Negative experience: STOP!! PLEASE READ. Nuerospine is a SCAM. If you are a hdmg patient and are referred to nuerospine for pain management don't waste your time. They don't prescribe the meds that you need but will bill your insurance for the visit. They took over the contract from Universal full well knowing that they wouldn't be able to fulfill it. I waited 6 weeks to get in all for them to tell me that they can't help me. They knew exactly what they were doing. FRAUD SCAM.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Ma and his team did a great job on my lumbar laminectomy and spinal fusion surgery, I had put off surgery for so long that a spinal diskectomy was no longer an option, after a car accident in September my herniation became worse and required a more permanent solution to prevent further damage.

Fantastic experience: My husband goes there for treatment on his knees.

Negative experience: Rude, unprofessional nursing staff. They messed up on insurance, and are trying to get me to accept a procedure without explanation.

Fantastic experience: I’m extremely happy to say this is the best Doctor I have seen. He is pain management, he is kind has a lot of empathy. Amazing bedside manner. I received knee injections and as soon as I walked out of there the day of my injection I felt instant relief. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The office is clean as well as the restroom. Dr. Singh is an amazing Doctor.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of being referred to Dr. Ma by several friends, and I can confidently say that my experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Dr. Ma exhibited exceptional professionalism and care. He was courteous, respectful, and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure. Using a whiteboard, he illustrated exactly what he would be doing and ensured I understood every detail. What impressed me most was how he presented different scenarios of the outcome and discussed best practices moving forward with each, demonstrating a thorough understanding of his field. During the procedure, Dr. Ma's expertise was evident. He was present when I woke up in recovery and personally checked on me in my hospital room. His follow-up didn't end there; he even called me once I was home to see how I was progressing, which reassured me greatly. His Nurse Practitioner, May Ronci, was equally outstanding. She was incredibly attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had throughout the process. Dr. Ma's Medical Assistant, Cynthia, was also very helpful and ensured I had everything I needed during my care. Additionally, Denisse facilitated the administrative side seamlessly, assisting with all the paperwork necessary for my early return to work. I returned to work after 5 weeks post operative. Thanks to Dr. Ma and his dedicated team, I feel grateful to have received such comprehensive care. They have truly made a significant impact on improving my quality of life, and I cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: Want to express my gratitude too dr.mudda and staff, I don't do this often but this warrants my time,friendly staff and mudda has really managed my pain,where I'm now able to cook the meals I missed due to prolonged standing, sleeping better and enjoying short walks again. Fantastic experience: I had the Radio Frequency Ablation done by Doctor Jaspreet Singh at the NeuroSpine Institute and it is hands down the BEST thing he could have done for me. My pain level is a fraction of what it was giving me a better quality of life. The staff is great and very friendly as well. Fantastic experience: I am a 50 year old woman and have been living with CRPS for over 4 years. When I was referred to Dr. Mudda I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in regards to my disease. He is very professional, kind and caring. After reading all of my medical records he recommended I have an Abbot stimulator installed. I completed the trial and then had the stimulator permanently implanted and it was the best decision I have ever made. The surgery was a complete success. Dr. Mudda has given me my life back. My leg no longer burns 24/7 and I am no longer sensitive to touch or hypersensitivity. If I had to give a percentage of relief I would say I have more than 90% relief. This is literally life changing for me. Prior to the surgery any type of bad weather on its way would affect me to the point I would cry and now I don’t feel that it will rain in a few days. I am forever grateful to Dr.Mudda as well as to Seth at Abbot who monitored my pre op and post op. Seth’s follow up is incredible and I was very lucky to have him on the team. If you or someone you love have CRPS I highly recommend Dr. Mudda. I have seen over a dozen neurologists on both the East And West coasts. Without question, he is the top choice. He gave me actual relief, not a lifetime of medication.

Fantastic experience: The Staff here are nice and helpful and always follow through in regards to excellent patient care. Dr. Singh is an exceptional MD showing great humanistic care for his patients and actually Listened to my complaints.

Negative experience: Went for chronic pain medicine continuation after a bad surgery and have been taking the medication for few years, the doctor reduced my prescription from four a day to 3 a day from the first visit then his nurse reduced them to one a day on the next visit after a back injection that didn't do anything to help with pain, not a good pain management, so i quit going.

Fantastic experience: A TRUE MIRACLE---- I went from occasionally using a cane back to playing racquet ball and lifting weights again! The office staff "Blanca" is very friendly and Dr. Mudda is one of the best Dr's at complex diagnosis of spinal issues, no one else could help me, he gave me my life back...thank you thank you thank you

Negative experience: This place used to be GREAT! with the sped up growth, the patient care is now very lacking. If it doesn't help their bottom line, like getting referrals for physical therapy AFTER fusion therapy is non existent. Their follow up after major surgery has become a joke. I have now had 4 surgeries with this office. 1 before '18, 1 during '20 and 2 after covid both in '23. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED PHYSICAL THERAPY AFTER SURGERY. Some of that was due to the limited choice of Rancho Wellness. Yet in my last 3 surgeries, 2 of them for sure needed post care of PT. The staff is rude and Dr Singh is the biggest joke for pain management that I have ever met with. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a referral for physical therapy that was supposed to happen after my last appt with Dr. Carson. Yet here I sit over 2 months out of surgery and STILL NO PHYSICAL THERAPY. Even though my last surgery left me with less mobility and a worse drop foot than before. If you can do it, go down the hill for care. Better/more choices. It seems the AV just never had that and we are relegated to the monopolies that exsist in the area. I am truly blown away by this office now. My first surgery and after care with Dr. Ma was phenomenal. It just definitely isn't THAT anymore.

Negative experience: I have been trying to get an appointment for 2 months and I still need an appointment for pain I was waiting for a phone call and I have not received one . I finely got ahold of someone for an appointment and I have to wait until next month for my appointment so you have to wait, you are better off going to the hospital or urgent Care.

Negative experience: Dr Mudda is quite professional , competent. But if you need help no one answers calls, no operator, calls always go to a voice mail lf you call his surgical coordinator , her mailbox is always full . No one returns calls.

There were no wait times, the clinic is well kept, and I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Fantastic experience: I have osteoarthritis, for over 20 years. I've gone to different doctors over the years. The last few years the pain has worsen to the point that I walk bent over even with a walker. He is helping me with pain management of my joints especially my knees and spine. Although it is temporary but I am enjoying life due to Dr. Singh he is a wonderful Doctor. I don't want to explain the procedures. Like I said it is temporary relief but I am so thankful not to be in pain 24/7 . He lets me know what to expect as he goes on. I leave the office feeling confiden because he explained everything to me. UPDATE Dr. Singh has given me a diagnosis on my lower spine. One of the reasons I am experiencing so much pain. The reason that I bend over when walking. I'm so happy and grateful to him. Now I can get treatment for it. No more guessing what is wrong with my lower spine.

Fantastic experience: I have been under the care of Dr. Ma since 2017. I had a cervical spinal fusion and He did an excellent job. My whole family thinks he is the best. Professional and kind. His office is also clean and very professional. I never wait more than 5 or ten minutes to be seen. For having such a difficult spine injury, he really has made a difference and helped me get through it. Also, the new neurologist was great.

Fantastic experience: I have Dr. Singh like most of the people who have left a review of him at Nerospine Institute. I started seeing him about a year to year and half ago. I was living in Palmdale area. I moved to Sanfernano Valley. I am a paraplegic. I have been paraplegic now for 7 years as of today 04/17/2022. I will admit I have had some issues getting thru to make appointments or change an appointment. But nothing like what others are experiencing. I have ALL WAYS been treated with the most respect that ANYONE could as for. I have a spinal cord injury like I said that left me paralyzed. Dr. Singh is helping me to fix it. I am working with him to have a surgery on spinal cord to fix it. Because it wasn't done right the first time. I trust and believe in DR. SINGH.

Fantastic experience: Dr Carson and the team at NeuroSpine Institute perform miracles on a daily basis! I had a Discectomy/Fusion surgery on January 20, 2022, performed by Dr Carson.This was my second Discectomy surgery, (the first occurred on May of 2004), but the first Discectomy was performed by a different surgeon at a different office. For the first time in 18 years, and since my recovery from the first discectomy, I am not experiencing the debilitating spinal chronic pain, which I have endured since the first discectomy in 2004. Thanks to Dr Carson and his team/staff for an incredible Surgery, with results that far exceeded my expectations in every aspect possible. The doctors at The NeuroSpine Institute, are by far the best, and the finest, out of several Neurosurgeons, and Orthopedic surgeons I have dealt with over 30 years. Unfortunately I have had 12 surgeries of different sorts, since 1992. Out of four different Neurologist- Neurosurgery offices, in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita. I would highly recommend Dr Carson and his team to anyone in need of spinal surgery. The group of surgeons here are far better than any others in Southern California. They're even better than the Kerlan-Jobe Clinic. My prior Neurosurgeon was a local doctor, and in my opinion damaged me further than he did good. Thanks to Dr Carson, the Lumbar Discectomy/Fusion which he performed in January at Palmdale Regional, was performed flawlessly, and so much better in every possible way. Dr Carson miraculously provided a complete correction of Spondylolisthesis condition that left me near paralyzed, and incredible chronic pain. The surgery which Dr Carson performed, was/is a near miracle, and the difference was like night and day, from the prior surgery noted herein. When I awoke in recovery, the amount of pain I felt was miniscule, compared to the butcher job in 2004, (performed by Dr. Makoui, located in Palmdale/Lancaster). My recovery period has been short and quick. I was expecting the worst based on my previous experiences with other surgeons, but I received the very best, far exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend Dr Carson above and beyond anybody else. He has provided optimal, conditions for me to finally stand up straight, and overcome the trials I have been facing over the last 18 years. The Staff and Nurses at The NeuroSpine Institute have been extremely helpful, always polite and courteous, and the epitome of a extremely knowledgeable kind and caring Staff! There is a minor 5-10 minute waiting period per each appointment with the Doctor, which is quite expedient for a busy and outstanding doctors office. I would exhort anybody needing a neuro-surgery to utilize the outstanding Surgeons at The Neurospine Institute over any others in California. If you don't, that's your bad.

Fantastic experience: After 6 years of battling with lower back pain and seeing different doctors. Dr. Parsa was the best doctor I came across. He listen to me and gave me his recommendations and I trusted him to do my surgery. It’s been 1 month and I feel 90% better. Thank you Doctor Parsa and staff for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Cameron Parsa for the past five years, and I blessed that I had it done. I was recommended by another doctor they told me I had bad nerve damage on the left side of my body as real bad back damage I called Dr parsa I'm at an appointment but before I went to go see Dr parsa I'll Google Dr Parson I wanted to know everything about Dr Parson I wanted to read his reviews as well his prudentials as well I wanted to know what University he went to as well what hospitals he worked in or worked at. I was impressed my first surgery Dr parsa did was July 2017 I had two surgeries did back to back I have my first surgery was one day and th the other one what's the next day healing process was unbearable but I was happy that I did I recently found out right after the pandemic I had bad back problems I called Dr parsa I went to do my x-rays because to find out I needed an emergency back surgery at two broken rods plus an infection plus I had right nerve damage just like any human being I was scared but I know that I needed this to be done and I'm glad I did August 16th 2021 Dr parsa and his team did an excellent job on my back he worked the middle of my back C9, C10 ,T9 ,and t10 as well the lower part of my back. On August 17th God gave me the strength to get out the bed at Palmdale Hospital Wednesday I was walking August 19th God gave me the strength to come home. And I'm glad I did since the first surgery I was having working problems holding my balance falling tripping and I didn't know why but now since Dr Parson and his team did the surgery I'm walking, I'm dancing, and even my motivation is superb! I never been better I have no more back pains! no more heating pads, back brace, you name it I had it not no more! Today on August 30th 2021 one of his nurses remove my Staples she was very professional nice sweet she answered all my questions she made sure that I was okay and told me to follow up on my instructions for shower and everything. I'm glad I did I don't recommend nobody to have back surgery because it's a awful awful thing to have But when it comes to Dr Parson, and Dr Moss and his staff and the rest of his team and his profession listen to him talking over with him and I guarantee you would not have no more problems ever again I'm a living proof on 49 years old and I'm blessed to have Dr Parsa in my life thank you Dr Parson.

My back was an absolute mess before surgery I looked shorter & fatter because of my back, my back pain is completely gone if I feel this good 5 days after serious spine fusion surgery I can’t wait to see how I feel in 3 months. Mina was an absolute delight to deal with she gave me her personal number returning texts 2am, 6 am, Saturday & Sunday because she understood how nervous & anxious I was. Whenever I needed anything she made sure I had it right away the perfect bridge to Dr. Parsa, the smartest thing my attorney did for me was assign me Dr. Parsa I only hope he keeps him on Retainer because that decision could only benefit him…. Fantastic experience: My 5 star rating is only for the doctors because the front desk, billing department, and office manager are rude and inconsistent with making appointments and other information. August 25, 2020 I had a fusion of my L2 and L3 done by Dr. Ma and Dr. Carson. Dr. Ma is my main doctor I have all my appointments with and he is really nice and knowledgeable. I only met Dr. Carson right before I went into surgery and he was nice as well. It’s been almost 5 months since surgery and I feel great! My scars healed beautifully. I’m back riding my horses and doing everything else I was doing before my accident. I highly recommend Dr. Ma and Dr. Carson.

Fantastic experience: It is because of Dr Carson I am able to walk again with less pain etc than I have felt in 12 yrs prior to him doing my fusion. I can once again point my toes, walk quicker instead of barely walking and my legs do not feel as heavy and burdensome as they used to. I am indebted to Dr Carson for giving me back a life where I can do ballet toe points with my granddaughters, somewhat chase after them in playtime and with less pain there is now more JOY in my life. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ma is amazing. He is very informative and caring. He did my cervical spinal fusion surgery. The staff can sometimes be stand offish, not very helpful on a question level. However, the doctors make up for it. The office is beautiful, clean bathroom, water machine and parking right out front. Wait time for appointments about 30 minutes after appointment time. This is great considering most doctors office's. Location is kinda hidden in the back.
