Negative experience: Sharing my experience since it seemed to align with the other reviews. Called and left a message but never heard a call back.

Negative experience: Super rude and not accommodating to differing schedules. Person who answered the phone basically laughed at me when I was confused about booking an appointment. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else

Negative experience: I was very disappointed and felt like my surgeon sent me here only because his practice is affiliated. Catz is far better.

Positive experience: So sad that the reception staff are so unkind, rude and absolutely hate their job and despise the clients! The therapists and their assistants on the other hand are amazing! They are kind, compassionate and patient. Too bad the reception staff takes away 2 stars from this location. Something needs to be done if they want to keep the clients.

Negative experience: Rude desk staff. Also this place is not good enough to be booked out so far. I give up. Not impressed

Fantastic experience: I came here after a calf muscle strain, a bad one. Crutches for the 1st 2 weeks! They turned me around really fast, got the swelling down, gave me some excellent exercises, got my strength back, and I'm now back to normal, except for needing to get back training! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I find this office to be the McDonald’s of PT. There work is pretty generic , gives little attention to the patients , and sometimes offer little results. I came here cause of the convenience and referral by one of the orthos from Congress. Your better off do your own research and find another Pt office instead of wasting your time here.

Negative experience: After having a knee replacement app 3 weeks prior, I was referred to Elite Motion of Pasadena and spoke with Mr Shafer regarding physical therapy. After touring the facility, we agreed that he’d provide therapy services for the duration as recommended by my doctor who performed the surgery. I was scheduled for 2 weeks in advance instead of the customary 1 month, and after the first two weeks was informed that I couldn’t be scheduled for the proceeding week due to lack of availability. After the 1 week, I requested a conference with mr Shafer and informed him of how I was unscheduled for an entire week and Would like to know how could that happen. He suggested I wait while he spoke with his staff and reviewed the schedule. He then suggest that his staff schedule me for one month going forward. I asked why and how did this happen? His response was, irritably, that he didn’t know. I Responded that you are the director, how could this happen without an explanation?”. In a very irate and calloused tone he stated “I don’t know, but if you’re not happy you can go somewhere else”. I informed him that I was well aware of my rights and I left. I failed to understand how a director of a care facility could conduct himself in such a calloused unprofessional and vicious manner without even a hint of an apology. I’m lead to believe by the attitude exemplified by Mr Shafer, that he feels he’s beyond reproach and he has no obligation or indebtedness to his clients for actions taken by his staff. Even more importantly, when a director conducts himself in such a shameful manner, the degree of professionalism in the services he provides is thereby commensurately degraded as well. I would not recommend services at any facility under the direction of Mr Shafer.

Negative experience: Called in to get some information as a new patient. The receptionist was very rude and difficult. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: These guys do a great job of getting you back to where you need to be. I would recommend them highly to anybody who needs help. Very attentive to your needs making sure that you are pain free with your exercise's.

Fantastic experience: Great place! I’m a baby boomer who works out a lot and skis. The tendons in my left knee got so inflamed from over use I couldn’t walk down the stairs without pain. Magid the miracle worker was recommended by their rehab guru Barry after assessing my injuries. We worked on strength of the glutes and hamstrings along with flexibility. I learned a ton and have incorporated all their ideas into my own work outs. Two months later no pain! Just went on a steep hike and I’m ready to ski.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this place for the past 5 years and have always had good experiences! They are very thorough with every patient and help you reach your goals during your recovery process. I’ve had many injuries with being an athlete and Barry, head Physical Therapist, has helped me overcome my struggles and come back stronger. The Physical Therapy assistants are awesome and help the head Physical Therapists with ensuring the patients complete the exercises correctly. I would highly recommend Elite Motion because they make you feel welcome. They’re highest priority is you and they will help you through whatever pain or injury you have!!

Negative experience: This review is for the rude receptionists -especially Janet. The PT is great, but I am tempted to leave rather than deal with the young person’s bad attitude.

Fantastic experience: Simply put... they are THE BEST!!! Collectively the team creates a playful atmosphere which greatly helps with pain management while working out. Their ring leader Barry keeps a watchful eye on the entire room making sure the PT instructors as well as us patients get the most out of every session ensuring a successful recovery. Thank you everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here off and on for the past 2 years for a variety of injuries and this group is truly amazing! I always get excellent care! Appointments are always on time and never rushed. My concerns are always addressed and I am consistently impressed with the results of my physical therapy sessions and the prescribed at-home exercises. Ask for the therapist named Andre. He is the best!
