Fantastic experience: The nursing staff and and aides treated me nice and with respect. The rehabilitation was excellent. The therapists helped me a lot. I feel safe to return home.

Fantastic experience: All the therapists were very friendly, thorough, and efficient. Therapy was great. they worked on all the all the corrections that needed to be done with in regards to to my walking. They have an amazing activites department. I came few times upstairs to the second floor to take part in some of that activities some of them were Bingo some was karaoke. They had a variety. I didn't get a chance to come up here as much as I can but but we all had fun and each time I came and stayed longer than I thought I would. The social service department answered any questions I had. all the nurses and maintenance were threre.anytime I needed some help they were always there. the food was very good the only thing I always ask for hot water in the mornings for my tea and a lot of times it wasn't but they were very happy to heat it up for me. The food was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs therapy after a hospitalization.

Fantastic experience: Therapy was excellent. They worked with me and made me feel comfortable. They have good activities and events for the residents and their families. I would like to come back to this facility to volunteer once or twice a week if my procedure permits me.

Fantastic experience: I came to visit a friend who is a resident. The building presented very nice. They made a nice BBQ for the residents and it was very nice. Everyone enjoyed it and the food was excellent. I look forward to future events which include family and friends.

Positive experience: People are absolutely wonderful very friendly. They get your needs met very quickly. If you have a question it’s answered quickly and accurately. The facility itself is very nice. Food need some work other than that it’s it’s a very good facility. rehab therapy could be a little more intense. It’s spread between several patients so you don’t really get the one on one that you could use depending on your situation. I would recommend this facility definitely above many of the larger ones.

Fantastic experience: My mom fell and fractured her pelvis and her elbow. She couldn’t urinate or walk. She was admitted to Doctors Subacute on June 18, 2024. I really thought she was not going to walk again. Well, here it is August 2 and I’m taking her home. She is able to walk without any equipment, walk up and down stairs, get to the restroom etc. The physical therapists were awesome especially Anat and Aileen. The nurses were very attentive and quickly came to my aid, especially Mackenzie, when I needed something. Everyone was so friendly and bubbly. I highly recommend Doctors Subacute Care.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Subacute one of the rehab centers of New Jersey. The staff are careful, compassionate with each of their patients. Also it is a great place to work since everyone is treated as a one big family.

Fantastic experience: Patients you have to make sure you know your rights. Follow your treatment plan recommendations and work closely with your support team. You have an Ombudsman if you need a little bit more assistance. Document and email to confirm everything that was discussed between you and the other person. Take care of your health is the most important part.

The facility is large enough to offer onsite services by various medical professionals and small enough to be assured ready individual attention. Fantastic experience: I came to this facility after being in another facility that was absolutely horrendous. I can’t say enough for the staff the nurses the aids, physical therapy. I went in not being able to walk I was completely bedridden. I never thought I would walk again. My best friend talked to the doctor that she works for and said if you ever want your friend to walk again send her to the specialty. Their motto is the bridge back home. And they absolutely and truly Live by that motto, I am home and doing very well thanks to the complete staff. There are no words that I can say that if you ever need to send a love one to a facility I recommend this facility. May I also add that I have made friends with a lot of the aids nurses and administration, I hated to leave but I wanted to go home. They are Truly my angels. Love to all Tammy Gebbia

Fantastic experience: This is my third time in rehab and three different places. So coming here i was a little apprehensive, since my two previous places were complete nightmares. What a godsend Doctors sub acute is. The knowledge, the staff, and the unending compassion they showed me has restored my faith in the aftercare community. Words cannot express how impressed i am here. My thanks to the physical therapy department, they're second to none.....the food? Great. The accommodations...?...perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My Dad's recovery after hospitalization from a previous Sub Acute Rehab Facility that within two days next to killed him began at the Dr's Subacute on 01/09/19. I want to say I was honestly extremely skeptical because of his first experience. He was brought in late at night and the director Yasi & Staff not with me my dad and my husband. The feeling that I had in the beginning was extremely positive for some reason I just felt this was the place and you know what it was. I can happily say my father is leaving today February 25th 2019. The doctor's subacute gave him the absolute most best care and physical therapy I have ever seen. The Nurses are beyond superb, and I can honestly say I felt safe to leave my father everyday and their care and I can go home and relax and know I have peace of mind. There has been many nurses but a few I must say stand out and also the CNAs. Thank you Luz, Brenda, Ramona & Annette for your outstanding care, thank you Mona & Carol & Mike for ALL YOUR HELP i just adore you all. Let's talk about Physical Therapy, Gigi, Candeece & Mariush you are all FANTASTIC. My Dad wouldn't be walking and able to come home at all if it wasn't for the determination of a team that wouldn't give up on their patient. A very special thank you to Kate you are terrific. Nicole the charge nurse is SO GOOD and she just literally trained for that position, if something I needed, handled no questions asked it was done. Ramona what can I say, you are the best social worker & truly are in the right position and I say that with much praise. When a company has these kind of employees trust me they are GOLDEN & Yasi always remember that and I know you will. You are an outstanding director who I personally have seen with my own eyes into every aspect of his subacute rehab facility so you two are a phenomenal asset not only there but the families that entrust your facility with the care of our loved ones. Honestly your rehab is a diamond in the ruff. It's funny because today is my last day with well what can I say many of friends that made me feel so comfortable actually they make you feel like family and that's when you know this is the right place to go to and I hope this helps other people to bring your loved ones to this facility because let me tell you my dad was in very bad shape and I'm so proud to say he is coming home today well tonight

Fantastic experience: My family member stayed at Doctors for over 2 months. I had the privilege of spending 10+ hours each day with my loved one and you can really observe a lot in that time. The staff was amazing. They responded quickly to all our questions, feedback, and requests. The facility was always very clean. The aids were very caring, compassionate and got to know my family member, encouraging them to get better every day. The food was good and the kitchen staff and chef go out of their way to prepare meals that are tasty and appropriate to dietary restrictions. The administrator is always on premises and checking in on patients. The social worker went out of her way to assist us with all of our needs. The rehab is not subcontracted out which is a big plus over similar subacute facilities. The facility is well-secured which gave us an extra level of comfort. We would like to specifically say thank you to Yossi, Calvin, Carol, Jessica, Nargees, Annette, Michael, Brenda, Ramona, Margie, Robert, Miguel, Roberto, Luz, Susie, Carla, and Jay for their over the top care. If we forgot to include someone, we apologize for the oversight. We hope we don't see you again as a patient, but certainly as a visitor. Thank you again!
