Fantastic experience: I’ve had vertigo for years but it would go away after a few days or so, however, I had been experiencing minor vertigo bouts daily for ten months, having tried everything but nothing worked, I adjusted how I rolled over, stood up, looked up, etc. finally, I was referred to Equilibrium PR. It took quite awhile to get an appointment but but was worth the wait. Did not know what to expect when I went to Equilibrium PT and after one treatment I walked out without any vertigo symptoms nor have I had any since.

Fantastic experience: Had been experiencing vertigo for the past year and with Brandon and Amy's PT maneuvers the vertigo is under control. They are also working with me to increase balance. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Equilibrium for several months. I have been very happy with the treatment I have received. They are very focused on exercise and teaching the patient techniques to relieve pain and exercises to do at home to help you help yourself. They work together as a team. they do have 1-2 students of Physical Therapy working and observing. The therapy is done in a large open room so if a student is working with a patient they are also being observed by one of the Doctors. My husband attends their Rock Steady exercise/boxing therapy for Parkinson’s. This is his 3rd year in the program and the results have been fantastic. They really care about their patients and encourage their wellbeing. Parkinson’s is a disease that you can’t cure but with their help he has improved and slowed the progression.

Fantastic experience: EQUILIBRIUM Physical Therapy Written by Linda K. B. July 11, 2024 Equilibrium has been my physical therapy center for over a year and a half. I started late in 2022 and continue to go weekly. My main goal is to learn how to prevent falling. I have numerous health issues: A fib, Colitis, scoliosis., arthritis (have an artificial left hip, partial left knee, and total left knee replacement), and difficulty with balance. The physical therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and always use positive reinforcement and encouragement. I have gained numerous techniques to use in my daily life to stay safe. The entire staff are friendly, helpful. and courteous to make a visit worthwhile. I wish to thank all of the individuals at Equilibrium that have given me strength to keep on being mobile and independent.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Equilibrium Physical Therapy with Dr. Amy. She is not only professional but very knowledgeable . Time was spent with a detailed evaluation of my problems to developing an individual treatment plan & patiently showing me how to do every exercise correctly & why it would be helpful to my issues of balance & vertigo was completed. My progress was also self evaluated & measured by a therapist . I have not had a severe vertigo episode for weeks or felt the need to use a cane . Continue your exercises & you will improve ! Fantastic experience: I am just starting my second session of physical therapy for both Vertigo and balance. Thus far, I am very pleased with the individualized care I have been receiving from Dr Janelle Liu, along with those who assist her. They all are caring and and want to see the patient achieve their individual goal. I also need to recognize the office staff as, welcoming & helpful. First appearances do make a difference!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Equilibrium PT for several years now. I have a shoulder that needs to be replaced ( diagnosed 7 years ago). The combination of Hyaluronic Acid injections and twice a year visits to Equilibrium has allowed me to put off surgery indefinitely! The method that they use is different from all other facilities I have used in the past. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I was assigned a student PT. I thought they were just taking measurements and a PT would come, but it was just the student with no supervision. There was no document saying I would be seen by a student and the only way I knew was the word student on his name tag. Response: my only interaction was with a student. All other people on the floor were with patients, so there was no supervision. That is not slander and I will pursue that further if this comment is deleted.

Fantastic experience: The team at Equilibrium are caring and qualified professionals. All the people I worked with were encouraging while offering challenges to meet my individual goals. After finishing my physical therapy I joined the classes to continue my journey toward getting stronger and feeling better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amy Griffin at Equilibrium Physical Therapy is an absolute godsend! She has been my therapist since July and has helped me immensely. I was referred to Equilibrium Physical Therapy by my primary doctor for vertigo. Dr. Griffin not only treated my vertigo but also discovered some vestibular issues that had been complicating my daily life. She took time to do a thorough evaluation so that a proper treatment plan could be made that was tailored to my specific needs. I appreciate so much that Dr. Griffin does not copy and paste her treatment plans for her patients. I have arrived very dizzy and unbalanced at a couple appointments with her, and she immediately adjusted her plan for the appointment and focused on trying to eliminate my symptoms. She truly cares about her patients and the vast resources that Equilibrium Physical Therapy has to offer are life changing. I cannot recommend Dr. Amy Griffin enough for she really is the best!!!!

Fantastic experience: The concept of Equilibrium P.T. was very strange. Brandon, the physical therapist, explained how your equilibrium works and then did therapy and gave me exercises. If I tell him that I'm having more symptoms, he adjusts therapy/exercises according. He has been reassuring that it can be resolved and that nothing I have done has caused it.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great at what they do. They're informative, helpful, understanding of a patient's current ability, and supportive at all times, plus they have a great sense of humor. Of all the PT that I've been involved with, these people are the best!

Fantastic experience: I was in back pain every second of every day for 15 years since fracturing my back in high school. The injury and this pain changed many vital aspects of my life. In addition, it led me to major in Kinesiology for a time and go through various Physical Therapy centers for healing and pain management...NONE of it helped until now. I was originally referred here for Vertigo and Brandon, my Physical Therapist, was very helpful with giving me exercises to manage that, but seeing just how thorough and caring Brandon was, led me to believe he might be the answer to ridding this pain, so I gave it another shot. I was referred to another therapy clinic for my back but I told the referral department I wanted to stick with these guys, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. Within 30 minutes of my first session, after 15 painful, angry, cynical years, the pain was gone. I was in tears. He knew my back was healed by now, so the pain I felt there was 'psychological'. My neural signals had some mixed wiring and it was originating from another area of my body. Impressively quick, Brandon figured out exactly where it was coming from and we tackled that area with stretches and strengthening - no more pain, and it's been months. I could not be more happy with Brandon and the Equilibrium team! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fantastic experience: Was experiencing vertigo after a long surgery. The therapist did the maneuver and it has gone away. Had another long surgery and so far so good. Definitely would go back if the issue arises again.

Fantastic experience: I have had little luck with PT in the past and I have been to therapy several times. This time I went for a few things. My doctor was going to send me to a surgeon. When all you have is a hammer, everything is a nail. I didn't want a hammer when there are lesser invasive ways to address issues. So far, PT seems to have helped, but I had to ask for the PT or I would be looking at surgery.

Fantastic experience: I felt everyone in there was super friendly. I was taken care of right on the time of my appointment. I was told a lot of stuff that it could be and he moved my head around and the next day I feel so much better. Place is also really clean and taken care of.

Fantastic experience: CAN’T RECOMMENDED ENOUGH!! I was suffering with vertigo for almost a week. I went to Urgent Care, ER and was even admitted to the hospital but nothing cured it. I came across Equilibrium Physical Therapy on google and it was also recommended by a PT at the hospital. They took me in the same day I called. Amy spent two hours with me running through all test needed. Then she did a treatment on me to help my vertigo. I was immediately feel 90% better and by the next couple of days I was functioning at a 100%. She and everyone at Equilibrium took a great care of me. They are on my speed dial when vertigo strikes again (hopefully not)!!

Fantastic experience: Equilibrium PT turned out to be a fantastic place to help with my inner ear problem. Their equipment is geared specifically for those of us who have balance problems including dizziness, imbalance, etc. I was willing to drive the distance from where I live which was a 35 minute drive on the freeway and do the exercises using the equipment that I had never seen before. The people are very friendly, patient and helpful including Brandon who worked with me, Amy the owner, and Dahlia the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, fun, and caring! I was treated by Dr.Selvey(Brandon) for a rolled ankle and he patiently aided me back to health. He was knowledgeable about the subject, sensitive to my pain level, and was thorough through the entire process. The entire Equilibrium crew made the environment fun and approachable. 10/10 recommended!

My physician recommended that I take my physical therapy to equilibrium physical therapy. Through their fine efforts and wonderful care, I just completed my regiment of treatments. Monday I go back to work full-time with great anticipation and a joyful heart. I cannot overstate the professional staff that is offered at equilibrium. Fantastic experience: I had vertigo for 4 months. I was frustrated from going to doctors, eye doctor, physical therapy, & ENT. My ENT said you need to go to ‘Equilibrium’. They will get you in balance again. My Chiropractor knew about them too & said they are who he refers his patients who have vertigo , or concussions from accidents to. I am sooo amazed how they specialize in this. Don’t fool around... go here first!

You can tell right away from meeting with her that she truly cares about the healing process for each of her clients. Fantastic experience: A friend of mine referred me to this office. She went to this office for vertigo after months of trying medications and multiple doctors and this was the only place that finally made her feel better. I had vertigo that was preventing me from working or doing anything really without feeling completely miserable. I was worried I would miss out on work just waiting for an appointment but they fit me in the same day I called. The entire office is welcoming and so understanding! Brandon was my physical therapist there and was amazing! You can tell he is passionate about what he does and cares about his patients. I hope I don’t have to come back anytime soon, but I know if I have to I will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Struggled with persistent vertigo for several months. Working out and other daily activities was difficult due to constant dizziness. Doctor prescribed me medication but after multiple weeks still no sign of getting better. My doctor then referred me here and after one session it was a night and day difference. My dizziness symptoms quickly subsided and I am back to finally working out without constantly feeling dizzy. I only wish I found this place sooner. Highly recommend.
