Fantastic experience: I love this center!! It is clean, friendly and easily accessible. I especially loved my physical therapist, Erin. She is amazing!!! She answers questions without making you feel stupid and makes sure you understand the answer. She's gentle when she needs to be and firm when it's necessary

Fantastic experience: I've had PT often for various reasons over the years and wish they'd been like FYZICAL! I've had two different therapists here for different needs and it's been very positive with both! I found FYZICAL for knee revision surgery PT recovery; intense PT. In this practice, unlike pt "mills" a skilled PT stays with you, working you out, tweaking things to meet your needs and capabilities the wholetime. You're not passed off to a tech or to work on your own and periodically checked with. . And the therapists are very professional to work with! And doing the follow-up work at home is clear. While I do it for my own well-being and recovery, I also don't want to let the therapist down. I will never use another PT place ever. FYZICAL has spoiled us (because my spouse successfully used them for an entirely different reason.) This is what Physical Therapy should be! Don't settle for less.

Fantastic experience: Created a well rounded stretching and excersize routine to target the weaker muscles. Strengthing them helped to aliviate my pain and provide support for the muscels to heal properly.

Fantastic experience: I needed the expert help from Emily Kelly to make my radiation therapy more comfortable. I was having difficulty lifting my left arm above my head due to an injury to my arm a year ago. Emily listened carefully and created exercises that were easy to do and quite effective. I was able to stay in the position I had to hold for the radiation treatments without pain. I will highly recommend Emily Kelly to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: About my Physical Therapist Rene' at FIT Physical Therapy. We'll start with thorough but cautious, and very open to discussion. I had back-aches slowly radiating throughout the day to a point I was literally in agony by days' end. Ibuprofen and heat were the standard remedy every evening, but the whole cycle just started over the next day. Fine in the morning and a wretch in the evening. Two weeks after Rene's ministrations, advice, counseling and well designed exercise & stretching program, the back aches are no longer part of my day. Very highly recommended indeed! You may find the exercise and stretching programs slightly daunting and time consuming at first, but if you do the work you will be well rewarded. You just have to keep in mind that the longer you keep at it, the less you have to do later except maintenance. Another thing, she is very good about easing you into the program to "see" how well you do, and what progress you make . . . instead of throwing you hurriedly into a routine that could possibly cause you further injury. My pain has been progressive for quite some time so we thought it might take several weeks (up to 4-5) to see results, but were well pleased to see them within two weeks. Stop your grumbling and just go see her, you won't be sorry. And the frosting on the cake? A very pleasant disposition, especially if you're open to the program. Check it out, you won't be sorry. -Richard

Fantastic experience: Fyzical is a small clinic with big options. Tucked into Trails Recreation Center, it has two small treatment rooms, but the resources of the Rec Center are at its disposal. So far everything we’ve wanted or needed has been available. I’ve only been twice, but I appreciate having a one-on-one expert therapist. It’s friendly and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: All of the therapists at FYZICAL @ Trails Rec Center in Centennial are top notch....Jamie, Renee and Eric all pay particular attention to my needs and condition my therapy to what is best for ensuring my speedy recovery. I am recovering from a recent spinal injury that seemed hopeless. I was initially a patient in recovery at UCHealth Lonetree, but they were not giving me what I needed. They were also charging me three times what FYZICAL @ Trails Rec Center in Centennial has... The team at FYZICAL @ Trails Rec Center in Centennial have helped me to progress much farther and faster than UCHealth ever did. It seems that the team at FYZICAL @ Trails Rec Center in Centennial are much more in tune to my needs. FYZICAL @ Trails Rec Center also has access to all the equipment and facilities available at Trails Rec Center, Weight Machines, Cardio Equipment, Indoor Track, Low Impact Cycles, a Spa and Sauna, Exercise Pool, Lap Pool and even a Lazy River.....all at their disposal for your recovery. You won't see this quality level of facilities at places like UC Health.

I have numerous physical challenges including balance and pelvic alignment resulting from having a drop foot. The exercises and therapy I am receiving are excellent and I see progress every week.

Fantastic experience: A fall from a 28 foot ladder left me with a crushed pelvis, left arm broken in two places, and four broken ribs. After surgeries, I gained three rods in my pelvis, one rod in my arm plus a plate. I was seriously damaged. I was referred to a physical therapy group. My treatment usually consisted of 15-20 minutes with a chief therapist (as many as four different therapists) with follow up from a "student" who would supervise recovery exercises for the remaining hour - a hit and miss approach. I decided to make a change and found Jamie at FYZICAL. The results were like day and night. Jamie's knowledge, expertise and unique therapies brought about significant gains in my functionality. She became intimately involved with the idiosyncrasies of my injuries one-on-one and applied treatments that have brought me to near complete recovery. I am thankful that I found Jamie at FYZICAL and highly recommend her.

I spent years at another physical therapy provider, where the therapist spent 10 distracted minutes with her hands on me before passing me off to an assistant who was helping four other patients at the same time, and I so wish I had known about Rene and Fit Physical Therapy all those years! In addition to spending the entire appointment time working directly with me and only me, Rene uses her broad background in Pilates and massage therapy to compliment her physical therapy knowledge and provide expert care. She is kind, patient, and encouraging and I'm so thankful I found her!

Fantastic experience: I don't believe in miracles but after being treated by Renee at Fit Physical Therapy, I have change my mind! After hurting my hip in a fall (no break just pulled muscles), I spent 5 months in physical therapy at a place recommended by my doctor. The results were disappointing, the pain continued and all I got from the therapist was take meds and lower my expectations as to how much improvement I could expect given my age. A friend recommended Renee and going to her was the BEST decision I have made in a long time. She listened, looked at the routine of exercises recommended by the previous therapist, and quickly decided on a new course of action (and a new set of exercises!!). After only 3 sessions, which included Trigger Point Dry Needling (something never mentioned by my previous therapist) I feel like I have gotten my life back. I would recommend FIt Physical Therapy and Renee to anyone who is struggling with an injury!

Fantastic experience: I've used Fit Physical Therapy several times in the past for a variety of needs so it was an easy decision to pick up the phone to schedule an appt for a current knee issue. All the PTs I've worked with, including Eric M currently, have been great. Eric quickly identified the issues, assured me my knee is structurally sound and provided me with several strengthening exercises which have already decreased my pain. Eric also answered several questions I had about a couple other minor issues, not only did he suggest specific weight training exercises but took the time to watch me perform them to assure I'm performing the exercises appropriately. Huge bonus: FPT has a clinic right inside my rec center! I would recommend Eric or any of the PTs at Fit Physical Therapy!

They tailor the treatment plan to fit your individual needs and make sure to work directly with your Doctor. Their level of care and communication is beyond superb. Jamie was exceptionally helpful with rehabilitating both my knee and my shoulder after surgery and returning my shoulder to being 110%. Another benefit to working with FIT PT is the office staff, who are extremely professional and help to make sure all insurance questions are answered and that scheduling needs are met.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelly is exceptional. Top expertise is muscular and neurological areas. She is very skilled at dry needling (if that does not freak you out). She has help me tremendously get over my injuries. I have seen her for a back and ankle injuries. She spends a full 60 minutes with you on hands-on direct therapy. There is no wasted time like being on a hot pack for 20 minutes. She is also very nice and very approachable with questions. I'm in the field as a Speech-language pathologist. She is one of the best and thorough therapists I have ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Dr. Emily Kelly for three months after I had a surgical repair of torn quad tendons on my right knee. Dr. Kelly is very knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and fun to work with. She used a combination of personalized strength building exercises, electrical muscle stimulation and therapeutic massage to help me achieve excellent results and regain full mobility and strength in my knee and leg. Since recovering, I have lost more than 40 pounds and have begun cardio and weight training to continue improving my overall physical fitness.
