsimmons Physicians, Social Workers, Therapies and Nursing are aware of the situation they created and allowed.

Negative experience: My mother has been in this facility for over 3 weeks now. Food is served cold. Which to remedy, family has been bringing her food or doordashing to her, but even still, no one at the desk to bring it to her. So we have to call repeatedly until a nurse will answer to deliver it to her. >>> MOST IMPORTANTLY<<< Their call button/answer ratio is up to 45 minutes. My senior mother had a bathroom accident because of the negligence of this facility. 9 days after her surgery, he incision got infected. Staff did nothing. It took family reaching out to the surgeon to have it looked at. The result was a trip to the ER once he saw it! We are hoping she gets to leave soon. We will NEVER send out mother her again.

Negative experience: my father was there for rehab and it was a nightmare. I never got updates on his progress, could never reach anyone on the phone. food was terrible and he could never get help to go to the bathroom. they said there would be a nice thanksgiving dinner but all he got was some very dry meat and a small piece of pie. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Negative experience: Gothic/emo receptionist needs to find another career choice, she has absolutely no people skills and kind of need those to be an effective receptionist. Bad attitude, rude and lazy as can be. Upper management not too far behind. Disrespectful, demeaning and condescending manner at an all time high. Glen is nice and competent. Everything falls through the cracks. It can be absolutely dangerous to leave a loved one here. Have some great therapist that department is moving in the right direction.
