Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for almost 5 years for various injuries and surgeries, and I don’t have one complaint, they are all so very kind and supportive, and I totally recommend them to anyone in need of a good therapist!!

Positive experience: The front office desk associates NEVER answer the phones. When you walk in they don't even want to make eye contact. It's like they cannot be bothered. Horrible customer service. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the rest of the staff do a great job.

Fantastic experience: Great people with lots of knowledge. They really care for the people they treat. I'll recommend it with out a doubt.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with Thomas Castro to strengthen my shoulder after an AC separation with great results. He's built a home exercises program for me that takes into account my personal needs and goals. We just jumped to the next phase and I'm feeling progress just about every day. I really appreciate that he takes the time to thoroughly talk through everything, answer my questions, and listen to my feedback. It can be tough having an injury but the progress we've made really helps maintain a positive outlook.

Positive experience: Mary and Randy are really great PT’s. Mary is very professional and friendly and puts together a curated routine for your goals and meets you where you are. My only complaint is the way they hand you off after 20 minutes to some college aid who typically doesn’t know up from down.

Negative experience: PT Assistants were charismatic, listened, & worked out around my pain, but the PT wasn’t helpful & made me get hurt my injury more & wasn’t listening. PT needs more training around chronic pain.

Fantastic experience: Two Trees has been incredible in helping to heal my sons ankle issues. The front desk staff and friendly, efficient and always helpful. Rosanna has been such a great fit.

Fantastic experience: The front desk staff are efficient and friendly, tool. I was always welcomed warmly every time I came in. You can tell they're happy working together and it makes for a very pleasant atmosphere while waiting. I felt very confident in my therapist, Shanna's work with me. She examined me and referred me to a surgeon before initiating treatment. As we began working together, she prepared materials to help me perform my many at-home exercises accurately. Thanks to her care and guidance, I improved dramatically by the end of our series of sessions and I'm continuing to improve. I'll ask to be referred there next time I need therapy.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived in May, I could barely walk and stairs were almost impossible. I went to bed and woke up in pain. All due to an IT band issue I’d never heard of before. After completing physical therapy with Kelly, I’m back walking at Kimball Park and am back to a normal life. No more waking up and popping Advil before getting out of bed! Thank you, Kelly!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Two Trees. In particular, Randi Dahms is excellent! I worked with her doing pre-surgery and post-surgery physical therapy for a torn labrum in my hip. She listens to your goals and designs a good program to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Thanks to working with her, I was able to return to all my prior activities (including martial arts) ahead of the surgeon's estimate. Besides being a skilled physical therapist, she makes the process fun as she has a very relatable personality and is she is good at using humor to help you through the tough moments.

Fantastic experience: Having medical appointments can be draining it self and specially trying to arrange it within one’s schedule because of work or other commitments. However, the staff at Two Trees were very organized, helpful and very well supportive in ensuring that I attended physical therapy twice a week as recommended by my therapist. I was fortunate to have met Two Trees teammates. I am grateful for having amazing providers such as Randi Dahms and Thomas!! They were both helpful, supportive, caring and ensuring to develop a plan of care to address the physical issues that I was having with my neck and lower back pain. Thank you both for being amazing and very helpful!! But I can’t forget to shoutout Rosie!!! Thank you Rosie for motivating me during my exercises and ensuring I did my exercises correctly. My last day of physical therapy was heartbreaking because I really enjoyed working with the team there, but I’m happy that now I feel much better. If I could rate infinity stars I would!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Charlie is a knowledgeable Physical Therapist & is helping me with a back/gluteal injury. The progress is slow with injuries to muscle but I am working thru it. I like Two Trees for their staff is friendly, funny & compassionate!

Fantastic experience: So glad I went to Two Trees for my PT. Holly is great and within weeks my knee pain is almost nonexistent. The combination of her treatments and the exercises she chose have done wonders. Her encouragement has also inspired me to develop a full body exercise routine to keep me feeling my best.

Positive experience: The therapists and techs are great! Not so much the front desk and admin protocols. Robocall appointments reminders from a phone with no caller ID and an area code 375 miles away will always go to spam! And requiring an appointment confirmation in a one hour window the day before an appointment and then cancelling the appointment is a sign of a business that operates for its own convenience, not the patients'. No other business I know of - my doctor, my barber, my pedicurist, my auto mechanic, etc - give me less that two or three days to confirm. This is not the Two Trees we used to know...

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 5 weeks. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. Im feeling so much better. Next week is my last appointment. They gave me homework which I have been doing. When I go in they give me different exercises than the ones at home. I will continue to do these movements on my own. I’m much stronger and my issue is worked out. It’s maintenance after next week. I’m very happy with the results. Thanks Two Trees PT. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Charlie helped me in Aug after knee surgery again in jan after ACL surgery. Hes really good easy to talk with. I went in on ( mlk) day didn't know I was going to have a sub( brian) he upset me I left. I don't like him and he triggered my ptsd. Any sub but him.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, if I could give 10 stars I would! Got into the worst accident of my life and went from being very mobile, working out and running around with my son to barely being able to bend slightly to the side, reach anything or even sit or stand without pain. The staff here especially RANDI as well as the PTA's were so helpful, all exercises definitely played a big role. I feel great. Randi was an absolute gem, she was so sweet, helpful and easy going- she made a difficult time enjoyable. All PTAs that helped me, Dawson, Grace, I think the names were Carina and Alex? not sure but every PTA that helped me were awesome, so nice and very helpful and encouraging. PT Caren was also awesome ! She helped me when I was unable to see Randi and was great to work with. The complete front desk were always so welcoming and nice when interacting with them and great when it came to rescheduling visits due to auth issues or scheduling issues. During this time of covid, it is important to ensure safety protocol was being followed. It definitely was. The facility had hand sanitizer the moment you walked in the lobby and available in the gym area and treatment rooms. The staff was quick to clean all workout equipment right after you finished using it, all weights, bands, floor mats, the balls and the tables were cleaned right away. Everyone was masked and they ensured that everyone in there followed it. Even when it was busy, they had great team work to make sure everyone was being taken care of in between and during exercises. I definitely do not plan to be in physical therapy again or have any injuries but will definitely miss seeing these friendly faces especially Randi! If you ever need physical therapy, Two Trees in Ventura on Loma Vista is hands down the best!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities and staff! I have take my son to one of the locations for speech therapy and I personally go to a couple different locations for my physical therapy. The therapist and assistants are attentive and understanding! I have done physical therapy many times throughout my life at different places and this is by far the best place I have been to!

Fantastic experience: The staff helping me were Charlie, Joanna and Grace. They were cheerful and very helpful with their support and knowledge. The excersizes they showed me were yoga like and very strengthening, relieving the pain issues in my hip. I know others that have come here that were happy with the service as I am. I will recommend people that need physical therapy to come here. I will continue the excersizes that were taught to me. Not to leave out the receptionists, the are very friendly and cheerful, a pleasure every time I came in.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, well-lighted, professional service . My treatment times there are on-time with minimal waits, have a well- equipped gym, and the PT and PT assistant staff are very knowledgeable and personal. We are working together towards seeing good progress on my physical condition. Parking can be an issue , but ask the front office staff for help on that, too.
