Negative experience: Gabby was insulting to me. I've been crippled over 40 years from work injury. She knows absolutely Zero of my medical history. Acts like she's the "great know it all of people". She said she could not help me, and I need her "classes" at HDMG. I refuse to help her earn money off my insurance company. I now get therapy from Francisco at DYNAMIC REHAB in Lancaster. Oh yeah gabby hubby is office manager, he got mad when I would not sign "arbitration" papers. Signing arbitration papers means you can not hire a lawyer if gabby/hubby/staff hurt you, or their equipment breaks and cuts you. OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE read those arbitration papers

Fantastic experience: Gabby did my intake exam and seriously, I’ve NEVER had such a through preliminary exam both physically and verbally. She’s simply genius!!! She made a plan for my workouts after knee replacement to get my leg muscles built up and strengthened which are considerably weak. The women who work me out are similarly excellent, and always after I leave I feel progress has been made and I’m in very professional knowledgeable hands. Thank you Dr. Antebi for referring me here. Light years better than the two previous therapy places I’ve seen in the past! This is THE ONE and I’ll be coming here if ever I’m in need of recovery help again in the future! This place should teach the others how to do it!!! Not kidding!!!!

Negative experience: Gaby is extremely rude. I tried to explain my health history regarding my osteoarthritis and heart blood pressure etc.. I can't stand for over 5 minutes. Gaby begins to tell me she's been doing this for over 30 years. What does that have to do with I'm trying not to fall out on a treadmill. Reporting to the physical therapy medical board for discrimination as well because Gabby made a discriminatory complaint against me as a disabled senior citizen. Never will go back and never recommend.

Negative experience: I have a scheduled appointment last November 7, however, when I arrived at the in 3167 Rancho Vista ste D, it was closed , no notification was given to me nor informing me about the status of my appointment, and they don’t have any announcement posted on their front door what is going on. Are they closing down the business nor move out to another location. Very unprofessional act.

Fantastic experience: Very professional in a nice atmosphere! I’m a 63 year old man and over the years I’ve been to several physical therapy facilities. This facility is very comfortable and clean with a friendly staff. I was seen right at my appointment time and greeted by Gaby, who introduced herself as my physical therapist. She did a complete evaluation in a private room, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. She laid out a comprehensive recovery plan and gave me instructions for daily exercises. This was the most personal and comprehensive treatment I’ve received for physical therapy. I believe Gaby really cares about her patients and I highly recommend her and Rancho Wellness Center.

Negative experience: Very bad experience as I was greeted by the receptionist.Not professional at all. I cancelled any future appointments .Years past I had a total better experience than the most recent one.I will never go back again.I was caught up in heavy traffic and it caused me to be 5 mins late to fill out paper work,,but I wasn’t late for the appointment itself and she had me waiting before she could even talk with me with another client which probably added to my late time but she would not listen to my reason why I was late.I am a senior ,74 years old and would think they would extend some respect and kindness not being rude as she was.Wished I had taken her name down

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. I can't express enough how ignorant and rude the office staff was to me. I had the WORST experience and will absolutely never return. They have no people skills and a power trip. Goodluck getting business with attitudes like yours.

Positive experience: I still go here and have been for quite sometime now. The Mrs. did for a moment. We all had to get use to each other. Like any business, there are those who come to work just for a paycheck (which someone actually said that to me and I took offense) and others who take "pride & ownership" in caring for the patient. I found the overall majority of staff really do "care" about my well-being. I rarely give ratings for anything but "highly recommend" this center. They really "Do Care"... Fantastic experience: Went here over 5 years ago for physical therapy . The staff is friendly , the place is organized. Questions are answered along with the staff being professional.

Negative experience: I had posted a negative review that I would truly like to take back. I thought that my problem was the therapy I was receiving, while in fact had the actual surgeon to blame for not recognizing what was actually wrong with me. I am very sorry to everyone i mislead. I’m very sorry to the entire staff at Ranchon Wellness for mistakingly writing a negative review. I am now back under there care for my hip that is actually the problem and with a new surgeon. I want to thank Connie and the entire staff for allowing me to be humble and apologize. I’m now on a wonderful road to recovery. Again I am sorry to the entire staff as well as any other people that I inadvertently mislead. Please give these people a chance to be the professionals that they are

Fantastic experience: Rancho Wellness is an exceptional organization. Over the years Nancy and the owner, Gaby have been so helpful to assist my husband and I heal to increase our ability to regain normal activities. All of the people are very kind. The most impressive part is the therapists work directly with each patient and give homework. Needless to say, we love them and appreciate their kindness and help. If asked for a quality rehab by friends or family we only refer others to Rancho Wellness.

Fantastic experience: Super professional staff, very knowledgeable and experienced. Amazing facility. I've been suffering for a back injury for years and Dr. Gaby Cena-Vodanovick was the only PT in this Valley that could help me. Thank you Rancho Vista Wellness Center!!!

Fantastic experience: I got better! Sleep better, more ability to move my shoulder and arm. Loved Michael and Axle!! Front desk very sweet, and accommodating :)

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, wasn't treated so good, very small so called gym real Shakey equipment, ladies were rude, I am a new amputee, this was my worst experience through this whole thing, will never go back WORST place ever, the lady wanted me to hide my new leg, I am proud of it,HORRIBLE

Negative experience: Right now I am in no position to rate them honestly. Showed up for my appointment early to fill out paperwork. No signage on the door stating closed for lunch will open back up at 1:00. Was not told anything at all we I spoke with office personal prior very upsetting.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very kind! The really care about you and are on top of making sure that the area of your pain is being well treated. I am a full time college student and was in a motorvehicle accident so i had lots of bills to pay for and they cooperated well with my payment methods to make sure i got the treatments i needed. Highly recommend coming here! Could ask for a better physical therapy!
