Negative experience: I had written a review stating how misleading the service was and how I had to call them repeatedly for my results, but then took down since management called me, fair response. But here I sit now trying to figure out how to login to the lab bill that I have yet to receive a month in half later from the lab they used. Why am I having to do all of this? I filled out the form when in the office as requested with all my info and it demanded a credit card too. Additionally an appointment with my MD discussing the very same topic cost less then the consultation fee from Ageless! Unorganized and unprofessional staff, they said insurance would cover and it didn't, I should have been made aware of any possible charges if it didn't beforehand. In the past there was never a consultation fee or a lab fee. Caveat emptor! 'Beware'

Negative experience: I paid for services rendered on the date of my visit. Over 6 months later they charged my account additional charges without notice. These charges are not correct and the paper work they have sent me doesn't reflect the payment I made at time of visit. Business must be suffering. Beware! They are looking to bring in any money they can.

Marylu, Sarah, and Alyssia are the kindest and caring crew you can work with. I have personally witnessed these ladies going above and beyond to help a client. Fantastic experience: 5/22/2022 UPDATE: TLDR; New Staff, same great service + IMPORTANT review of my experience with their LIPO SHOTS (SPOILER- shockingly GOOD). For reference, I decided to give them a try as my doctor had been complaining that my cholesterol was too high and just diet and training alone wasn't making a dent. As one of the listed benefits is a potential decrease in cholesterol I thought I would give it a shot. For full transparency I purchased a 3 pack (Mon,Wed,Fri) for three months straight ($44 a week) and I got a full panel of bloodwork directly prior and right after the three months through my doctor. In addition I did improve my diet (moderately), worked out 3 times a week (30-60 minutes combo of lifting and cardio) and implemented a some intermittent fasting, so nothing "extreme". My cholesterol improvements were amazing, I saw an increase of 15 points of my HDL (good cholesterol) and an over 100 point drop to my LDL (bad cholesterol). While I cant guarantee you will see the same results, I can honestly say that I am personally extremely happy with the results. I also saw other benefits (check out their FAQ), but this was the most shocking. Even though paying $44 a week was a bit steep for me, I found it worth every penny. As far as the new staff goes, even though their clientele has grown a lot since my initial review, I think they do a great job of keeping up with the demand and are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. After almost 10 years working with Ageless MH across the Santa Barbara and Oxnard locations, I highly recommend them for your HRT and LIPO SHOT needs. Original REVIEW: I’ve had an amazing experience at the Oxnard Ageless Men’s health location. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His staff is courteous and always helpful. The treatment is life altering. If you are in your mid thirties or older and have not looked into HRT yet then you are doing yourself a dis-service. Could not recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: WOW, WOW, WOW, What kind of place is this, not many places still around that offer service like this, i have been going in for years and its people like Marylou, who make the experience beyond amazing, she and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and so professional, you truly don't experience this type of service anymore, i would highly recommend stopping by and meeting their friend staff as they totally help you to find your optimal state of being as a man, as a small local business owner myself, it is a true pleasure to do business with ageless, and its all due to people like Marylou, Sara and the entire staff, ISN'T THERE ANYTHING HIGHER THEN A 5 STAR REVIEW, because they deserve it...
