Fantastic experience: I am a recreational distance runner. I had been experiencing muscle discomfort while running due to poor form. Brandon showed me a variety of stretches and exercises that have significantly improved my mechanics and made me feel better while running. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants personalized attention from a PT.

Fantastic experience: Brandon Selvey is a young and energetic physical therapist with with loads of knowledge about sports injuries. As a Sports PT myself, I went to Brandon to check out the status of my right shoulder, which has been bugging me for six months at the gym. After a thorough evaluation, Brandon quickly transitioned into treatment and, for the first time in quite a while, my shoulder was pain free for about two hours. I would strongly recommend Brandon and Movement Medicine to anyone with musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Top notch!!

Fantastic experience: Brandon helped me heal patellar knee pain and improve strength in my hips and quads before a net-downhill half marathon (my first go at that distance). He was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly—and showed me a series of exercises that directly benefited my running form. Fantastic experience: Brandon really helped me with understanding my knee injury ( collision with a black lab) lol The tendinitis was very painful especially with certain movements- Brandon showed me a number of different things to assist with rebuilding and a few months later my knee is so much better. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Thank you!! I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Brandon for three sessions and he corrected my injury. My favorite things: 1. Brandon showed me the systems that he was assessing virtually and that helped me understand what was happening. 2. Brando video taped the movements that he taught me and sent me the videos so that I could continue the process and recovery. 3. It worked. Also, Brandon is an all around really nice guy. Easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.
