Fantastic experience: Partially dislocated my shoulder and the therapists here were instrumental in helping me regain my confidence and strength in the shoulder! Jayna was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything and provide me with exercises that fit my environment and schedule. Would recommend for anyone needing physical therapy and this will be the first place I reach out to if I ever run into future issues.

Fantastic experience: New Beginnings is the best place to get physical therapy! They have helped me twice already. The first time I saw April with neck/shoulder pain. She not only helped me with massage and exercises, but also by explaining where this chronic pain came from and how to avoid it. Now dealing with low back pain/a hip impingement there wasn't a doubt in my mind where to go for help. This time my therapist is Jayna, and she is a total pro at her job, a great listener and really good at explaining how "it's all connected". Special Bonus is the secondary brand-new, beautiful, airy studio on Mission Street that New Beginnings opened this year. Spacious, yet intimate. There is simply nothing better than getting care from people who clearly care. Thank you to everyone at New Beginnings!

Fantastic experience: I had a torn rotator cuff. Instead of surgery, my doc recommended physical therapy. I found April Ramirez and New Beginnings PT in South Pas, CA. She was absolutely wonderful. Explained everything, provided manipulations and lots of exercises. Over the course of several weeks my shoulder improved significantly. The pain that had been associated with reaching for anything above my shoulder went away entirely. April is pleasant and exceedingly competent. I was very impressed and heartily recommend her and New Beginnings PT.

She takes the best care of her patients and takes her time working with people. She creates a safe and comfortable environment and makes sure that you understand all aspects of the treatment process. She also makes sure to assess all other areas of health and has a wealth of knowledge in women's wellness. I highly recommend April for pelvic PT!
