Fantastic experience: In 2010 my daughter suffered a hand injury, Dr Shah was her surgeon and did amazing work. His beside manner is phenomenonal. She is 21 now and has next to no scarring on the effected hand. In 2020 the same daughter had a nerve issue in her leg Dr Taylor saw her and was fantastic with explaining what was going on and the remedy to alleviate the issue. Now me, I suffered a trimalleolar fracture and dislocation of my right ankle this past November. Dr Taylor is my surgeon, and nothing I can say can express how professional and kind he handles things. Their staff is amazing from the front, to the back, to radiology all have been kind and professional. 5 stars isn't enough for them.

Fantastic experience: My experience was very positive. I met with Dr. Taylor. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He took the time to show me some different exercises to alleviate aggravating my problem area which I found very helpful. The wait time was really minimal. I’m talking less than five minutes, which is totally unheard of! I am from Ohio and I was thoroughly surprised and would definitely recommend and go back again.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. We were treated with dignity and respect, and the doctor was very skillful. Also, the treatment appears to be working very well!

Fantastic experience: I was seen very quickly, first by an xray tech who was very nice, a person taking info from me (not sure if she was a nurse) then a PA, and then the Doctor and PA. My only complaint is that they talk too fast and give you too much information all at once. Also, no one came to the room when all was done, and I could have used someone to help walk me out. I do feel better after starting the steroids, and look forward to PT.

Fantastic experience: I was running a bit late for my appointment, and the young lady at the front desk was so very nice and reassuring that I calmed down right away. The rest of the staff was so very professional, as well as efficient, kind and compassionate. When Dr. Shah came in to see me, he was also very caring and gave me a couple of options for treatment. In my opinion, he is one of those doctors that really cares for their patients, which put me at ease and total trust . I believe that Dr. Shah. and his staff definitely deserve 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Taylor. He's been in Lancaster for years and he's done some surgical work on my shoulder before. I have every confidence in him. Only one small negative for me... It's a paperless office. Everything is done on the laptop, I have a lot of information that will not fit on the laptop space. So that's the only concern. I know Dr. Taylor is excellent, and his staff is, too. I trust him completely.

Fantastic experience: The doctors are great and they perform excellent work. Dr. Shah fixed my hand and fingers. I am able to use them without any pain or discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I was so surprised and appreciative of how my appointment went. Generally one sets the appointment. As expected for being there for the first time, I had to submit all my pertinent medical paper work. But this time it was all done on an I-Pad that already had information in it. My expectations was once I submitted my paperwork, I would wait and to be seen by Dr. Shah. Go over my issues then get sent out to get x-rays. Then setup another appointment to evaluate my issues. Instead as I was filling out my information, an x-ray technician asks me to come with him. He takes the X-rays and then takes me to Dr. Shah's office. Within a few minutes of waiting and finishing my paperwork Dr. Shah comes in with x-rays in hand. We go over what issues I have and the options for treatment. I was literally there in and out within an hour and treatment was performed. He was very thorough on what what my issues were, and made my treatment choices very easy to make. The organization and process were extraordinary!!

The nurse in recovery was my favorite so helpful. Dr Shah is the best, came and talked with me before surgery and then after explained in detail what he had done. Thanks for a great experience. Fantastic experience: I needed a cortisone shot in my thumb, and Dr Shah took care of me with expertise. He was very kind and helped me lie down when I was lightheaded afterwards. The whole staff was very helpful and looked after me by getting me ice and water. They were all kind and caring. I so appreciate Dr Shah and his staff.
